Very convenient location to visit many interesting places, also by public transport. Laundry room, games room. Supermarkets, shops and restaurants nearby. Good breakfast. The room looked recently refurbished and was quite spacious. Beds were very comfy, even the extra bed, which is unusual. The kitchen corner in the room was excellent. Nice bathroom too. Friendly staff and tickets e.g. to Movie Park available at the reception for a good price.

Really friendly staff. Nice clean rooms. Great breakfast - eggs, variety of hams and cheeses, fresh fruits, juices etc. Room has nice bubblw water bottle wich you could refill down in the lounge area. Rooms have nice big bathrooms with bath in it. Little fridge, coffee machine and microwave of you wish to have your own food. Good curtains that made room dark. Nice lobby and playarea. Our big family enjoyed the hotel a lot! About 15 minutes away from trainstation and all the busstations are also very near.

As it was over 30 degrees outside it was quite warm in the room. We had little airconditioning but that did not make it too cool. Nothing too bad tough.

Very good location, only 10 minutes walk from the train station. Grocery shopping facilities also close by (within 5-10 minutes walking distance. Staff was super helpful during check out and got me a taxi (too much luggage and too little sleep to walk those 10 minutes). Our room had a bathroom and also a little sink and fridge, with some basic dishes and cutlery, which was super handy to make breakfast (and keep the bubbly chilled). Room itself was spacious and bed was super comfy. Went there for a festival which was about 20 minutes walking distance, perfect distance. Also the location felt very safe.

A sink and no washing up liquid or sponge? That I got fixed straight away.

Staff was very friendly. The room was clean and spaceous, and the beds were quite comfortable (despite the small duvets, but that seems to be an issue in entire Germany). Breakfast was good, although some more warm items would have been nice. The hotel also had its own big parking lot, but as that was complete because of many guests, we could park about 100m from the hotel for free.

Nothing really. The room was a bit old fashioned, but no reason for ot going there again.

The rare moments I need to come to Oberhausen (concerts) I stay in this hotel. It's a old hotel, so some people will dislike that. Besides the common spaces you don't really notice it. I find their rooms to be very big for the price, very well equipped. It feels like a lite aparthotel: huge desk, dining table, fridge, coffee maker, sink, etc. And the breakfast is quite cheap and has quite a complete buffet. For me this is a very good hotel with very good value. Location is good, being less than a 10 min walk to the main station.

Nothing to complain really

The hotel is hardly 10 mins by foot from the Central Station and less than 30 mins by bus from the Gasometer and the rest of the tourist attractions. There is a shop right outside. The room was bigger than we imagined for three ppl, spacious and comfy, it had everything we needed, even a bottle of water. Breakfast was only 4.5€ but it was the perfect buffet and everything tasted good. Great place!

The pillows are way too soft but we noticed it's the same in other hotels in Cologne as well. Also not enough socket outlets close to the beds and nightstands.

It was clean, had everything I needed close to centre train station But the he staff were great ! 24 hour staff too

It’s not a new building , but I wasn’t let down by that the hotel still ensured I had cooling system.

The area is well located near city's centre. Plenty of bars near. Easy access to main roads. Extremely transgender friendly, they are the gold standard on how an hotel should be.

Don't get a room on the top floor on the sun side; it's a sauna there. No air-conditioning

The beds were too soft for my preference. Otherwise very clean and well cared for.
