The hotel as such is ok, also the location.

I will never return to this hotel and I do not recommend it to others. The attitude of the staff on 25.03.2023 is terrible. I think today's so-called Hotel Boss should take some courses or change his profession altogether and go to work at the zoo with the animals.

Great breakfast and great reception. I really enjoyed the hospitality.

A breakfast was not diverse.

Rooms were neat and clean. Toilets were super clean, but very small. Breakfast was also very good.

If we go late for the breakfast then almost everything was finished.

The person at the reception on December 5th evening was a perfect employee. Extremely nice and helpful.

Standard hotel and clean and comfortable

The check in out of hours was an issue as people could not get access. There were a lot of confused people in the reception area. Somebody managed to call a number and were told that the staff were at a Xmas party so could t help. He eventually got through to a number and resolved the issue and passed the number to me. I was able to call and got my access. I then passed the number to some other people to help them. Also, I really hurt my head in the night when I banged it on the bunk bed nice my bed. This made my tooth bleed and I had a headache all day. Can you not look into redesigning the sharp edges of these beds?

The bed in the guesthouse is a double bed, the top one resembling the type of hard bed found in multi-person student dormitories and the bottom one resembling a queen-size bed found at home. At first I thought the design was cool, but I had a problem when I went to the toilet at night. I used to go to the toilet in the dark without turning on the lights, and when I came back I got on the bottom bed and then fell down, just like I do at home, and then I hit my brow bone on the hard board of the cot above me (but I wasn't hurt). So I felt that the hard panel of the cot above me could be wrapped in something soft. Because if it was a single queen size bed, none of this would have happened. If it was a bunk bed with the same size top and bottom bunk, someone who had attended a boarding high school or college would naturally touch the top bunk bed first from muscle memory before bending over. But the size of the bottom bunk of this bunk bed could easily allow a dazed sleeper to use the muscle memory of being in a queen-size bed at home and then bang their head against the top bed.

Booked a room with double bed, got a room with twin beds, as someone who is 193cm, was a struggle to sleep

Clean rooms Staff was very friendly and helpful

it had a lift, it was clean and very friendly staff.

we only had 1 double bed for 3 people.
