Stunning views and all inclusive .

If you don’t have a room in the building where pool/beach access is , you have to walk pretty far or call a golf cart. We luckily had one in the building where restaurant, pool, & beach are close by

Really modern, fantastic setting, the beach is beautiful. Great selection of cocktails and the food at NAFS was brilliant. Bar staff in particular were fantastic as were all the buggy drivers who are really helpful when it comes to the hills. Others commented on sunbeds but actually we didn’t have a problem and didn’t get up too early.

Reception staff were quite unhelpful and didn’t seem to communicate with others in the resort or know about the goings on. The spa is massively overpriced in my opinion. The big thing for us is we would have loved some livelier entertainment on the rooftop bar at least on Friday/ Saturday.

First of all we would like to thank everyone working at this great hotel for an awesome time there. Everything about our stay was perfect - the room, the food, the service - everything. The rooms are very clean and we the cleaning staff is so nice and friendly! Not only the room, but the hotel and everything around the hotel was so clean, they were cleaning all day long! The rooms, the hotel facilities, around the pool, at the beach bar, even the toilets at the beach were all day long clean. They are truly doing an amazing job! The food was amazing, great variety everyday for every meal, everything was just delicious (it‘s actually the first time for me during a holiday that I didn‘t have any stomach issues - the food was really fresh). The cocktails were great, high quality cocktails and very pretty looking. Very skilled bartenders. The people working at the restaurant are really engaged and they try their best to keep everyone satisfied. The beach is breathtaking, the bar at the beach is great and the older gentleman working at the beach bar is a sunshine, such a nice and hard working man! Everyone from the staff was so friendly and helpful, i really don‘t understand the other reviews where people say that the employees are not friendly - maybe it depends on how you treat them. Just because they are working there doesn’t mean you can treat them poorly and bad. To us everyone was just amazing! Also the problem with the sunbeds is not due to the hotel. Everyday we saw people reserving sunbeds at the beach AND at the pool. 4 ukrainian guests were taking 6 sunbeds at the beach and 4 sunbeds at the pool for one day. That’s 10 sunbeds for 4 people. Another couple (2 people) took 4 sunbeds at the beach while other people didn‘t have any. People just act ridiculous and greedy. The hotel is definitely 5 stars worth, but the guests aren’t unfortunately. They act rude and as if they don‘t have a feeling of common sense.

The welcome was warm and the first impression was excellent. 50% of the staff were polite, friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the modern architecture, stylish interiors, beautiful views from the terraces, food in the restaurants, easy accessibility, and the hotel’s perfect location. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and would be happy to stay here again.

Room cleaning and room service were below expectations, and the service in the buffet restaurant could be improved. For a resort of this level, I believe the staff should meet the same high standard. Hopefully, this will improve with time.

Clearly this place is brand new and that shows. Overall the staff were lovely but did not work well together in unison - no fault of their own as the resort only opened on 1st May. A couple of members of the team were pretty rude and abrupt - not what you'd expect from a 5 star resort but everyone else was very professional and friendly. Very difficult to book one of the "dine around" restaurants due to very limited availability. Food was to a very good standard and the cocktails were on point, made with branded spirits so they actually tasted like they should - the negroni's were spot on!! Good wine selection too. Rooms very stylish and the decor overall was chic yet understated. Views from the gym were incredible.

As mentioned, some members of staff, notably the chap in charge of the dinner service in the main restaurant could use a lesson or two on the basics of good customer service. If you're going to work at a 5 star resort, you should ideally be nice to the guests. A few teething problems but with time this place could be something pretty special.

Incredible views of the sea and the shore. We had an HB, so the breakfast and dinner were OK-ish, not amazing, but you can find something delicious from the wide variety of the food. Staff was absolutely amazing, they provided us extra lunch with great food in the pool restaurant on the check-out day. Really thoughtful!

- Consider that you will need a 10-minute walk to the beach which is basically a high-slope road. Also, the beach is not private, they have their private "La Grotta Verde" sun loungers, but anyone can come from the next village and take them. - Bus to Corfu town with a round trip costs 12 EUR. I think the hotel should have its own shuttles to the city, considering that it positions itself as a 5-star hotel

Excellent break for me and wife. Great staff and food options for buffet daily.

Ot’s very steep and hilly to get around the facility so it could be difficult for some people to get around the resort.

The view from our room was amazing! the beach is clean and nice with a lot of tavernas nearby. The buffet restaurant had a big variety of food and was tasty the staff was nice as well!

The reception staff was not so patient, I had a few questions but I got the feeling that it wasn't the "right time". When we wanted to book a scooter they offer us a deal that was way more expensive than what we found with a few min walk. When we asked them to book us a taxi to the airport, they send us a taxi that was more expensive than what we paid from the airport to the hotel. So, my suggestion is to book everything by yourself, as it seems to me that they were trying to make more money on something that I thought was a legit service to ask from the hotel you staying at.

The staff were very friendly and always ready to help. The cuisine was excellent, with a wide variety of dishes and something new to try every day.

There were some issues with the sunbeds — many people would reserve them for the entire day and leave their belongings, sometimes going away for 3–4 hours and leaving the beds unattended. This happened both at the pool and on the beach. To get a spot, you had to come early in the morning; otherwise, you could end up waiting a long time for someone to free a sunbed. However, it’s worth mentioning that the beach staff always did their best to help.

The hotel itself is perfect! The orientation of the rooms, a magnificent view from the rooms, bars, and restaurants. The room is quite nice, and the bed is very comfortable. The food is perfection! So many to choose from and very, very delicious! The staff is mostly kind, especially at the beach bar and my man at the towel station! Many options of cocktails that are very carefully prepared. Fotis for the president of Greece! :) The beach is like something from a dream.

Well, some staff need more training and patience. They are not rude, but impatient :) Also, the check-in process takes so much time, and the reception is a little slow. Our room has not been vacuumed every day, even though the maids are doing good and quick work. The annoying thing is that there is no policy for sunbeds at the pool or at the beach. People just leave towels and are gone for hours, and the staff is letting it happen like that, and you are very easily left with no sunbeds. I think some policy could be imposed there. Pool bar and beach bar are closing at 6 pm :( Not a bad, but odd thing. The hotel is like a maze, lots to walk but good because you eat so much :)
