Domotel Olympia is great value for money, offering a clean and comfortable stay in an unbeatable central location—just a 5-minute walk from the city’s bustling streets. The breakfast spread includes a nice selection of hot and cold items, with fresh croissants adding a pleasant touch. While the room on the 5th floor was very clean, it felt a bit small, and the shower room was quite tight. Still, the experience was elevated by the thoughtful service: after noticing from our passports that it was my partner’s birthday, the lovely receptionist arranged for a complimentary bottle of wine to be brought to our room within minutes—a wonderful surprise and the cherry on top of a pleasant stay.

We had an excellent experience at Domotel Olympia! The hotel is very clean and recently renovated, which adds to the comfort and modern feel. It is located close to the city center, making it easy to explore Thessaloniki without needing transportation. A big plus is the extremely friendly and professional staff – they constantly provided us with helpful guidance and even assisted us with items we had forgotten in the room, which we truly appreciated. We felt welcomed and well taken care of throughout our stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Thessaloniki who is looking for comfort, cleanliness, and a great location!

Good location, comfortable bed, polite and helpful staff, very good breakfast, effective A/C with acceptable noise, quiet room, good choice of restaurants nearby, walking distance to the important sites in the center.

One parking place in front of the entrance, to be used 15 min during check in. It was blocked two days by some craftsmen working inside. Hotel recommends Karavan Sarai garage (16 eur/night) which is 350 m away. Room was full of dust and all beding are pilling, leaving white traces on all our clothing.

The location of the hotel was perfect. Only a few minutes walk to the centre of Aristotelos Square. Perfect for trips out, as the meeting point is at the top of the square. The hotel was beautifully clean, had incredibly comfortable beds, and it's a quiet neighbourhood . The breakfast was great, with an abundance of choices, including a pack up if leaving the hotel before 07.00. Lastly, all of the staff are very friendly and any request that is made of them, they tried to accommodate . All in all, both myself and the rest of the group of friends with whom I travelled highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be staying there again.

The location was excellent, quiet but very easy to get everywhere we wanted. Excellent breakfast with a great choice of everything and spotlessly clean. We were well looked after by all the staff - especially Sisi on reception who helped with trips, taxis and anything else we needed. Vasilis in the bar sorted us out with drinks and tasty snacks and lots of smiles and laughter. I would highly recommend this lovely friendly hotel to everyone. We ate several times at Kanoula Restaurant over the road - delicious food, friendly staff, good prices and atmosphere but book a table as it’s very popular!

Good location with nearly all attractions in a walkable distance. Staff was welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was really good, although coffee could be better. Though small, the room was comfortable and some cool amenities were provided.

I was spammed with messages from the hotel before coming, fishing for a room upgrade or an airport transfer. Shower curtain should be upgraded to a hard cover for better hygiene. Parking is not within the hotel but a few streets away and it could be tough to navigate because of one-way traffic in the neighborhood.

Well located for walking around the city or finding restaurants. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The hotel works with a parking garage close by and they find you a spot even when the garage is full. The way the breakfast is set and the breakfast crew make it feel more like a 4 star hotel . The internal view is rather gloomy at the moment, because the building across seems to get ready to be demolished. ( Obviously , not the hotel's fault) But for a longer stay I would recommend a room with a street view

There is only one parking spot for loading/unloading luggage.

I loved everything about the property including the breakfast. I was in room 203, the third bed which was by the window and his lower than the other two beds was very firm but the pillows were really too hard for the bed I had to sleep without pillows because they were just way too firm for me. Other than that I love the place I would definitely come back and recommend it. I have stayed in this hotel 4 times before and will stay there again next time I visit. The staff are pleasant, everything in the room works, the location is perfect for the city centre, most attractions and public transport. The breakfast is outstanding (for a Greek hotel). The balcony was a bonus.

The rooms are a little on the small side. I had a double to myself and there was little room left around the bed. But then I knew that before I booked and I only slept and showered in the room.

Centrally located, very convenient to explore city by foot. Nice breakfast with things to choose between. Very good isolation from the windows and terrace and prevented the noise from the street on friday night. Hotel is working with private parking as there is no way to park near the hotel. Price for a day is 17 eur till 12 noon time on the next day and 1 eur per hour after that. In general is great value for the money as price was very good.

Small rooms and especially the bathroom, generally noisy from inside and the outside but since in center was expected.
