The location of this hotel is awesome. Directly across from the beach. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast was included and was nice. The pool was also very nice.

The hotel itself is a bit old and the rooms are small, which is common with most hotels in this price range. The bathroom was very small, even for one person. We did not enjoy the dinner buffet.

The week of our stay was really great. We booked a family room for 4 people (2 adults and 2 children). Before traveling, I had read many comments here and on Google about the hotel, and enough of them were negative. So, I went on the trip with some prejudice and felt a bit worried. But once we arrived, everything turned out to be the opposite of what I had expected. Maybe others had a worse experience, but for us (me and my family) it was very nice. I think a lot depends on how you choose to see things :) We had a tidy room on the 2nd floor, and the view from the public balcony was amazing -especially at sunset. The sea was very warm, perfect for children. There were also many Ukrainians staying, so our kids made new friends on the beach. As for the sunbeds and deposit system - nobody ever came to us asking to buy anything 😄 (though we did anyway - milkshakes and the frappe with ice cream were delicious). One morning after a small storm, the sea and the beach were full of seaweed, but that’s just nature. The cleaning ladies were very kind and always smiling - some of them were from Ukraine, and they were all friendly and helpful. The same goes for the restaurant staff at breakfast -very pleasant and welcoming. We didn’t use the swimming pool, so I can’t comment on it. Of course, there are “better” 5* hotels, especially if you compare with Dubai, but for Greece and this location, I would say it easily feels like 4-5*.

Regarding the beach cleanliness: overall it was fine, but I agree it could be improved. Sometimes you can find different things buried in the sand - from shells to cigarette butts. It would also be great if there were smoking and non-smoking zones on the beach, because the smell of smoke can be unpleasant, especially for kids :)

We were there at the end of June, so it wasn't very crowded. We booked a standard triple room but ended up with a large triple room (they call it a family room) with a locked door between our suite and the one next door and with the biggest terrace in the hotel for which we would like to thank the staff. We were satisfied with the cleanliness of the room, the towels were changed regularly, the room and beds were neatly furnished. By the way, the hotel staff is very friendly and accommodating. I remember we asked for an umbrella to be brought to the terrace and they brought it right away. Breakfast at the hotel is excellent. Wi-Fi is not bad. Free parking is possible around the hotel, otherwise the price of their parking is 10e per day. The location of the hotel is excellent. The hotel is located across the street from its own beach with its own sunbeds, which were not charged extra, although you had to order a drink. The sea is very beautiful and clean. The sea is waist-deep, about 50 meters deep, which is great for children. Fine sand with many shells and shrimps. The beach could be cleaner. Perea city is near, about 5 minutes with car, so you can go there for a walk with a family. There are some excellent pizza restaurants in Perea so kids will love it. But be prepared to spend a long time looking for a parking space. Thessaloniki and shopping centres are also relatively close, so you can go shopping. We will come again that's for sure!

Wi-Fi strength depends on the position in the room and hotel. A few cockroaches ran through, but nothing terrible LOL. The hotel's pool is open from 10 am to 6 pm and is small. The beach of the hotel is really dirty and should be cleaner. There are many plastic cups, cigarette butts, paper, etc. Once in a day it could be cleaned for a 5-10 minutes and it would be enough. There are some restaurants near the hotel and nothing else, no shops nearby. The maids do not know English so communication with them is difficult.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel! Everything was at a very high level – cleanliness, comfort, and amenities. But we would especially like to express our gratitude to the receptionist Anna. She welcomed us warmly and professionally upon arrival, assisted us with helpful information, and was always smiling and ready to help. We also met her at the hotel shop – once again showing excellent customer service and impressive professionalism. We believe that such employees are a great asset to the hotel and strongly recommend that she be recognized and encouraged. Thank you for the hospitality!

Incredible Stay for Our Team We stayed as a group of students and trainers who had visited the country to represent Kenya at a robotics competition, and the experience was unforgettable. The hotel’s beachfront location, stunning pool, and amazing views made it the perfect place to relax. The food was great, and the staff were absolutely wonderful, especially at reception, so kind, helpful, and welcoming. They made our entire group feel at home. Highly recommend this hotel for both teams and travellers looking for comfort, great service, and a beautiful setting!

The breakfast is excellent, the pool is also very good and clean, there are comfortable sunbeds. Nearby is the town where you can easily take an evening walk, it is filled with very good cafes and taverns,

When we arrived, we waited a long time for our room even though we had previously done an electronic check-in. Our room only had a French balcony, We really missed the terrace so we could enjoy the beautiful view.

Stayed for one night before the flight, and it was the perfect choice! The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, yet just a short walk from a beautiful promenade along the sea. It was great to enjoy a relaxing stroll and take in the views before traveling. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. An excellent option!

Last year we were in the same hotel, this year it was much better.. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the breakfast is really great. The pool is clean, the pool bar has almost everything you need, the beach is beautiful and there are plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas around it.
