The location is amazing with wonderful sunrise views out over the sea and of the entrance to the harbour. 4 minute walk into Benitses, and the bus stops just at the entrance. The pool is a lovely size and isn't too deep, the friendly and very helpful staff were lovely, and the size of the bedrooms were fantastic.

The bathroom and kitchen areas. Unfortunately they are really looking old and tired, and the bathroom is almost too small for an average size person to move about in. If they had a good freshen up, it would really set the apartments above the competition. Also, the mattresses were fine to begin with, but by the end of the week were just uncomfortable, due to them being so hard. But the positives outweigh the negatives, it really is a good place to stay .

It would be a much nicer place if the windows would have had mosquito nets, and also the place could use some renovation, freshen up the place with some color; on room no.2 please install a pot plant on the left corner so i dont see the neighbors

The location was perfect, just a few minutes' walk from the beaches and close to a great variety of restaurants and supermarkets. The flat itself was clean and came with a basic kitchenette, which was all we needed. The AC worked well and while the bathroom and furniture were basic, the overall condition was good. But the real highlight was the outstanding view from the balcony. Overlooking the sea, it was the perfect place to relax. The balcony was spacious enough for two people, making it an ideal spot for morning coffee or an evening drink.

The location is ideal to walk to the supermarket and local restaurants. The cleanliness of the apartments was fantastic, along with an easy check in and friendly staff. The air conditioning worked very well, along with the fridge. The view from the balcony was unbelievable and if you’re happy with basic accommodation then it’s ideal. The apartments are quiet and the pool is wonderful!

Shower head holder to work better, but other than that there were no issues.

Location wise this property is perfect! Dimitra Studios is a stones throw from everything you could possibly need. A residents beach at the end of the entrance, bus stops in and out of Benitses to Corfu town and South of the Island, Supermarkets, bars and restaurants it has everything you could ask for surrounding it. Tucked away off the main road away from the hustle and bustle of the ‘strip’ it is a hidden gem nestled in the hills of Benitses surrounded by nature and other villas. The pool facilities are perfect with a view of the beach in sight. Within the Studio it has all you need to enjoy your stay, we didn’t spend too much time in the property during the day but if you’re just looking for somewhere with the basics and a good place to lay your head then this is the best place to consider. Value for money was unmatched, the studio was clean with regular room service provided to clean any rubbish and replace towels.

Although commodities were provided in the property some were in much need of an upgrade. The bathroom was dated however not too much of an issue for us. Beds are a little on the hard side and the AC is in need of attention as unfortunately it wasn’t powerful or cold enough to battle the Corfu heat in the evening.

The outside of the apartments and swimming pool area were quite run down and in need of significant repair, I felt some parts, especially leading to the swimming pool, were quite rickety, more so the handrails going down the steps to the pool. The greenery needed some attention as well, it was quite overgrown. The shame of it is it would take very little to make this apartment complex so much more pleasant

The place is really quiet and the sea view is relaxing, a few steps and you are in the center. Highly recommended! We will be back!
