Top location. On the second line from the sea. Nice neighborhood with shops, restaurants and bars. Clean and nice modern smart rooms. Very functional rooms. There is a coffee machine with capsules. Friendly staff It is bad that there is no second chair and hanger for outer clothes in the room.

The breakfast is very bad for a 4 star hotel. Same every day. Poor. Dry croissants and no cheese pie, just sweet and spinach. The toaster is homemade and not for a hotel. Low level products. The only good thing is the expresso. In the evening, the restaurant has nothing to do with the bad breakfast. Very good restaurant with delicious food and atmosphere and staff. Two universes, one hotel. Strange work.

We had the room next to the elevator and you couldn't hear any noise

It was perfect. Just the breakfast could have been more diverse, but however the food was fresh and of good quality. I am sorry, no other issues:)))

in the bathroom you can see the scale in the corners - but it’s a question to the cleaners. Again on the next day the lady came to clean the room, but the floor was not cleaned.

We had a beautiful room on the top floor with a huge terrace and sea view. When we arrived at the room, we were very happy to see a handwritten welcome note. The staff at check-in and especially at breakfast could not have been more accommodating. Breakfast was also more than standard. A great hotel in a great location with great staff. Absolutely recommendable.

There is a small point deduction for the bathroom: it is beautifully designed but not really practical. When showering, half of the bathroom is under water. And because in Greece toilet paper does not go into the toilet but into a bucket next to the loo, a kind of bidet shower would be preferable. This way you can avoid disposing of used toilet paper in a bucket and you'll be proprely clean right away:-)

The location is absolutely top-notch – couldn't ask for better! The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist, which made me feel truly valued as a guest. The rooms were very clean and equipped with all the necessary amenities, so we had a comfortable stay.

The breakfast was not nice, could be done some improvements. Also, parking was challenging, especially with a larger SUV. While there are parking options nearby, I ended up parking about 1km away. That said, the hotel staff went out of their way during check-in to try and find a closer option, which was much appreciated.

Very friendly staff and an excellent location for exploring Thessaloniki. The hotel is relatively new, clean and well-equipped. The rooms are spacious and have everything that can be expected from a modern hotel room.

The lifts can be a bit temperamental and don't seem to be in sync. Breakfast was OK but a little pricey for what was on offer. I wouldn't recommend trying to get there by car: you're better off parking in the Municipal Car Park, which is a 15-minute walk away.

We arrived early morning (09:15) to the hotel, we were told that the room is ready !!! It was a great releif that we could arrange our stuff and start our journey. Very freindly receptionis and the whole team was helpful and trying to help and make our stay enjoyable. Excellent breakfast. The hotel is a smart hotel, most functions can be controlled from personal mobile after scanning a QR or through the TV !!! There is a Business Lounge which can be used for meeting with friends and just to relax outside the room !! The hotel location is close to most attraction accessible by by walking, no need to use any transportation, in addition there are many various style Restaurants, Pubs and Bars & Coffe shops just a few steps away, almost in every corner. The hotel is 20 meters from the Nikis Avenue (Leoforos Nikis) on the sea shore, with plenty of restaurants.

There is nothing that I can say - except that I had to return home and leave all this good time behind.

The hotel is located in a beautiful central area of Thessaloniki. The room was luxurious and very comfortable. Good breakfast.

When I booked there was an option for twin or double bed, I had chosen twin beds but they were not available when we arrived, so they gave us a triple room. The double bed was super but the extra single bed was inferior. There is no parking at the hotel, which I knew when I booked the room. When we arrived, the receptionist proposed a private garage near the hotel which was too expensive, we paid 20 euros for 24 hours.

Everything was really perfect except for the AC that is set to heat in the winter and you can’t change it to cool even though it wasn’t cold outside. Opening the window helped a bit, but it was very noisy this way. The room temperature reached 26 degrees Celsius

Location, location, location for sure the best if you want to be in the heart of the city. Spacious and beautiful designed rooms with modern facilities fully automated ideal for a perfect accommodation. Very clean with all the necessary amenities. Very friendly staff.

Breakfast is very poor. We have read other reviews mentioning this and unfortunately it’s true. Being in the heart of a very gastronomic city and a brand new hotel for sure you expect something more special for breakfast than the usual. Parking is also an issue If you have a car. Friendly message to the administration is definitely to upgrade breakfast and to make some short unofficial contracts with the 3-4 parking areas around the hotel so as to offer an option to the guest.
