The location of the hotel is good, the staff is in general ok. The beach is steps away. The entrance in the water is shallow for a long distance, the bottom is nice and sandy. The sunbeds are free to use, only the ones more fancy requires you to spend some euros on their beach bar. There are enough spaces available near the hotel to park your car. The beds are comfortable. The sea view from the balcony is wonderful. The room was cleaned every day, the towels were changed every second day. Given the location I would recommend visiting: Edessa waterfall, Pozar Thermal Baths, Meteora, Thessaloniki Skyline Bar.

The price per night is too much for what they offer. The room is not very big, though enough for 2 people (not 3 as I saw a same size room with 3 single beds) and the bathroom is quite small, not to mention the shower. The food (breakfast or dinner) is only good enough to fill your belly, nothing else. Cobwebs even in the dining room, but maybe it was part of the decor (vintage furniture and fittings :). The cleanliness was not given proper attention overall, it was just so & so. One lady at the reception, when we checked in, seemed a bit preoccupied with something else and was like bla bla bla, enjoy your stay... as she wanted to be left alone asap... This is a place, for us anyway, where come backs is a definite NO.

Luxury hotel with excellent sea view. Comfortable room and tasty breakfast. Available parking always with some free places. Near the beach and close to main street with shops / restaurants. Excellent Sky Restaurant on 5th floor with amazing sea view.

The room was a little bit different than on photos which were presented on my booking (for example there was no carpet in our room). The hotel is equipped with indoor swimming pool, but it was not allowed for kids and because of that we were not able to use it. Everything else was good.

Very nice hotel with a lovely pool area and beach with free sunbeds. Staff is nice and helpful, breakfast good. The rooms have a bit of luxurious feeling with chandeliers and gold decor and so on, most or all of the rooms have a balcony with sea view. And most important of all, a working fridge! If you want to visit shops and restaurants you will need to walk 1-2 km (or drive, many guests come by car and if you do, they have parking).

There could be a playground or some activities for kids, as they have lots of families visiting. Toilets by the pool should be updated.

The entire hotel is really luxurious, the beds were incredibly comfortable and the location is perfect! The indoor pool was very relaxing and quiet and I enjoyed the Hot Stone massage that I booked (for an additional cost). The staff was also very friendly, every interaction I had with anyone from the staff was pleasant. The ladies who cleaned the room were very considerate and helpful when I was stuck in our room for an entire day with my sick child.

Even though the breakfast was good and plentiful, I couldn't find many vegan options. I couldn't see any plant based milks for example, which I would've liked in my coffee instead of dairy. Otherwise, the breakfast was good

Very close to the beach. I booked room in this hotel but staff gave me a room in 5 star hotel (Wellness santa beach hotel) in front ot this on the same chain, I don't now why. Everything was perfect in this hotel. The breakfast was plentiful.

Аs I said I was lodged in the other hotel, but I dined in this one. Dinner was not varied for a 4 star hotel. I'm not fascinated.

Breakfast was satisfying. Very good location, close to the beach, excellent water, the entrance to the sea is smooth, without stones. Friendly staff. Cleaning in the room, towels changed daily.

The pool access schedule can be extended, it is too short, maybe there are customers who want to use it later than 6:00 p.m. Maybe at 4 stars, you expect a bigger room.

The staff is warm and welcoming! I was greeted by Alexandra and Dimitri who were very friendly and welcoming . I loved the breakfast and the spacious room. Hotel room was clean.

Nothing really. But The one day that housekeeping was in my room she really didn’t clean the tables which had crumbs of my snacks. I was surprised but everything else was cleaned.
