Small quiet apartment building. Cleaned regularly. Staff very helpful. Apartment units are simple, small kitchen with essential equipment, fridge, filter coffee machine, microwave, basic cooking equipment and small electric cooking top and oven. There was fresh bread, cheese milk and jam in the fridge on arrival, a nice gesture. Pool area comfortable with lots of seating and shade. Location close to village, bakery, supermarkets and restaurants. 5 minute walk to beach and bus stop to Corfu town which is a half hour trip if no traffic jams.

As mentioned before, the beds are hard, one of us slept well, the other less so. The hinges on doors and cupboards need oiling badly as they squeak. But all in all great stay.

Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived. The lovely owners arranged our airport transfer and personally welcomed us at midnight on arrival. So convenient to everywhere in the village and Corfu Town. The property was very authentic Greek style which we liked. The pool was lovely and not busy as it’s not a Tour Operator property., again a great benefit. Complimentary coffee/soft drink daily. Although we were booked on room only, the fridge was stacked with fresh food items for us to enjoy. My daughter got stung in the mouth by a wasp, Adonis the Owner immediately went to the chemist and provided her with a pain relief gel. All the staff go over and beyond to make your stay perfect. Definitely would return.

Nothing not to like

The apartment was nicely equipped with everything we needed, and the location was excellent - really close to the beach, plenty of restaurants, shops, cash points, car rentals etc - everything was on the doorstep. The pool was beautiful, with a stunning backdrop of the forest covered mountains, plus two smaller paddling pools for small children. The staff were so friendly and helpful, they come round every day to freshen up the apartment, and gave out poolside drinks. We couldn't fault them, they really made us welcome and we very much hope to return.

There was nothing we didn't like.

We had an amazing stay at this apartment! The location is fantastic, being close to the town, beach, and bus stop. On our arrival day, we were pleasantly surprised to find a small refreshment in the fridge. The mattress was very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The swimming pool was lovely, and the view of the mountains was breathtaking. The apartment was very clean, with daily cleaning services. The staff were incredibly nice and genuinely cared about their guests. Highly recommended! 😊

Wonderful location, easy walk to bakery, restaurants, supermarkets and small pebble beach. Pool was immaculately clean with a fantastic view. Plenty of sun loungers, also showers and a toilet near the pool so no need to go inside when you’re having fun at the pool! Very good air con in bedrooms, and we found the property stayed lovely and cool even after we’d been out. Owner and lady that worked there were lovely, made us iced coffee to enjoy poolside. Brilliant gyros about 3 mins down the road.

Mattresses were very firm. I didn’t mind but husband and teen found them uncomfortable so something to consider. Some of the sun loungers were uncomfortable, could feel the metal bars digging in. Would benefit from having some cushions on them. Switched to a newer looking lounger which was lovely and comfortable.

Good location, close to village center with shops and restaurants, close to beach, very nice pool and pool area. 25 minut drive from airport. Private parking.

Kitchen is very basic, don't expect to cook three course meals. Access with car is through narrow street, which can be challening, especially in the evenings, when there is a lot of people walking around.

The property was ideally located right by the old town of Benitses, but was still lovely and peaceful. Very short walk to restaurants, bars, a bakery and the beach. The pool was really well maintained and not shared by many apartments, it was so welcome too in the heat. The apartments were kept really clean, were spacious and had air conditioning in the bedrooms. We had a ground floor 2bed apartment with a lovely lime tree providing shade from the morning sun on the terrace.

The beds were a little firm for me

We, a family of 3 people (2 adults and one kid 4 y.o.), lived here for 2 weeks starting from September. Apartments are located in the village of Benitses in the middle of Corfu. The location of the apartment itself is in the center of the village near a variety of restaurants, shops, a public bus stop, and a fresh fish shop every morning on working weekdays (5 min walk). The hosts were super hospitable and friendly people (Antonio and his grandson). It has just exceptional cleaning room service (Eva thank you so much) every day. The kitchen has all facilities for cooking. The pool zone has just a picturesque view and it was so convenient to have this possibility to just use it. The washing machine is present onsite.

WiFi is not stable (it will be not possible to do workation here), and the bathroom is so little. Mosquitos were our pain :)

The location firstly is just 2 minutes walk to the main restaurant area and beach, yet quiet at night. The road up is very narrow but that seems to be the same ina lot of Corfu . The staff were super, apartment cleaned every day and fresh towels and bed linen every couple of days. The poolside coffee was a real bonus ! The pool area and pool itself were very clean and well maintained with plenty of loungers and umbrellas. Highly recommended for all ages, families and couples.

Quite basic, but we couldn't fault the cleanliness, cleaned every day. Lovely and quiet tucked away from the main street. Great swimming pool immaculately maintained and there's even a coffee on hand from our host by the pool in the morning. Great, friendly staff. Would recommend if you are looking for a chilled out place.

Nothing really, could have had a bit more info on how to use the facilities .. but it wasn't an issue at all.
