Very clean. Loved the pool and short walk to the beach and restaurants. Perfect location.

Beds were very hard. Not prepared for breakfast working in a very small kitchen and only one sweet girl to prepare for a group of 12. The owner was grumpy and didn’t come to help her out. They should have water bottles upon arrival of guests. We were dying of heat from ferry ride and waiting a half hour for taxi and asked for water and told we had to go to market and buy some. Water is one of the cheapest things in Greece.

The staff were lovely and so helpful. The cleaner came same time everyday and worked so hard and the room looked amazing each time. The breakfast was delicious and the pool was so great with a nice shallow end for kids and deep end for adults. The property is only one street over from super markets, restaurants and the beach but still in a quiet area so noise doesn't keep you up all night. Classic white buildings with blue shutters for the aesthetic Greek look. I highly recommend this property to anyone. My 6 year old loved it as did my 60+ year old parents.

The WiFi went in and out constantly which is only a bit annoying when trying to watch a show before bed.

Our room7 was lovely with a balcony overlooking a quiet street with nice buildings and trees which had a small washing line with clothes pegs . Had enclosed shower and lovely new white towels every day. Had mosquito plug in wall unit but did not need it . Tv had CNN and DW in English . Air con worked well while in the room . Had safe . We had twin beds -very comfortable but requested queen was not available . Sheets spotless. Kitchen was fine for our needs- a few pots and frying pan and nice mugs glasses and plates and some utensils plus kettle and hot plate and small fridge. Supermarkets nearby. Pool was amazing and no trouble getting the comfortable lounger with shade . Pool towels available. You will love it and great price

The cleanliness of the entire place, the friendliness and kindness of the staff, the pricing of the accommodation, the perfect situation of the hotel to the beach and the village, the laundry service.

The hand-held shower didn't work properly and one could therefore not wash oneself thoroughly. Other than that, it is almost impossible to find any fault with Hotel Francesca or her staff. One or two.more English speakers would be helpful. We returned here this year as we were so happy before and I am sure we shall do so again.

I honestly can't say enough good things about this Hotel. The location was perfect. It was a 1.20 euro bus ride from the ferry port and same if you wanted to go back into old town or explore that area and only a 15 minute bus ride. The area the Hotel was actually in was also amazing and there is a whole strip of bars, restaurants, and shops that you can walk to on either side of the Hotel. You are literally steps away from the beach, which was so relaxing and beautiful. The kitchenette was perfect for cooking some nights. I was there for two weeks so definitely took advantage of making some meals for myself and there was everything I needed. The daily towel change and housekeeping was great and the hotel and my room always felt so clean and fresh. When I come back to Naxos I will definitely stay here again.

I honestly can't think of anything that was a negative about this property.

The location was very convenient, close to Bech (2 min walking) and to a lot of restaurants, grocery etc (also 2 min walking). The room was basic but good. The bathroom was comfortable. There was also a small kitchenette but we didn't use it. I loved the balcony where we had breakfast every day.

The room was a little small, but we didn't spend much time there anyway. I would have liked to have a mosquito net at the window and an umbrella on the balcony because in the afternoon it was too hot to sit there.

The location was brilliant, close to all the shops, restaurants & bus stop. Really enjoyed the pool, good size & shape! There was no drawers or wardrobe in the bedroom when we arrived but the owner brought us a wardrobe straight away, when I mentioned it, so that was really good.

We booked a 2 bedroom apartment but it was really 1 bedroom & 2nd bed in the room with the kitchen. The bathroom flooded every time you had a shower as the screen only covered half the space.

Beautiful hotel with the perfect location to the beach and restaurants and shops… just so close to everything! Check in and out was very easy with smiles. We arrived early but had access to the pool, changing room and shower until our room was ready. The rooms are spotless and the cleaning staff incredible with attention to detail every day right down to folding our pjs on our pillow. We had an issue with the aircon not working, they quickly supplied a fan and the next morning the entire unit was replaced. The pool was beautiful, large and very clean with comfortable sun lounges. We spent an entire week here and would have loved to have stayed longer. If I am ever back in Naxos I would 100% stay here again … it is a gem of a find at very reasonable prices.

Everything was perfect

The apartment and rooms were lovely, as were the little outside balcony areas. The air-conditioning worked really well. The rooms were spotlessly clean as was the swimming pool. The owners are kind and friendly. The cleaning staff were so very attentive, friendly and good at keeping everything neat and clean. We loved the closeness of the hotel to the beach and to the main road. The accommodation was affordable for our budget.

The hand-held shower in our shower unit did not work so I couldn't get a really hot clean wash all over.

Clean rooms, good wifi and air con, comfortable beds, good size of swimming pool - also deep and as such room for adults to relax by the poolside as well as for kids to play and swim. 2 bedroom apartment had two balconies. One with chairs and tables and other with loungers. 3 min walk to the beach. Lovely staff. New towels etc as needed. 2 bedroom apartment had extra bed set up in the double bed room, with two seperate beds in the other room so could sleep family of five. We also had a double room which had its own seating area.

Not a complaint but not enought glasses and utensils for the whole family - one fork and spoon each but shared teaspoons for the honey and some of us drank water/juice from wine glasses. Did not bother us in the least but the kitchen area is very small which might be good to know for families who want to do a lot of cooking. Fine for greek jogurt breakfasts and simple meals.
