I like the animals especially the cats, fish and monkey. Security is very tight and i love that. The guys are very devoted and hardworking so much, i really enjoyed their service.The pool was very clean.

Some of the workers are very nosey and the animals must be well taken. The guys are very devoted and hardworking and few of the ladies are very devoted. The donkey is not suppose to be in the hot sun during the day. The donkey need a shade which can make them feel very comfortable. My wife is a lover of animals and it break her hearts how animals are treated in Ghana.

Eagerness of the staff to resolve any issues that comes up. Closeness to the beach. Their breakfast was very good compared to the norm in accra for the price range. Rooms was a good size and housekeeping did a good job with the cleanesss. Peace , the housekeeper did a great job. Joyce at reception was very professional and Comfort as well. They have a nice bar in a good environment to sit , eat and relax. I was impressed. And I have seen my share of hotels worldwide.

The attitude of a staff. Basically acting like working there was a favour she was doing for the owner. Wouldn't generalize it though. But worth mentioning. Lack of elevator as there are four floors.

The environment,n the new management seems to help u when u need help

There is this lady who work at the kitchen she doesn’t know how to interact with customers

My room was great, the restaurant was great, the staff was great, namely Mr sam, Mr Seth, and Ms Jessica

room service always came at different times during the day, you never knew when to expect them

The customer service was experience was top-notch. The staff were nice and respectful and helped with my luggage

During my stay, the wifi on the first floor didn’t work, so i has to come downstairs to the restaurant/reception to connect. Apart from that, the hotel is perfect

The staff, the food and the room I didn’t go out, so I can’t say for the other places

The soap in the washroom was not gentle in my skin I in particular have a fragile skin and the soap made me very itchy

Towels provided were always clean but filled with lint.

Clean, comfortable, great value, amazing and personable staff.

WiFi is slow, took three days for me to receive a kettle when asked for one.

The property was Good value for money most of the Staff were nice. The pool area is lovely and the pools are kept clean.

The Stairs! Food service was slow and limited choices.
