Breakfast was wonderful, very attentive staff and lovely atmosphere in a location near the beach and restaurants.

Room was cleaned everyday. Really helpful and friendly staff. TV wasn’t working when we arrived, in which they tried to fix but couldn’t so they had to buy a new one and Alexandra called me to let me know that the new TV was installed. Good location - close proximity to bus stop, groceries, restaurants, beach, laundry, good bakery and car rental. Room and toilet were big and we were very happy with our stay. We booked for a twin room but got upgraded to a studio which was a plus. Good value for the money you spent.

Breakfast could be improved.

The staff were the best in this wonderful family run hotel! Nothing was a problem and helped us when we needed it. The location was good for Prokopios, a 5 minute walk from the bust stop. There were many cafes and shops nearby. The apartment was great with the kitchenette and lovely balcony, where we could have meals if we wanted to. The pool was a great option to the expensive loungers on the nearby beach.

Generally, everything was great. Sometimes we couldn’t get towels for the pool when we needed to, but that was sorted out afterwards.

Perfect location, very close to the beach and everything you need. We enjoyed very tasty and fresh breakfast every morning. Our room was very clean and well equipped. We appreciated a small kitchenette that came useful. The room was cleaned perfectly every day and at a time that was convenient for us. We got bathroom towel replacement every day and we able to additionally rent beach towels. The staff was very polite and kind, and were ready to walk an extra mile to make our stay even more comfortable.

While we really enjoyed the breakfast with freshly made omelette and tasty pastries every time, I missed having fruits. The pool has a very small part for our 3 yo child who couldn’t swim. Also while the pool water felt overall clean the pool had a lot of sand on the bottom at the end of our 2-weeks stay. There is a shower but it’s located inside a shared bathroom in the yard). Having a shower right near the pool could be nice to prevent it from getting sandy.

The room was very large with a large comfortable bed. Alexandra at reception was very helpful finding us a kettle for the room and pointing out the best place to head on the beach. The pool side sunloungers were very comfortable and we found ourselves staying by the pool for most of the day and only using the beach later in the afternoon. We enjoyed the included breakfast and already miss the rice pudding! I think for the price you can't go wrong.

Location is central and pool area is nice. Breakfast is good. Room was fine but the bathroom was the star. Great shower area. Good balcony too, we had a private one as our room was in the back. Coffee machine at breakfast was decent.

Didn’t get told anything on check in, found out when we were leaving there was a fitness room, sauna and satellite tv. Would have liked some fresh fruit at breakfast. Unfortunately the room below us smoked constantly on the balcony and so would drift up into our room, especially when we were going to bed.

The staff was amazing. Nicest people I have ever met at a hotel. Also probably the the hardest working to ensure your comfort.

This was my favorite place to stay during our 6 weeks of travel. When planning our trip, I couldn't make up my mind about where to stay after weeks of reading reviews so decided to book several days in Naxos town and also several days in Agios Prokopios. Katerina Hotel is a perfect combination of friendly and helpful staff, very short walk to a gorgeous beach and restaurants/shops, a sparkling clean and refreshing pool, large balcony with pool view, and delicious and plentiful breakfast every morning. Quite simply, if there is vacancy at Katerina Hotel when you're visiting Naxos, consider yourself lucky and make a reservation!

The location was perfect for the town, everything was so close by and Prokopios beach was beautiful. The family who own the hotel were wonderful, so kind and friendly. The room was clean, comfortable and we loved having the patio area to dry clothes and/or sit outside. Naxos Town and the port was easy to access via bus for just €2 each way, with buses every half an hour up to midnight. There are lots of places around Prokopios to rent cars/quad bikes/motorbikes to explore the island. The hotel has easy and accessible parking which was great. Breakfast was delicious, simple yet varied and the baked goods were amazing with savoury and sweet options. All in all, a beautiful and comfortable stay and the owners clearly love their hotel and want the best for all of their guests. Big thank you to all of you.

It was all perfect, no complaints at all.

Family run hotel. They were really great, welcoming and helpful. Close to the beach and bus stop but a bit away from the main street so it's not too noisy. Really well cleaned and big fridge to put your big bottles of drinks to cool off.

There were not catler. It's not big investment and it should be in every room to make cup of coffee or tea. Breakfast was good, not too tasty and limited choices. For the price paid it should be better.
