Check in was easy, staff friendly and accommodating, good location, would recommend

Booking.com sold us a triple room with 1 large double and 1 single bed. This hotel has no rooms like that! All their triple rooms have 3 single beds. Apparently they have told booking.com this numerous times but still the listing is inaccurate. The hotel was good enough to upgrade us to a family room which has 1 large double and 2 singles. Booking.com are a nightmare, every time I book with them I have problems, will never use them again!

Conveniently located just of the motorway. Easy to access for late at night arrivals with plenty of parking.

We struggled to get in at first, with it being very late, our code didn’t work, but I think we were just rushing (very tired with a 3yo in tow) once we rang the help line, the code worked and doors opened. I was also charged twice, might have been my own fault again, as I decided to pay for the hotel online for easier check in, approximately 3 hours prior arriving. And then I also had to pay at the check in again because we were late and it was self check in, I could not argue. I mentioned this to the receptionist in the morning and he was very apologetic and Money was returned within couple of days.

The lady in receptionist treated me on fair because of my colour or language barrier During the break fast shouted on me and my son She said I only paid for one person which I don't realise She so aggressive towards me and raised voice apart from that everything is OK many thanks on the 24-03-2024

I believe she supposew to call my attention and explained to me The young man that attended to me in the afternoon was so helpful

The location of the hotel is excellent and it has easy access to all places, the room was clean, the place was quiet and undisturbed.

It is better to have a coffee maker or an electric kettle in the room, the coffee machine in the hotel reservation is not of good quality, the parking lot is not reserved for you and the parking lot may be full.

nice and clean hotel (maybe needs some fixing up), decent parking, Gasometer and Legoland pretty close Very good Italian (heh) restaurant right next door

The hotel is difficult to reach without a car - the surrounding area is not very pedestrian-friendly, and you'll have to make a lot of circuitous routes to get to anything nearby.

The staff was very helpful, as soon as they saw my walker they switched my room to one on the main floor. When I came to the hotel after closing hours they helped me with the door, although I had a code. Very good breakfast buffet.

The bedcovers where a bit small and the floor in the shower was very slippery.

Location perfect for Centro or Arena Oberhausen.10 mins Walking, perfect! Check in Staff very friendly!!!! Room was basic and clean. Breakfast ok, not the best but ok.

Single beds are a bit small.

The proximity to the centro and all the local facilities,the rooms are not big but perfectly clean

Not enough parking at the hotel but there was ample free parking within a few minutes walk

Very nice and helpful staff. Reception was closed but we got help anyway 😃 The hotel was what we expected and we would use it again 😃

Parking, right by hotel, shopping mall and entertainment centre very close by (10mins walk). Honestly, I can't fault The bonus was that the receptionist was speaking English as we do not speak German.
