The room was clean and the hotel location makes it easy to access several public transport options. Though it's street parking, finding a place to park wasn't a problem. It was a good bargain.

I wished there was option to request for a child high stool for feeding the child.

We stayed in the family room. This was more an apartment than a room! A lot of space. With separate bedroom with double bed (which can also be separated), and the living room also had a double bed and single. Fridge, water cooker, coffee were available. And big bathroom. A real treat is the outside area by the bedroom. Windows have blinds, which is nice. The interior is like stepping into the past (a bit dated), bit very clean. Besides we thought it was charming! Good breakfast! Loved our stay.

We liked everything :-) Good to know: - area is not in city centre, but that was okay for us. - they have a really sweet dog at reception. - bring some cash. In area are not many ATM’s.

Checking in was done via a phone call for a key safe so never met any staff but the lady on the phone was pleasant. The room itself was wow. I wasn't expecting a full apartment but that's what it was and it was great. Plenty of space and comfy beds. Good amenities inside with kettle, coffee percolator and microwave. Even a little roof top area.

the room was really clean and employee is very friendly. I asked for do you know any a place where I can get photocopies and they let me use theirs. Rooms was really clean and big.

A bit in northern suburbs of Essen, can be reached by tram. The northern suburbs of Essen have a bad reputation but I found it o.k.

It's very spacious and was good for family with kids..

The staff did not ask if we want to have breakfast the next morning and we assumed it will just be there like in other hotels n we can go n eat telling our room number. But the next morning even though we were early at the breakfast, they said they are not notified earlier and they will not make additional efforts to prepare it again.

The reception was unmanned at the time of our arrival, but it was easy to obtain the keys from the key box and access the apartment. The apartment was clean and very spacious. Free parking available in the street. The area was quiet. The kitchen was equipped with microwave, electric kettle and fridge. Breakfast was decent and reasonably priced. All in all excellent value for the money.

Kitchen without oven or stove so difficult to prepare food. Apart from pizzerias the choice of restaurants was limited in the area.

Everything it’s just like it’s have to be in hotel . Tidy, clean ,safe. Next to small playground, little bakery open early morning, little corner shop. And close to motorway. Great contact with reception team. Just love it 🥰

Good beds, nice bathroom facilities. The lovely hotel attendant was very friendly and receptive and helped us get the code for late check in over the phone

It's in a quiet place, so it's very comfortable at night. Cleanliness was taken care of and the facilities were adequate. Employees were very respectful and caring.
