All staff were friendly. The housekeeper lady got us to more pillows because the other were to flat to get a good sleep. Breakfast was rich. Another lady saw that our door was not shut and made us aware of the situation.

The water in the pool was to cold for us. We could not see any measuring of temperature. We saw that people swam 2 lines and then got out of the pool, like us. The pool itself was clean and the other facilities were exactable good. The smoking area in front of the breakfast room was a disgrace. Maybe to look for a location which is not visible to people who are having their breakfast. Sure you could find an area a bit further away. Next time and we will come back, we will not see so many smokers in front.

The junior suite was clean, comfortable and spacious, staff at reception were helpful. Buffet breakfast was good enough with choice of non dairy milks for coffee and cereal.

Day bar staff were rude and lazy, they half cleared our table after eating lunch then took a long smoke break without finishing clearing or taking our orders. When paying one made joke references to my wife by her first name (from her bank card) then refused to give his own name. There was a rat in the car park in front of reception.

The breakfast included was very nice and well cooked. Spa area we liked perfect for a relaxing breakaway. Perfect for dogs to stay! There are few lovely walking trails. Pool area very busy with little ones but very clean. Evening meals In The restaurant were nice Over all the hotel was good value for money.

Rooms little dated and could do with a freshen up. Kettle with a selection of hot drinks would be a nice touch in the room. 3pm check in is quite late I think between 1-2pm would be more than acceptable.

Really delicious breakfast buffet - not the largest, but the quality was super. Nice breakfast room, quickly attended to by the staff. The swimming pool is large, clean, and nicely organized for towels (available, no hassle). Good, small sized work out room and two clean and super hot saunas. Friendly check in. Friendly bar service, decent food. Room was clean and spacious, as we booked a superior double room....was worth the extra. Coffee / 1 beer / 1 wine / nuts / 2 bottles of water, and 2x juice included. Parking was a very reasonable 6 euros per day. We had a car, but there is a bus stop at the end of the parking lot. Nothing was a hassle....everything went smoothly.

Excellent Stay! I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were spotless, and everything was impeccably clean, which made our stay very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to suit every taste. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. Their kindness really made a difference. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and relaxing stay. I will definitely be coming back!

One of the least glamorous hotels we ever stayed, but one of the most comfortable. We especially enjoyed the suite room with our two kids. Very practical and cosy. Remarkable architectonic setup with corridors like an airport. Quite memorable. The main highlight for this family with kids was the swimming pool and for the parents the sauna. Quite nice facilities. We had a good time. Breakfast was fine, no special items, but pleasant anyway.

The location is not so exciting. It always takes a car to get somewhere, especially in winter. But the price for parking was very reasonable. We also stayed in two double rooms. Here the shower head was a bit loose and need some upgrading. But still workable.

Is was easy to arrive and park with the car, breakfast was good, nice coffee, little bread with jam, vegan spreads, fruits and müsli. The pool and sauna were great, very long opening hours, so if you arrive late, you could use them in the morning.

We didn't know the carpark fee was not included, 10 euro a night adds up. There could be plant-based barista milk for coffee.

Very big place, localisation.

I expected more from room..I paid extra money to get a bigger room with a bath and after all I got totally opposite. Big hotel with potential. I wanted one big bed not to small beds together like a one, bath cabine was hard to close. You can hear voices from other rooms. Someone should change the menu in the breakfast buffet. As a 4-star hotel, I totally expected more.

the hotel met our requirements for an overnight stay after the trip, the breakfast was adequate, the staff was fine the combined rooms for family accommodation were great! the kids had their own bathroom and we had peace of mind.

we did not find air conditioning and it was uncomfortable to sleep on a hot day
