The location is very good and central, on the main street. The room is clean and nice with a small balcony. Bathroom is very nice. It has all what you need for a short stay. Access is very easy, owners will provide the code for the doors, you don't need to handle any keys, just need to remember the code.

It's a little bit overpriced for what you get compared to the accommodation in the surrounding areas, especially if you're staying on Friday or Saturday, but it's generally all good. Also, there's no free parking around, you need to count in 15-25eur for parking per day. But that's not specific to this accommodation, it's typical for the center of Thessaloniki in general.

Everything was great as always, this isnt our first time staying at Grey Studios. Huge balcony (only 2 appts have it) was a great plus. Central location. Bed was ULTRA comfortable. Shower cabin with rain shower for relaxing is also great detail.

Not connected to the apartment directly, but very expensive parking in the area, and also really noisy. Its the most central street, you really can't expect anything different.

location was great! liked the clean modern bathroom/big shower. Nice style overall. balcony is awesome, being on the top floor. bed was quite comfortable.

Quite a strong smell of cigarette smoke in the room. I know that’s not your fault, as it probably comes in from other apartments, but for me I’m just very sensitive to smoke smell. The bathroom towels left a stinky/musty smell on my skin after drying off with them. And the floor towel was a bit stinky too. I’m not sure if they were cleaned properly or maybe they were not dried immediately after being in the washer. But I had to leave them out in the sun all day and then they smelled better.

The location, the ease of access to the house.

Inadequate number of towels in the room. Also this is a call to all properties who rent homes, please stop putting cheap coffee capsules. Aren't you charging enough to put decent coffee capsules? The coffee capsules were terrible.

The location is great and the apartment is close to everything you'd like to visit / do in the city. Clean building with an escalator. Comfortable bed, very spacious room with lots of light. The furniture is in good condition. It's on the eighth floor and you have a huge terrace from which you can see a sliver of the sea between the buildings. It's wonderful being able to take your morning coffee there. The terrace is perhaps the best feature of this apartment.

The noise. There's no quiet time on Tsimiski Blvd -- even after 2-3 at night there's still traffic and the windows are not as sound-proof as I would have liked so I had trouble falling asleep. But that's the only negative about this place.

There were a few things that need fixing in the bathroom and as soon as I told the host they immediately sent someone to fix it.

The pillows on the bed were hard and uncomfortable there should be an extra set to accommodate the needs of different guests. It made for an uncomfortable sleep unfortunately.

Located in the heart of the city, comfortable and nicely decorated studio, fully equipped and clean. Easy communication with the staff.

The prizes (as in general for accommodation in touristic areas) are a bit exaggerated.

I adored it! I hope I visit again soon! The staff was immediate and discreet. The deco was modern, cute and calm. The view was fabulous, the balcony ICONIC. I did not want to leave

Clean property, close to the seaside promenade, a little noisy from outside, but we were able to sleep.

Excellent appartment, very comfortable and clean, excellent location very close to citty center. Strongly recommend it.
