The staff were exceptionally helpful, especially Patricia. Our ferry home was cancelled which worried me and Patricia got straight on to speaking with the ferry provider to look at solutions for us. She was also so friendly every day, with a cheery wave and smile. Patricia also helped with information about the local buses. Breakfast was lovely. It was a tasty buffet and we ate this every morning on own balcony which was really comfortable and convenient. The sunset view from our balcony in the evening was incredible and the villa was well equipped and stylish, as well as very comfortable. We loved our stay ❤️

The villa is wonderful. There was only one negative for us but this is about the exact location of the villa and is a note for others..... my mum is in her seventies and has arthritis and the walk back to the villa from the beach or main resort is up hill on the main road. It is not too steep but then you turn left up a side road which has a short but steep incline. It was a struggle for her, and doing this in the heat, we needed to stop to rest a couple of times. After that we generally got a taxi back from the beach at Agia Anna (approx 10 euros). Just to bare in mind if you have health issues or a disability. There is a local bus (2 euros) but this will only drop you on the main road at the start of the side road but it could help. You will need to ask the driver to stop at Lagos Mare.

The breakfast was delicious and had good variety. The staff was very helpful and accommodating to help us arrange for a rental car. Location is great, a short 10 minute walk to a fantastic grocery store and many restaurants. Also a short walk to the beach. Kids loved the pool and the cats.

Farther away from the Chora (main town with the ferry) than I anticipated based on reading other reviews. The location is close to the town of Agios Prokopios which is a great place to visit for restaurants and the beach. Not the fault of the host, but I misunderstood the distance to the main town, so for other readers, please know that it is a ~10-15 minute drive to the Chora.

The beds could be a little bit softer

We had a great time at the Iliada Villas! Well-suited for families: the villas are clean, the pool is excellent, and breakfast has something for everyone. The staff was very helpful and accommodating, and helped to make our stay that much more relaxing. There is a bus stop a little over 5 minutes away, and the beach is between a 10-15 minute walk, which was fine for us. A supermarket is on the way to the beach, so about a 10-minute walk. A great stay and would recommend the Villas to others.

The villas were everything and more than we anticipated. Scrupulously clean every day. Pool was sparkling clean and very well maintained. Patio area had several lounge beds and beach towel were provided. Breakfast was provided daily, plentiful with a wide variety and catered to various food allergies including gluten intolerance. Patrizia is the person who made our stay so memorable. Booking cabs, booking day trips, talking to car rental agencies, etc, etc. Upon learning that one of our party of four was gluten intolerant, she went to great lengths to provide many special gluten free foods including pancakes, pizza, etc. We cannot begin to express what a difference she made to our one week stay in Naxos. No, she didn’t pay us to write the above 😂

Fantastic location that's walkable to beautiful Agios Prokopios Beach, super helpful staff, Villa was cleaned every day and delicious breakfast that changed daily. The woman at the front desk (I feel terrible I've forgotten her name!) went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of, she even arranged a cab for my mother while I was busy with my daughter's wedding preparations.

I didn't realize there were seperate staircases to each of the rooms. If climbing stairs is challenging for you I suggest finding a different villa but definitely stick with the property!

We had the best stay at Iliada- it exceeded expectations. Our two bedroom Villa was beautiful- it has en-suite bathroom and so much space. The breakfast was great and we really enjoyed eating it on our veranda. The whole place was quiet and relaxed with beautiful gardens. The pool was lovely and very quiet. The nearby beach has the cleanest, purest water and is absolutely beautiful plus it was just a 10 minute walk. The supermarket is 10 min walk away and there is plenty of choice for reasonably priced restaurants. We enjoyed an Italian meal by the beach. We stayed 4 nights with teenagers and were really sad to leave to catch our ferry. Would recommend a full day Naxos island tour - brilliant fun! Patricia on the reception desk was friendly and helpful. All in all 10/10 would recommend.

Large , comfortable unit with 2 bathrooms, overlooking a lovely pool and great views over the fields to the ocean. Easy 15 minute walk to lovely beach with lifeguards. Very friendly host - Patricia Very relaxing environment. We really enjoyed it.

It is a bit isolated resulting in needing to walk 15-20 minutes to local town centre (Agios Prokopios) for anything we needed. Can take taxi but fares are variable - need to negotiate in advance.

liada Villas surpassed my expectations. The villa itself was exactly as depicted in the photos, but I believe it's the people who truly make a place special. From Patricia at the reception to the housekeeping staff, including the lone gentleman among a wonderful team of ladies, everyone was exceptionally polite and always wore a big smile. They were ready to answer any questions we had and went the extra mile to accommodate our needs. The villa we stayed in, named Dimitra, was centrally located in front of the swimming pool. Everything inside worked perfectly, from the jacuzzi on the terrace with its stunning view of the sea and Paros Island to the internet connection and all the kitchen appliances. The villa was spotlessly clean and was tidied daily, with fresh sheets and towels provided each day. Iliada Villas are comfortably situated 600 m (walking distance) from the most beautiful beach of Naxos (Agios Prokopios) and only an 8-minute drive from the capital of Naxos. For us, it was a conscious decision to stay outside the capital because during summer, it is packed with people, and the Villa provided all the peace and quiet we wanted when we wanted it. We will definitely return next year since we only stayed for 4 days. Naxos is the biggest of the Dodecanese islands and is full of beauty and hidden treasures; you need a week to be able to enjoy it.

Such a great apartment with plenty of space for our family of 5. The rooms were made up each day, not that we expected that. Breakfast was fantastic and generous. The beds were the most comfortable of our entire trip. Run by Patricia and her Greek family we also felt like we were part of their family. You can walk to some local restaurants and the beach or there is plenty of parking available if you have a car. The jacuzzi was hot and a bit of fun to watch sunset from. I would easily stay here again.
