Location was good right in the center of Benites. There were plenty of supermarkets and tavernas nearby. The hotel room was big enough and was very clean. The personnel cleaned and tidied It every day! The beach was in front of the hotel and wasn't crowded at last for the period we stayed early in June.. Breakfasts and dinners were well cooked with a good selection for non vegetarians.

As we were a family with an 1 year old we would like to be warned upfront that every Tuesday, Friday and Sunday evening to after 12:00 there was loud live music in the bar right below our balcony.. there isn't a single clothes drying rack, and if you have an 1 year old, you know how many clothes you it will go through. Please take this feedback as an advise to have 2,3 racks for families that for sure will benefit from wash hang their kid clothes and not advise them to send their clothes in a public washer in Kerkyra... At the hotel beach you still need to pay for to use the sunbeds and it was dirty overall. There were a lot of broken glass and you shoud be extra carefull. Bathroom was small and cramped. The furniture was dated but ok and comfy so no complains there.

Had a lovely time .Very nice Hotel near the beach and Restaurant's. Very good clean rooms. The only complaint i can give was a group of Brits must be around 60 + years took over the pool area with Very LOUD music and talking Very loud.Thankfully they were coming to the end of their hoilday....so peace was restored....

Hotel staff were very helpfull and nice. Room was clean, they changed the towels every day and replenished the soap, shower gel. We had a nice beach view balkony, altough it was very hot outside to enjoy it. Location was also good, you have many restaurants, car rents, grocerie shops and gift shops nearby. The breakfast was ok by us. The beach was a bit smaller, but clean.

Sometimes it was noisy in the room, you can hear the door slams in the night. They don't have compressor fridge, so it lacks power. First we tought it doesnt work. The first night there was a power outage, but they handled it in an hour or so. The water pressure was low and was hard to set the right temperature. We'll be happy if there was also beach towels. The beach was over the road with high traffic.

Very clean, lovely big room with large sea facing balcony…fantastic views. The bartender Callie and owner were very welcoming and friendly.

Breakfast was okay but the bacon eggs mushrooms etc were swimming in oil, and there wasn’t a lot of healthy options…there was slices or orange but no other fresh fruit and the juices were sweet concentrates. The pool area was very hot and there was t enough shade, we ended up not using the pool at all.

Very nice hotel, probably the most beautifull one from Benitses region. The staff was very friendly, we receive the room that we’ve paid for. The room was clean, large, had fridge, seif, TV, balcony with sea view, pool view and mountain view. Very good room for the price that we’ve paid. The breakfast was very good and delicious(they do very good donuts). The pool was clean. I’ll recommend you if you are in the area to choose Potamaki.

In bathroom was smell from the kitchen. We knew what was for breakfast or for dinner. The smell is not constant, so by opening the window, you can fix that.

The first and foremost thing about the hotel was: YOUR WONDERFUL STAFF! <3 From the moment we walked in, we felt absolutely welcome and safe and it was like: whatever we would need, we can ask about it and the amazing receptionist/s would do anything to help, assist or troubleshoot. Working in hospitality for 30 years, this is one of the most vital assets of a hotel / reception employee. The fact the we felt safe and free to ask additional questions or ask for favours without making us feel as if we are a burden, made all the difference! We were especially looked after by Evi and Katherina (and one more lovely lady & gent whom’s names i missed to take). During our stay these 2 mentioned were simply exceptional and outstanding in their friendliness, professionalism and care! They are definitely a great asset to your team. Oh, and on arrival, I had re-injured myself on an existing wound on my knee and one of the lovely receptionist (whom’s name I forgot) lovingly looked after me!! Also, all in all, the room was equipped with all we needed, was spacious and cosy and our favourite was the our amazing beach view (absolutely breathe-taking and peaceful), plus the pool, the evening entertainment and the beach access. We absolutely loooooooved it and every minute of our stay – we did NOT want to leave and will hopefully be back some day! The hotel was nice, very close to the beach. We had a room with a balcony and a spectacular sea view. The staff was friendly and helpful. We opted for demi-pension and the food was great (also, a huge array of dishes). Close to the hotel, on the left on your way to the Benitses marina, there is a fabulous family-run traditional Greek restaurant called Mythos. We went there every day because the food is fantastic (traditional Corfiot dishes are a must!) and the owner is one of the nicest people we've ever met in our travels. Our 8 year old loved it there.

The bathroom wasn't that nice. This "beach-hotel" is not really on the beach. You need to cross a motorway with heavy traffic. The beach isn't sandy, but with pebbles and gravel. You can also hurt your feet against the rocks in the water.

We stayed at Potamaki beach hotel between May20-27, we felt great, great location, right on the beach, clean rooms, daily changed towels, shampoo, soap. Good food, breakfast and dinner with vegetarian dishes. The sunbeds are valid at the price of € 4.00 including a drink that is brought to you on the beach. The bus station (bus no. 6) is right in front of the hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. At the restaurant we were served by Socrates, Olga and the other lady, (Yanis mom) I don't know her name, they were very nice and very attentive to everything we needed. The people at the reception (Natalia) were also very nice, with a big smile. In a word, we will return to this wonderful place!

Room service each day, nice breakfest & dinners. Lockers to put the luggage when needed, pool, Sea view balconies. Beach is very close to the hotel, live music events, drink bar... simple someting for anyone. And not far away from the aipoirt! Bus stop next to the hotel, you can travel around east cost using 5€ day ticket

Better to reserve the table for evening events!
