Everything was so beautiful, clean and designed with a lot of cute, beautiful details. There was cleaning service every day, the bed was super comfy and pillows as well. There are extra curtains for darkening the room for sleep (was important to my boyfriend). The shower and toilet functioning great, there were two big, two small body towels and one for the floor. The staff was super helpful and friendly, the building is packed with small details and images of cats and animals. I cannot think of anything that troubled us about the room or we felt we needed it and it wasn't there. The location was also great. It was truly a carefree, worriles, enjoyable stay and we would gladly come again! Thank you a lot, Gatto Perso Team :-)

Nothing to point out!

It was in a quiet area, clean and tidy, felt homely. Bed was comfortable and the air conditioning was great! Donya was helpful and the maids were hard working and polite.It was nice to have comfortable chairs to sit down after a busy day sightseeing.

The kitchen was limited, we choose the apartment because it had kitchen and stove, but we were told not to do too much cooking and not set the smoke alarm off, which is not great, we had microwave but no toaster, we had to buy some sharp knives so I could cut fruit and salad, which was fine don’t cost much, we had plenty of mugs and glasses and the fridge was great as was the coffee machine. I have a lot of food allergies so eating out is not easy and gets stressful eating out. Air fryer would be a great addition and it would it cause issues with smoke alarm and would mean cooking jacket potatoes and meats and vegetables etc.

The location was perfect, I felt close to many of the main attractions with plenty of shops, bars and restaurants close by and as a solo traveller, I never felt unsafe walking back at night. The room itself was beautiful, really nicely decorated and bigger than expected! I loved having a balcony to sit out on of an afternoon! I was worried about being able to find it when arriving late at night, but it's well lit up and the door is clearly visible. The instructions were spot on, I managed to get in straight away. It was such a lovely apartment and very well priced and nice to have it cleaned too each day. Will choose here again if I return and would highly recommend!

My only gripe is having to sleep on cushions rather than pillows for my trip. To be fair they were comfy but small and despite requesting non feather pillows when I booked and being told that would be done for me was a little disappointing. As I'm allergic, it wasn't great getting to the bed to find 4 feather pillows waiting for me. ! Thankfully I slept really well all week but hypo allergenic pillows should absolutely be available as an option.

Lovely stay overall - I’d love to return! We communicated in advance about my arrival time - someone waited at reception to welcome me and give me the keys. The staff were always super helpful and pleasant! My studio was very spacious, filled with light and I loved the cute vintage decoration style in my room and throughout the hotel! The air con works super well and they leave coffee capsules for the coffee machine in your room which is a great detail for coffee addicts like me. It was a mix of holiday and work for me - I was able to work very comfortably from the room. It was always super clean. On my final day they invited me to use their new attic lounge to cool down after sightseeing until my taxi arrived - it was a beautifully decorated attic space where they served coffee and you can then chill as if at home. The hotel is centrally located - within 10-15 mins on foot from the port and other tourist attractions.

Although we stayed just for one night this accommodation was outstanding in every aspect. The communication was perfect even before we arrived. They asked about our ETA and let us know when the room was ready because we were actually checked in before the standard time. It was very appreciated since we drove all night. George/Georgios ( we are sorry, we forgot your exact name ) was amazing, kind, ans truly passionate about hospitality and went above and beyond for us to feel so welcome. A stack for us, a bed for our dog, a welcome treat was waiting for him as well. Check in was in the room where he explained everything, quick letting us refresh ourselves. Indeed this exquisite gentleman knows high quality hospitality and you can see he really enjoys it. Now getting to the room, it was super clean, comfortable and gorgeously designed. They also have a garden downstairs that we used to have coffee the next morning. In the room we had high quality amenities, super comfy premium pillows and linens that we haven't met even in 4-5 star hotels. Everything was sparkly clean. I cannot describe enough how much we enjoyed our stay and wish we were there for a longer time. The location was perfect, quiet but still in the city center. Do yourself a favour and stay here while in Thessaloniki for a great experience! Congratulations to everyone, you deserve it! Thanks !

The staff were very welcoming and friendly and spoke perfect English. The bed was huge and so clean and comfortable, and there was even a variety of pillows to choose from! There were bottles of cold water in the fridge and a kettle too - this English girl needs her breakfast tea! - and the decor was charming, if a little quirky. The apartments are located on a quiet side road near the ruins of the Roman Forum. It's also easy to walk to surrounding churches of interest and the sea front. I walked up to the monastery early in the morning which was a serene experience in the cool (ish!) of the day. Almost no one else around. Wifi and aircon excellent.

There's nothing that would have made this place better - it was great.

We had the pleasure of staying at Gatto Perso Luxury Studio Apartment as a family, and it truly exceeded all our expectations. Both of our rooms were exceptionally clean, stylishly decorated, and incredibly comfortable. Every single detail was thoughtfully considered, creating a warm, home-like atmosphere. One of the most touching moments was discovering a plush toy left on the bed for our young son—such a small gesture, yet so meaningful. The cleanliness was impeccable, the design tastefully elegant, and the quality of everything used in the rooms reflected great care. But what truly made the difference was the kindness and genuine warmth of the staff. Every interaction was met with a smile and a level of hospitality that made us feel not just welcome, but truly valued. I want to sincerely thank and congratulate the owners of this beautiful property. The love and dedication they put into every detail is something you can feel the moment you walk in. It’s rare to find a place where comfort, elegance, and heartfelt hospitality come together so effortlessly. Without a doubt, if we ever return to Thessaloniki, this will be our first choice again.

The room was stunning , the service was prompt (very quick response time and helpful staff) and the location is impeccable. Little treats and touches made the stay even more special ❤️

The bed sheets didn't include a cotton flat sheet, only a large duvet which retained too much heat, so it was difficult to find the ideal temperature during the night. Would have been lovely to see a bowl of food and water in the yard/street for the neighbouring cats, or perhaps treats for the cats to be given through the garden for any cat lovers ❤️

The property is fool of unexpected surprises. We were here several years ago, and it upgraded greatly in the meantime, becoming the top of the list for our annual short stays in Thessaloniki! We loved the apartment. It was spacious, clean, nicely decorated. Our daughter had a big bed. Everything was clean and tidy. The master bed is very comfortable and thanks for different choices of pillows! Staff is very helpful and attentive. They were pleasant people as well. We especially enjoyed the small back garden and the attic. There is an artistic touch to the whole place. They even financed the mural in the street with the initiative to turn it into an art street :)

Almost nothing! Maybe they could plan more holders in the bathroom (for used towels and for personal cosmetics). And also, maybe they should avoid phone calls, because we were in roaming and we rarely answer the unknown telephone numbers.

Amazing location, very stylish and comfortable interior. Clean, well equipped, the most comfortable bed and pillows! We stayed only one night, but would like to stay more! We were travelling with our dog, so they had prepared small treats for him. We are so thankful that they accept pets! Big plus!

It’s a bit noisy in the morning as we were on the first floor, so all guests were passing by our door which didn’t have good noise isolation. Unfortunately there was also construction in the entrance of building so it was really noisy at around 9am. Can’t give a comment on the staff as we never saw someone on the front desk- we checked in late after 22h.
