Agia Triada is a village in 20 km from Thessaloniki. The place is surprisingly quiet; we were here in July and still the place was not crowded. The beach is right in front of the hotel, water is warm and calm. There is a waterbus connection to Thessaloniki: every two hours, duration 45 min, price 10 euros one way. Many restaurants and bars. The hotel is a one-star hotel. Actually, I do not understand, why one-star? To my mind, the equipment and services are on the level of a good three-star. Our room was rather small, but clean and well-furnished. TV, Air-conditioning (worked, not noisy), fridge, large balcony with a sea-view, shower with a good water-pressure, room cleaning every day. The staff was very friendly and helpful, many thanks for the hospitality! Breakfasts were tasty and portions were big (too big, maybe), there were five different options for any taste.

Maybe a partial buffet breakfast would be more effective? For example, the guests could serve themselves yogurts, fruit, vegetables while the chef is cooking omelette or pancakes.

Top location of the hotel has been utilised by the hotel's owners and staff to its very best- the accomodations and facilities make one feels in a modern place in a village that seems to be frosen in its long- time past melanholy (which accually gives its charm) and they've been updating it each year. The best feature of the hotel, however, are the people there- all of them- the management, the boys and the girls at the bar, the cleaning ladies- they all wellcome you to be part of their family. Love you all and hopefully we'll meet next year again !!!

We had a very peaceful stay – the sea was wonderful, the room was excellent, and the atmosphere was welcoming. The hotel staff were amazing – always smiling and ready to help in any situation. Our sea-view room was modern and comfortable, with a very cozy mattress and pillow. Breakfasts were delicious, especially the Greek yogurt with fruit and tea. The beach was beautiful, with clean and calm water. Our holiday turned out exactly as we had planned.

Vangelis, the owner and general manager, has a witty and warm personality and is very professional. Marina and Mario are the staff who served us and made sure we were comfortable on the beach. The location of the family hotel is TOP, the surroundings and the beach are also TOP. Highly recommended!

This hotel is a fantastic choice for a relaxing beach getaway. It's just steps from the beach, with clean, comfortable rooms and a stunning view from both the room and the patio. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful and scenic stay!

We took breakfast only for 3 days from 10. The breakfast it was Ok, but small quantity. The same breakfast all days. after 3 days we choose to eat in other place, cheaper and what we choose. The room (first floor with sea view) it was OK, what we expected. Cleaning in room it was done daily, the showers and sheets were changed also daily.

The beach which belong to the hotel were not cleaned. The other beaches close to ours were cleaned in each morning. We must ask "specially" to the guys which bring coffees and drinks on beach to clean the tables and chairs and to collect the garbage between them.

It is not the first time we are coming here. The location is excellent the staff/owners very friendly, there is improovement in he facilities since the last time we came. Now, there are sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach. But the kitchen still needs improvements. The oven and refrigerators are very old, and a simple water kettle would be a nice change.

Breakfast was very good, all personal very friendly and kind. The room was very clean and the view from the room was really amazing,we will be coming back for sure!

The hotel is excellently located, with a quality beach and all the necessary facilities. The staff is professional and kind. The owners, staff, and young staff of the bar and beach made us feel very comfortable, and we had an excellent stay.
