Location and welcome were great. We were traveling with our two dogs and they even supplied dog beds and handmade treats and bowls - unexpected and nice touch! The shower was great and the room was well designed and appointed. A quiet room is vital to us and although right on a main street, the rooms face a quiet courtyard and were very quiet.

We were informed by email after confirming the booking that there was an additional dog fee. When we checked in, we were told we needed to pay it in cash. This didn’t seem proper. The couch seemed to have an iron burn on it but it didn’t really bother us. We could hear our neighbors when they had an early checkout as the halls are echoey.

The overall design was excellent, elegant and quirky. Good bed size and all facilities worked well (lighting particularly successful, I thought). Perfect shower pressure and temperature. Very clean and inviting.

1. Bed linen - I really was expecting 100% cotton. No need for a high thread count, but cotton essential (IMO) to sleep properly. It is also far more sustainable as it lasts longer, improving with use. 2. Not easy to hang towels in bathroom in the heated towel rail, so some sort of hanger needed. 3. Baffled that coffee capsules not given each day, only first day. Negligible cost and would have been appreciated. 4. Ideally I would have liked to be on a higher floor (was in 2nd) as it would have been lighter and even quieter. Soundproofing was good but you could not open window. 5. Not real help/advice given (despite what it says on webpage) about parking. We finally found a car park nearby but thanks to Google…

Everything about our stay here was perfect. From the check-in process with the staff member at the front desk to saying goodbye early the next morning to catch a bus out of town, we had a wonderful time here. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was immaculate. It was great to have access to a fullly-stocked coffee machine and a mini-fridge (although the fridge wasn't very cold). We were also happy to have a balcony to ourselves! We didn't take part in the amenities available, although considering the state of the rest of the hotel I'm sure they were also immaculate. Also, the surrounding neighborhood was beautiful - tons of restaurants, shops, and beautiful (and safe!) places to walk :)

Staying in 72 AD suites was great. They have a really good location (around 10 minute walk from the main square), good connections (there's a bus stop in front of the place + taxis can take you on board easily). The room was really good (a bit small, but had all the facilities needed). Bathroom was clean and neat. Sound isolation was great, especially for the window (as the traffic in the city is really busy). Staff was really helpful and the lobby area is a really great place to relax and have some coffee.

The safe was a bit confusing to use so I managed to lock my passport in. Fortunately the staff came to the rescue super quickly. Make sure to read the instructions well before use!

The property is lovely, well-designed, and decorated. The overall concept is well-thought-out with a cohesive aesthetic. It features communal areas, and the rooms are cozy. There's a complimentary selection of one serving of coffee, teas, and water in the room. The mattresses are comfortable, and the duvets and sheets have a pleasant scent.

Several areas for improvement: 1. The cleanliness of the shower, especially the floor and corners, was poorly done. 2. There are no designated places or hooks to hang towels for 4 people. 3. We were informed at check-in that towel changes weren't done for sustainability, which is great. However, considering the cost and nature of the place, daily cleaning should still be provided. These are two different things. 4. The complimentary coffee in common areas is confusing; some were free, while others were charged. 5. Some staff members weren't particularly friendly. We felt constantly monitored in common areas. 6. Providing mugs and coffee in the room is excellent, but having a sink would be ideal instead of washing things in the bathroom.

Room was so clean, location is very good. It is not far away from the center (by walking 10-15 minutes) but also not in a crowded area. There is a parking area in front of the hotel but it does not belong to hotel. We found parking area in front of hotel anytime. It is very close to Atatürk's house (by walking 12 minutes)

Room is smaller than the ones in photos. Air conditioning was just opposite the single bed. So we couldn't turn it on at night.

amazing central location, wonderfully renovated property. We received very detailed instructions to check-in outside reception hours. The staff was very kind and accommodating and the room was clean, with great attention to design.

Our room in the first floor was very narrow, there was no space around the bed and the kitchen was very narrow. We did not mind for a night's stay, but could be inconvenient for a longer stay.

I chose this hotel based on their design, it was just adorable. In real life it looks even better! I stayed in two rooms (as my stay was divided in two parts) - I admired great design and functionality. It’s just pleasant to stay there. Stuff was extremely helpful and kind. I will definitely stay there again when I’m back in Thessaloniki.

In room 1. You need to be careful not to bump your head once you are in entresol (it’s quite low) & it’s actually quite loud due to the street. But it’s manageable with the earplugs.

I loved everything about the hotel. Top location – easy accessible from all bus/train stations and the airport. Within minutes’ walk from Agios Dimitrius Church, the Aristotelous Square, meaning to main shopping streets, bars, cafes, restaurants, the seaside and the White Tower. The cozy room, I booked for the first night in Thessaloniki was beyond cozy- very spacious, with a cute balcony, very comfortable bed, lovely bath amenities, an iron and an iron board, should you wish to better setup your clothes for the night out. I loved the fact that there is coffee machine in the room. All front office ladies are super nice. Nika was the first to welcome us, gave information about the hotel and the location. Since I liked the hotel very much, I booked also a room for another overnight between the holiday in Halkidiki and trip back home. The lady during the second check-in was very sweet. I will surely book again when in Thessaloniki!🫶🏼
