I had a truly wonderful experience at Daios Luxury Living. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, always going above and beyond to accommodate any request. The location is perfect – right on the promenade, close to everything, yet quiet and relaxing. One of the highlights was enjoying breakfast on the terrace and spotting dolphins in the sea – a magical moment! The rooms are spotless, beautifully designed, and offer great value for money. Everything felt effortless and warm, with a genuine sense of care from the team. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Thessaloniki – I’ll definitely be coming back!

A location that serves amazingly whether you are there for business or a conference/congress or leisure or simply visiting friends. A team that attends to every single detail of your stay without at any point disrupting your privacy ensuring your comfort and relaxation. It really feels like you are being hosted by friends! Very nice rooms and facilities especially for those that opt for a view to the sea. Brilliant quality breakfast and service almost feels like home. On the second day they served me my coffee without even asking how i take it just taking note of what i asked for the day before! I have no words to elaborate further on the coziness combined with professionalism on this property. The epitome of value for money no doubt.

Absolutely fulfilled our expectations! The staff, starting from reception, vallet, wait, and housekeeping, were up to the task at all times. The location is perfect as you're able to jump back to the room in no more than 10minutes from Ladadika or Tsimitski. The bar is cozy, has great coffee and drinks. Breakfast was high quality and plenty. Parking was a breeze as all you had to do is drop the keys at the valet. They were eager to assist with luggage at all times. Cleanliness was 10/10 - this was very important to us at we were traveling with a baby. Definitely our go-to hotel for all our Thessaloniki trips with a child. Worth the price.

Not only I like, but I love the property and the staff. Perfect location with perfect conditions to stay and rest properly. By far one of the best beds I have ever had in a hotel, with a variety of pillows. Huge bathtub and in walk shower. Down service available to prepare the bed and the room for sweet dreams, as well to replace any towels needed. Free in room minibar with water, refreshments and alcoholic beverages. Spacious balcony and soundproof windows (its mandatory for Thessaloniki)

The quality of Daios is unique and should be a chain luxury hotel. I would love to have Daios available in more cities rather than only in Thessaloniki.

We had a great stay! The location is excellent, you’re close to the white tower and next to the sea with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. One of our favorite moments was watching the sunset from the hotel’s bar/restaurant—absolutely beautiful. We really appreciated the valet-style parking, which made everything super easy and stress-free. The staff were incredibly helpful, they prepared breakfast to go for an early flight and breakfast was fresh and satisfying. Our room was spacious, with both a shower and a bath in the clean, well-kept bathroom. A thoughtful surprise: when we popped out for a bit, we returned to find chocolates left by the hotel staff—such a lovely gesture! Pillowa were soft and medium high, your neck has a field day basically. The bed was very comfortable too. It's hard to find a bed you can have a good night's rest. When we go back to Thessaloniki, we'll book again.

We arrived late in the evening on a Saturday. The hotel is on the seafront strip. Being a weekend, the road was very busy. However, saying that, the drivers are very calm and will allow you to slow down and look for the hotels or the correct turns. Daios Luxury Living has a small plaque on the seafront wall which you will definitely miss. You cannot park on the main road. So when you are on Google, search for Balconaki. It's a corner restaurant just before Daios. Turn left immediately after Balconaki. The hotel entrance will be on your right immediately. So I would advise to call the hotel and inform them that you are arriving soon and they will have the concierge waiting for you at the door. He will assist you offload the bags and then will direct you to the car park just at the back of the hotel. Also, if you have a high car, let them know (call or message them) , as they will direct you where you can park it. The staff are very helpful and patient and they will assist with anything you need. The room was quite spacious with a sofa and a large 'ottoman' table.. With all the amenities. The bathroom was lovely. We had 2 chocolate boxes on the bed. Everything in the mini bar was free and replenished everyday. We had the room with Attrium view. It was very quiet. I don't know about the rooms facing the sea because the road there is very busy and on the weekends it's nonstop. Breakfast room was cosy..with a full buffet..including anything you choose from the menu. They printed a few documents for me too. It was 'luxury living'. It's the best location for restaurants and bars and an enjoyable walk. Walking distance to the White Tower and the square. If you come out of the hotel and turn right, continue walking a few blocks till you reach a large junction. That is the main shopping road. I recommend you take the HopOn HopOff bus on the sea strip and see the city before you decide driving or walking up to monuments.

It is the third time we visit the hotel and each time I am amazed by the quality of service, the facilities and the atmosphere of this hotel. Perfect location, lovely rooms, excellent breakfast. All these years they keep the same high quality. However, the best thing about the hotel is its people, the staff in all posts, who with their high professionalism, excellent manners, politeness and helpfulness make us feel welcome and comfortable.

overall a good experience . it Was the 4 th time i visited the location but the first time i booked from Booking.com. probably will use the location for my future travel but i ll be more careful regarding the designated room. previous experiences were exceptional.

i disliked the foul smell present in the room due to the bathroom sink. i didn t raised the problem to the reception due to the late hour of my arrival within the room . i raised the problem only morning time at check out.

We loved the whole experience of staying at Daios. The hotel is in an excellent location and the view from our executive Seaview room was fabulous, we could even see Mount Olympus complete with snow still on top. The way the balcony was gave the impression of being on a cruise ship. The room(502) and bathroom was quite spacious and well thought out. The bed was big and very comfortable.The cute chocolates put in the room each day was a lovely little touch. The breakfast was great with plenty of choice. The staff were perfect- friendly and helpful and not over the top with a smooth checking in and checking out process.

Nothing. I saw someone had complained about the road noise. Yes it is a busy road along the front outside the hotel but you are in a city so we weren't expecting peace and quiet. It didn't bother us at all.

Beautiful room overlooking the sea,, which is literally opposite on the other side of the street. Excellent location among all the shoreside bars and restaurants , but only a short walk to the city centre. The room was well appointed with a huge really comfotrable bed, WC could be separated by sliding door from the rest of the bathroom to allow dual use. Complimentary drinks in the fridge replenished every day, Excellent breakfast. Wonderful Staff. Overall a quiet gem that has more the atmosphere of a private house than an impersonal hotel. Thoroughly recommended.
