I lived in the city for 14 years and left 10 years ago. The location is definitely the best in the city both for leisure and business. This hotel and a couple of cafe and restaurants have totally transformed the neighborhood! The hotel has made excellent use of the building with extremely nice, comfortable and stylish selections. Beds are very comfortable, wifi fast and reliable, very clean and stylish bathrooms. Breakfast selection is perfect. The personnel is very friendly, helpful and inline to the style and character of the hotel. Even if at a busy place, it is far enough from main streets and rooms are very quiet. The parking service offered by the hotel is quick, reliable and at a very reasonable price. I will definitely visit the hotel again!

Great location. Very friendly and helpful staff who enthusiastically give recommendations about where to eat and what to see. Nice coffee shop right across the street, wonderful bakeries within a minute or two walking. Elevator. Breakfast, if you choose to have it in the hotel, is delivered to the room in a very smartly designed box. Parking is a few minutes walk away, in the underground parking, at a well discounted rate. Couple of things to know: watch your step for a step down in the middle of the lobby when you come in; and it is ok to drive right to the front door of the hotel even though the sign says pedestrians only.

Nothing to dislike.

The hotel was very clean. It must be the cleanest property in Thessaloniki. This was the most important to me. The air conditioning was working well. The staff was great and went out of their way to accommodate the customers.

There is tricky access to the hotel, and you have to block the street and run in to get parking instructions. The staff is, however, very helpful, and it would all have gone smoothly if it wasn't for the city roads being blocked due to the protest that was happening at the time. It was not the fault of the hotel or the staff, and they have called us to enquire and help with the hotel access.

The best part of this hotel is the staff. They were extremely helpful before, during, and after our stay. They gave precise directions and instructions on how to park and when, unloaded our bags, and even gave advice on places to visit in the city.

Straight at the arrival I was greated by two very nice and calming staff members, which is super important after a ride with a car in the city. Everything got explained fast but not impersonal. The parking is for Thessaloniki next door and super practical. One of my personal highlights for sure was a handwritten welcome note on the desk. Coffee and Tea are Free of charge. Price value are more than amazing since the walk to the sea and the famous white tower is less than five minutes. Looking so much forward to come back for a weekend gateway. Thanks guys for the amazing experience.

That I wasn't able to stay a second night at least.

Urban Pillow Stay, despite its unwieldy name, is a little boutique hotel on a side street that puts you right in the middle of everything you might want to see. We were able to walk everywhere during our 3-night stay. And, despite being in the middle of everything, it was quiet at night. Our room was very pleasant and had a small balcony for sitting. All the modern conveniences were available. The staff were helpful, especially in arranging a 5 a.m. taxi for the airport when we left. Staff also made wonderful dining recommendations. We would definitely stay there again.

The one "miss" is breakfast, which is delivered to your room, but you'd be better off just going to one of the many amazing patisseries nearby. The hotel doesn't have its own restaurant--but there are lots of great ones within a few blocks!

Location is perfect. The place is super clean and cozy. The stuff is extremely helpfull and kind. We highly enjoyed every recommendation they gave us. Certainly will come back!!

unfortunately there is no lobby and place(restaurant)for breakfast. Except that, everything else is great.

We had a fantastic time at Pillow Urban Stay! The warm welcome made us feel right at home when we arrived. Finding the parking was super easy, and it's close by. The parking price was also excellent, which is rare in this area! The location is perfect. We could walk to everything I wanted to see and do. The place was spotless and quiet, with no noise from the street or other guests. The bed was super comfy, too. Overall, it was a fantastic stay! Highly recommend!

If you have a big suitcase, be prepared for a bit of a squeeze since there's not much space to store it. Also, due to its design, the water doesn't drain well while showering in the bathroom, which can be annoying. Other than that, everything else was great!
