Very friendly and helpful staff, bed was really comfortable, offered some vegan breakfast options after asking for, breakfast offered sufficient variation for every taste - nothing luxurious though which was also not expected for that price, 24hours reception made a late arrival possible

My message I sent through booking didn't go through to the reception staff. Apparently just the booking is printed but not further communication. If you need to clarify anything in advance I advice to call directly.

The room was comfortable, the staff were friendly, and it was in a perfect location for me to explore Oberhausen and still make it to my concert at the nearby Turbinenhalle in only 5-10 minutes. The bed was also very comfortable and I enjoyed sleeping in on my vacation.

The room was a little tight, but after looking at the floor plan it seems it was the only one on the floor with that shape. It didn't bother me as much as I'd initially thought it would when I got there.

We picked this hotel based on 24 hours reception as we were arriving late. We didn't have high expectation but we were pleasantly surprised. Hotel had free private parking, 24 hours reception and very good breakfast. All of this for great price. We were also given better room with bigger bed as we were travelling with a 3 y.o. and didn't want to bother anyone with extra bed that late in the evening so the owner offered us room with bigger bed. Bed was comfortable.

Hotel is bit outdated but for the price we payed it was great bargain.

This is my first choice when going to Oberhausen, because is close to some show venues I usually go. This time I received a bigger room and I enjoyed it. All was clean and the ratio price quality was excellent. I appreciate the free bottle of water.

Some basic shower gel will be appreciated in the bathroom. You can order it at the reception but usually too late at the time you need it.

This is the third time I go to this hotel. Location near the Turbinenhalle is just perfect for events. It is also close to public transport (very easy to go to the main station or the Westfield Centro by bus/tram). Big, clean and comfortable rooms. Good internet. This time I had breakfast and it was OK. Very good value/cost rate.

I have to take my own shampoo (which I always do anyway).

The staff was amazing. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast with typical german food was delicious and very original.

The hotel should have been a big thing years ago (passing through the hallway I happen to see a suite which looked incredibly nice) but was a bit weary, with a small fridge and a hairdryer it would probably have 3 stars.

Great value for money, big room, separate from the hotel, parking spots available and it was all clean. Only a 15 min walk from Oberhausen Hbf and 7 minutes to the concert hall.

Everything was ok. Although it was easy to hear the neighbors, maybe bring earplugs. The curtains were quite sheer but at least they had shutters

I liked that it was near the venue turbinnenhalle! It's like not even 10 minutes walking. And it's near the bus and tram station! Easy to get to the Hbf and to the centre.

The bed wasn't really comfortable, I can't sleep well, so it didn't really help, but it was definitely good enough for 2 nights

Nice central location and a good price. The room was large enough and the bathroom facilities were good. The breakfast was proper!

The beds could've been a bit more comfortable, on the side we felt some springs, but still slept well (not terrible).

Second time here and again, great place. The rooms are comfortable and very close to two venues that I usually assist for concerts. The checkout is as 12, so I appreciate that after a long night. The ratio quality price is excellent. I will return for sure.

Nothing important to say. May be the place is not that close from the train station, but I prefer this one because it's close to the concert venues.
