The rooms were very modern and comfortable. Location was very good, walking distance to a very good agios prokopios beach. Bus stop location was very convenient and close to the hotel.

No amenities, no restaurant or pool bar. Pool was ok size but wasn't allowed to have fun it it. The owner told my kids to not play in the pool and not to splash. Other kids were swimming and the owners told them they were splashing too much. I looked for a hotel specifically with a pool, but its useless if your kids can't enjoy it. We walked past other hotels and witnessed other kids having fun in their pool. Maybe they should post their strict pool policies on thei website so people can make calculated decisions.

We loved our, stay, everyone was so friendly and welcoming and couldn't do enough for us. The kindness of all the staff was really appreciated and they made us feel so comfortable. There is a small walk down the hill the local beach with lots of restaurants which usually took us about 10 minutes. The bus to Naxos town is so handy and convenient. Maria was so helpful with advising us on the best way to see the island. The staff really make this place exceptional. We stayed in one of the small apartments, and it was kept spotlessly clean, and towels and sheets were changed regularly. It is a quiet and relaxing place with a nice pool area that gets both sun and shade with parasols. We had such a wonderful time at this friendly and welcoming place. Thank you!

Yiannis was a great host, all staff were super relaxed and spot on. Whatever we needed they helped us with. Everyone was super nice to us and our daughter, provided helpful tips and advice and accommodated us when our plans changed. The room was excellent, including all amenities. The pool was great, as were the sun beds around it. A few facts: easy 10ish minute walk to a fantastic beach, and to the center of the village with tons of nice restaurants. Bus stop close to the hotel (don't try and drive into Naxos city in high season, it's hellish). Parking next to the hotel is super easy. They know good taxi drivers, so you can ask them for recommendations. The reception is super quick in replying to messages. There is a book corner in the reception. You can easily order food to be brought to the hotel (and even the beach). The supermarket closes at 10, except for Sundays and public holidays, but there are shops around if you need water or snacks. All in all a super cosy place perfect for a relaxed vacation. Very recommended!

Our family had the most wonderful stay at Villa Adriana Hotel in Agios Prokopios, Naxos. The location is perfect – just a short stroll from restaurants, cafés, and the beautiful beach, and only about a 10-minute drive to Chora, Naxos. It couldn’t be more convenient. The hotel itself is spotless – immaculately clean in every corner, with a warm and relaxing atmosphere that makes you feel instantly at home. Every morning there was a plentiful spread with fresh fruit, yogurt, eggs, baked goods, bread, various jams and honey, plus fresh orange juice and filtered coffee. It was the perfect start to the day. What truly makes this place special, though, are the people. The owner, Mr. Yiannis, and the manager, Maria, are absolutely amazing. They are incredibly welcoming, kind, and always ready to help with anything you might need. Their hospitality goes above and beyond, making the entire experience unforgettable. If you are looking for comfort, cleanliness, and genuine Greek hospitality in a perfect location, Villa Adriana is the place to stay. I can’t recommend it highly enough and will definitely be returning!

Beautiful little hotel with the warmest hosts Maria and Yanis. The room was perfect with our two kids, it had bunk beds and Maria even had a rail to my toddler wouldn't fall. The rooms were clean and spacious and had everything we needed. Maria and Yanis went out of their way to help us and make us feel at home, from helping us book a car, a workshop and helping us deal with ferry cancelations. The location was good, but with kids I think I recommend getting a car. The car rental place brought the car to the hotel thanks to Yanis help. The beach and little center of prokopios is not far but with the heat, carrying all beach stuff and no real sidewalk it was tough to walk with the kids. The bust stop and many restaurants are only minutes away.

We travel a lot and expectations are high as a result, villa adriana exceeded our expectations in every way . You would really have to try hard to find fault with this place . For the price you won't find better In terms of value for money . You feel instantly relaxed as soon as you step foot inside the resort, all staff are genuinely friendly and personable. Location is perfect for access to all local amenities, including handy bus stop at end of the lane. Local knowledge of reception staff is excellent meaning prior research really isn't necessary. This accommodation was just fantastic! The rooms are very clean, beautifully decorated, and much better in reality compared with the pictures. Maria, Yiannis and Nikiforos were all wonderful hosts! They helped us with everything we needed even beyond our stay at the hotel. We had an unforgettable stay at Naxos and we would definitely go back to this hotel if we were to visit the island again.

The hotel is located in a very short walk to the beach, but not a major issue to be honest. The walk is around 8 minutes long...but that also means that there is no noise issues around the hotel...so not really a negative!

Wow this place was amazing just perfect!! The owner yiannis and manager Maria made us feel like family from the moment we met them. We had welcome drinks given to us and the owner pulled out his photo album to show my kids when he once visited Australia. Maria also gave my mum a free upgrade so her room was right next door to us and at one point yiannis seen us waiting for a bus and picked us up and took us to where we were heading for free Just to save us money and time, he also picked flowers for my young daughters and gave them a small gift before we left. The accommodation was perfect and exceeded our expectations the pool area was amazing, beds were super comfortable and it couldn’t possibly be any cleaner. Villa Adriana was Close walk to the beach and restaurants but just enough away to be out of the hustle. We honestly wished we stayed for longer.

The views were so pretty, the hotel is gorgeous and the pool is great too. The staff helped us out a lot with any issues that came up.

It’s a WALK to the beach. You either walk down a sandy path with chickens then onto a gross standing water area that’s red/stinks or a busy road. I loved the view but we for sure got our steps in. We had to change rooms halfway through due to ants in our bed, the new room was amazing. My advice is don’t eat in your room period.

We had two rooms. The one with the Seaview was back a bit but we could all use the area in front of their apartment to eat breakfast and lunch with nice views. Our apartment had a balcony in full sun all day overlooking the road which was busy . The staff were very busy, friendly and helpful. Our rooms were fully serviced every day. Each room had basic kitchen needs and very quiet aircon. It’s a good 10 minute walk to the beach. Pool is excellent.

It really wasn’t practical to sit out on our balcony… top floor and no shade.
