We spent seven nights here on our honeymoon and it was the most incredible hotel we've stayed at. Everything was incredible! The staff were super friendly and helpful with anything we needed. Any service you could think of was available. The laundry bag was such a bonus, where you could get a big bag of your laundry done for 30 Euros. The food was nothing short of incredible and the sunset bar had amazing views. The pool was never crowded and always relaxing and it's such a short walk to some of the most stunning beaches! We had a separate entrance to our room and a private hot tub where we could control the temperature. The staff knew it was our honeymoon and gave us a complimentary little cake and sweet note upon arrival! Everyone went above and beyond for the best hotel experience. We can't recommend it enough!!

Our stay at the 18 Grapes was wonderful. The property is gorgeous and well maintained by its hard working staff. The hotel staff are super friendly and helpful. We were checked in by Giannis and Nikolaos. Nikolaos showed us to our room and around the property. Afterwards, drinks and sample horderves were brought to our room, and we were able to relax on our own balcony. Breakfasts are delicious and the pastries were amazing. We found freshly baked cookies and fresh towels in our room upon return from dinner every night. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The rooftop bar is a nice place to enjoy a cocktail and watch the sunset. The cocktails were delicious and beautiful to look at. There are two pools on property- the main pool is heated and just a nice place to relax, and the upstairs bar has an infinity pool. The hotel is a short walk to Agios Prokopios Beach. It is also about a 10 minute drive to the Temple of Apollo to catch the sunset and walk around Chora. We highly recommend 18 Grapes. The property is stunning and it’s an enjoyable place to relax. We were very sad to leave, and were provided a bottle of wine from the 18 Grapes Vineyard.

The blind spots upon exiting the hotel parking lot. The hotel is on the main road leading to and from the beach, and cars are often speeding up and down the street. There are mirrors to see oncoming cars, but the mirrors weren’t very helpful. They either need to be cleaned or replaced because it was hard to see oncoming cars.

We were a family of 4 travelling with teenagers and so had booked 2 rooms for our stay. 18 Grapes is a lovely hotel with all necessities and facilities to make ones stay comfortable. The rooms are spacious and clean...we had a room with a hot tub, it was lovely to have but the hot tub was tucked around a corner without any view to enjoy - next time I would book a room with a private pool. The rooftop bar was lovely in the evening. It is a few minutes walk to the beaches and restaurants along a fairly busy road. The beaches are beautiful and when one has had enough of them, the pool at 18 Grapes is very welcomed.

Seems so irrelevant, in terms of money value, but when one is paying so much for accommodation, it seems a pity to add an additional charge in the room to make coffee using the Nespresso machine. I would prefer that cost to be included and not seen as an extra. It was a small cost but I found it unfortunate.

it was beautiful! the perfect boutique hotel that was the perfect short walk to a beautiful blue beach. the sunset bar for drinks and a dip was amazing. and the main pool downstairs was big and so relaxing! overall the best thing about this place was their incredible staff and the owners, every morning and night we were greeted by the owner the hotel, the manager and all the staff, they all made sure to have a chat with us and it was the nicest touch, something you don’t receive at most hotels! plus they were so helpful in making bookings/ reservations/ taxis for us! we were also offered an upgrade when we arrived which was SO lovely. the room was beautiful and had an amazing hot tub and balcony of the sea!

Our experience at 18 Grapes was outstanding. The staff was lovely and helpful and warm. The location of the hotel to the beach and local restaurants and shops was perfect. The faciliaties were comfortable and beautiful with many thoughtful touches in the rooms and around the grounds. The hotel is very tasteful, quiet and relaxing. We would 100% return and recommend to our friends.

The breakfast was disappointing. À la carte only with limited choices. There was only one staff member serving and it could take quite a long time to receive food. On one of the days I had to wait 40 minutes The shower and toilet and cupboard was located on the top of the ledge. The front half metre of the ledge was on a downward slope which wasn't clearly visible. On my first day after my shower my feet were wet and I slid off the ledge and nearly fell and hit my head. I suggested to them that they make some non-slip flooring for the ledge or at least make it more visible. They agreed but nothing was done while I was there.

Agios Prokopios is the best beach and this hotel is a 5 minute walk to the beach. It’s a little overpriced I would say. Staff is very good, pool is terrific. Breakfast is also very good. I think they sort of guard their towels somewhat which is very annoying. Other than that, very nice hotel, if somewhat overpriced.

Great place to stay on Naxos. The hotel is located near the Prokopios beach. The hotel has a nice big pool. The room is spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The hotel has a great restaurant. We dined there three times. All dishes that we tried were delicious. The breakfast selection is great as well.

We loved the room decoration, comfortable size and very clean.The decoration of the room is inspired by the by the Mediterranean island, a beautiful combination of white and earthy tones. The bathroom also large with the same tones. We loved the food served in the restaurant, delicious Greek dishes with a twist of modern touch. At the check in, we were welcome with their incredible tasty Sangria made with their own wine. The breakfast has a wide range of choices. The staff is very friendly and warm, always greeting the guests with a genuine smile and interest. At our check out the concierge offered us a Greek bottle of wine, such a beautiful detail.

We had a room with 2 beautiful balconies, but I thought that was missing some plant decoration, also for privacy. We love to train in our vacations, but we found the gym to be a very small room with no windows, in the basement, when the hotel has so much space. Actually the hotel has a lot of space, unused and too much stone. It would have been beautiful to have big pots with plants or even olive trees.

Exception stay at 18 Grapes. I would say this is the nicest hotel in the area by far. Fantastic staff and facilities. the breakfast was nice however not excellent (The croque Monsieur was very average - just bread, cheese and sauce). A few more options at breakfast would be great. Perhaps a less fancy approach could be a better option. We will definitely be back.
