Well designed. Great location. Comfortable if very firm bed. We had 3 different rooms including the one with a couch and large terrace. All rooms were comfortable. Helpful and friendly staff.

The breakfast quality did not match the quality of the hotel. The selection was the same the three mornings we had breakfast. There was no fresh cut fruit. Only tasteless whole apples and hard pears. The breakfast at S Boutique hotel is excellent. Perhaps the management could see what is served there and change the breakfast. The hotel room floor- the carpet- didn’t seem as clean as it could be.

Top location. On the second line from the sea. Nice neighborhood with shops, restaurants and bars. Clean and nice modern smart rooms. Very functional rooms. There is a coffee machine with capsules. Friendly staff It is bad that there is no second chair and hanger for outer clothes in the room.

The breakfast is very bad for a 4 star hotel. Same every day. Poor. Dry croissants and no cheese pie, just sweet and spinach. The toaster is homemade and not for a hotel. Low level products. The only good thing is the expresso. In the evening, the restaurant has nothing to do with the bad breakfast. Very good restaurant with delicious food and atmosphere and staff. Two universes, one hotel. Strange work.

Location is top. Difficult to find a better position in town :))) Rooms brand new with a lot of technology, very good taste in interior design, very good phonic insulation Great beds!!!!! Great curtains Coffee machine in room with enough capsules (caf and decaf),various tea bags Very clean Very nice communication with reception. Silent elevators. We had the room next to the elevator and you couldn't hear any noise

It was perfect. Just the breakfast could have been more diverse, but however the food was fresh and of good quality. I am sorry, no other issues:)))

My stay there was superb! best value for money...an amazing Boutique Hotel right at the very heart of Thesalloniki. You pay for a 5 star quality but with a much lower price The mattresses were amazing (soft but not too soft) and so was the overall decor...very stylish, minimal and natural with an urban touch. Their bed sheets and towels were of excellent quality and so are all the soaps/shampoos/conditioners they offer to their guests. Staff was very friendly and accomodating and everything was spotless.

The only thing I would change was the breakfast..not bad but not as superb as the quality of the rooms.

Our room was upgraded and it was lovely with a view. Comfortable bed and nice bathroom. Close proximity to amazing shopping, if that is what you are looking for. Also close to the seafront and many restaurants.

The property was quite difficult to find in the city (mapping took us the wrong way down one-way streets) and parking out front was impossible. My husband had to drop me and leave but he did find a parking station in the next street. The included breakfast was awful, the worst we had in six weeks in Greece. The staff at breakfast were rude and clearly didn't want to be there. Unfortunately it tainted our stay in the area.

in the bathroom you can see the scale in the corners - but it’s a question to the cleaners. Again on the next day the lady came to clean the room, but the floor was not cleaned.

We had a beautiful room on the top floor with a huge terrace and sea view. When we arrived at the room, we were very happy to see a handwritten welcome note. The staff at check-in and especially at breakfast could not have been more accommodating. Breakfast was also more than standard. A great hotel in a great location with great staff. Absolutely recommendable.

There is a small point deduction for the bathroom: it is beautifully designed but not really practical. When showering, half of the bathroom is under water. And because in Greece toilet paper does not go into the toilet but into a bucket next to the loo, a kind of bidet shower would be preferable. This way you can avoid disposing of used toilet paper in a bucket and you'll be proprely clean right away:-)

The location is absolutely top-notch – couldn't ask for better! The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist, which made me feel truly valued as a guest. The rooms were very clean and equipped with all the necessary amenities, so we had a comfortable stay.

The breakfast was not nice, could be done some improvements. Also, parking was challenging, especially with a larger SUV. While there are parking options nearby, I ended up parking about 1km away. That said, the hotel staff went out of their way during check-in to try and find a closer option, which was much appreciated.

The hotel is located in the center of Thessaloniki. Near the main street and the sea. Everything is within walking distance. Modern hotel, everything is new and well maintained. Spacious, cozy, luxurious room. Good breakfast in the hotel restaurant. Our flight was at night, long after check-out, so the staff made the lounge available for us so we could get ready comfortably. We forgot an item and they made sure to attach it to our luggage so it wouldn't get lost. I highly recommend staying here.

Very friendly staff and an excellent location for exploring Thessaloniki. The hotel is relatively new, clean and well-equipped. The rooms are spacious and have everything that can be expected from a modern hotel room.

The lifts can be a bit temperamental and don't seem to be in sync. Breakfast was OK but a little pricey for what was on offer. I wouldn't recommend trying to get there by car: you're better off parking in the Municipal Car Park, which is a 15-minute walk away.
