Very friendly and helpful staff. For the city this was a good hotel. Had everything one would expect from a two star hotel. Although it is a building it was clean. Bath room was new and big. Rooms had very high sealing, which helps against hot. Our room did not have a view but the other two rooms with balcony were really nice light. It was a pleasure sipping the morning coffee looking at the historic ruins right in front of the hotel. Reversing location right in the middle of all. Parking is an issue in the city, but we were lucky to have a spot right in front of the hotel. There are 2-3 parking spots reserved for the hotel. But they can not be reserved so one has to be lucky. Great restaurants and banker near by. The hotel does not offer breakfast but if you have your food you can consume it in the eating are. They provide coffee and tea.

The floor was damaged under the bed, we discovered while moving two beds together.

Spacious, clean, safe, centrally located, no parking problems (street parking available), air conditioning worked well. Our room had a balcony overlooking the ruins. There were colourful and lively cafés nearby. Close to historical sites, which we were able to visit on foot. The receptionist was helpful, friendly, and provided us with a valuable travel guide. Free tea and coffee, along with small biscuits, were available. We would definitely stay there again.Thank you very much.

There were no negative experiences. A wider variety of savoury and sweet biscuits could be served alongside the coffee, but it was sufficient as it was.

This hotel has an ideal location — right in the city center and very close to everything. It’s wonderfully convenient, and the price-to-quality ratio is excellent. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful — they even looked at the map with me and pointed out what’s worth seeing around the city. There’s also a cozy room on the ground floor with free coffee, tea, cookies, and other little things, which was a lovely bonus. Although breakfast isn’t officially offered, they treated me to some fresh pastries in the morning, which was very thoughtful. All in all, I highly recommend this place. If I ever come back to Thessaloniki, I’ll definitely stay here again.

I must appreciate the help from the staff. Although this hotel lacks an elevator, when you need to carry your luggage upstairs or downstairs, the staff are always ready to help. A gentleman handed us a mini map of Thessaloniki and pointed out the most popular places. And when we were desperate to find a way to go to Vergina, the young lady at the reception desk kindly told us how to take the intercity bus, checked the bus schedule for us and called a taxi to take us to the bus station. (Thank you!) Besides, the room is clean and moderate in size. The location is convenient, very close to the Roman Agora and Agios Dimitrios, as well as bus stops, cafes and bakeries. And they in fact offer shower gel and shampoo.

Grear hotel in a very central location. Room was clean, spacious, warm and with comfortable beds. We had a view to Aristotelous Square.The staff was friendly and helped us with our bags and parking. If you are a light sleeper, bring some earplugs. My travel companions were fine without them, I needed them to block the sound of the occasional speeding motorbike from the street outside. The location is on a lively street with lots of bars and restaurants.There is also supermarkets and an open market nearby.

I recently stayed at this charming hotel and had a wonderful experience. The location is excellent, making it incredibly convenient to explore the surrounding area. Having parking provided was a huge plus, especially in such a central location. The host was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort during the stay.

Although the hotel does not have an elevator, the hotelier kindly helped us with our luggage, which was greatly appreciated and showcased their dedication to customer service.

Friendly family-run hotel in an excellent central location. I requested and was given a quieter room, which was very clean with good-sized bathroom/shower and a lovely balcony overlooking the Roman ruins. Wifi and AC worked well. Blackout curtains ensured a good night's sleep. Staff were so helpful with bringing my bag up the stairs and giving advice for restaurants, public transport, directions -- anything you need, they help you! Convenient location for airport bus and tour departures from Aristotle Square, both a five minute walk away.

It is very well located just next to the Roman Forum in the city center. It is just 5 min away from the bus stop to/from the airport (bus X1) and less than 10 min (walking) to the main commercial streets and the seaside. The area is quite safe to walk in the evenings and there are many bakeries, restaurants, shops and cafes around. All the historic sites are at walking distance from the hotel. There is free tea/coffee and cookies 24/7 downstairs near the reception, the room was very clean and comfortable.

The shower is very small and it has a curtain which did not close properly therefore the water spilled over the floor.

I rate this hotel very positively. It is clean, warm, and pleasant. The rooms are cleaned regularly. Coffee, tea, cookies, and water are available at all times. The area is quiet but right in the city center, close to everything. Special praise goes to the reception staff. The gentleman even had a scale to weigh our luggage. Everyone was very kind, helpful, and polite. I have no negative comments about my stay at this hotel. I would gladly return.

We arrived late at night, and the staff was very accommodating by offering us a one-hour check-out extension so we could sleep a little longer. Although the hotel does not provide breakfast, they do offer free coffee and cookies in the morning, and you can purchase water and other drinks for a fee. The hotel room was spacious enough for the three of us to be comfortable.
