I must appreciate the help from the staff. Although this hotel lacks an elevator, when you need to carry your luggage upstairs or downstairs, the staff are always ready to help. A gentleman handed us a mini map of Thessaloniki and pointed out the most popular places. And when we were desperate to find a way to go to Vergina, the young lady at the reception desk kindly told us how to take the intercity bus, checked the bus schedule for us and called a taxi to take us to the bus station. (Thank you!) Besides, the room is clean and moderate in size. The location is convenient, very close to the Roman Agora and Agios Dimitrios, as well as bus stops, cafes and bakeries. And they in fact offer shower gel and shampoo.

Grear hotel in a very central location. Room was clean, spacious, warm and with comfortable beds. We had a view to Aristotelous Square.The staff was friendly and helped us with our bags and parking. If you are a light sleeper, bring some earplugs. My travel companions were fine without them, I needed them to block the sound of the occasional speeding motorbike from the street outside. The location is on a lively street with lots of bars and restaurants.There is also supermarkets and an open market nearby.

I recently stayed at this charming hotel and had a wonderful experience. The location is excellent, making it incredibly convenient to explore the surrounding area. Having parking provided was a huge plus, especially in such a central location. The host was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort during the stay.

Although the hotel does not have an elevator, the hotelier kindly helped us with our luggage, which was greatly appreciated and showcased their dedication to customer service.

Friendly family-run hotel in an excellent central location. I requested and was given a quieter room, which was very clean with good-sized bathroom/shower and a lovely balcony overlooking the Roman ruins. Wifi and AC worked well. Blackout curtains ensured a good night's sleep. Staff were so helpful with bringing my bag up the stairs and giving advice for restaurants, public transport, directions -- anything you need, they help you! Convenient location for airport bus and tour departures from Aristotle Square, both a five minute walk away.

It is very well located just next to the Roman Forum in the city center. It is just 5 min away from the bus stop to/from the airport (bus X1) and less than 10 min (walking) to the main commercial streets and the seaside. The area is quite safe to walk in the evenings and there are many bakeries, restaurants, shops and cafes around. All the historic sites are at walking distance from the hotel. There is free tea/coffee and cookies 24/7 downstairs near the reception, the room was very clean and comfortable.

The shower is very small and it has a curtain which did not close properly therefore the water spilled over the floor.

I rate this hotel very positively. It is clean, warm, and pleasant. The rooms are cleaned regularly. Coffee, tea, cookies, and water are available at all times. The area is quiet but right in the city center, close to everything. Special praise goes to the reception staff. The gentleman even had a scale to weigh our luggage. Everyone was very kind, helpful, and polite. I have no negative comments about my stay at this hotel. I would gladly return.

The hotel is located close to the city centre. Aristotle Square and many others sites, shops and restaurants are nearby, as is the public bus to the airport. While the halls and other common spaces feel a bit dated, the room and bathroom were immaculately clean and the bed was super comfortable. The free coffee, tea, water and snacks were a bonus.

The walls are super thin so you can hear other guests in the hall. Earplugs are highly recommended to have a good night sleep.

Perfect location. Hotel is in the city center. There are many shops and restaurants around. Very convenient hotel. Regular room service. Rooms are small but quite. There's dining area on the ground floor with tea/coffee and snacks. There's a computer near reception with printer in case you need to print any documents. Hotel staff is extremely welcoming and friendly. They are ready to answer all your questions.

This hotel is situated about 5 minutes walk from Aristotelous Square but still in a quiet area. The room had high ceilings and a small balcony. The AC worked well and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was big enough although the shower was quite small. Coffee and tea were available all day. The staff were always very friendly and helpful. I would recommend it to anyone using public transport which is close by.

The packing space was very small but the hanging space was big enough with plenty of hangers. The fridge was only big enough for a couple of bottles.

The accommodation has a very good and accessible location. I was able to visit most of the local attractions on foot. I received a room with a view of the street and a balcony according to the request but also with the existing availability given the period. The host was welcoming and helpful whenever we had requests. The room is spacious, bright and clean. Daily clean towels and bed made. Daily cleaning in the room. The bathroom is spacious and has everything you need. Good beds, minibar and room with a modern appearance in a beautiful house, I would say with history. The hotel provides a space where coffee and tea can be served at the table. It probably has many other facilities that I haven't accessed. I felt lucky and satisfied with the choice I made. I would definitely come back here and recommend it with love and warmth. The price was excellent. Superior accommodation conditions compared to other personal experiences.
