The staff were exceptionally helpful, especially Patricia. Our ferry home was cancelled which worried me and Patricia got straight on to speaking with the ferry provider to look at solutions for us. She was also so friendly every day, with a cheery wave and smile. Patricia also helped with information about the local buses. Breakfast was lovely. It was a tasty buffet and we ate this every morning on own balcony which was really comfortable and convenient. The sunset view from our balcony in the evening was incredible and the villa was well equipped and stylish, as well as very comfortable. We loved our stay ❤️

The villa is wonderful. There was only one negative for us but this is about the exact location of the villa and is a note for others..... my mum is in her seventies and has arthritis and the walk back to the villa from the beach or main resort is up hill on the main road. It is not too steep but then you turn left up a side road which has a short but steep incline. It was a struggle for her, and doing this in the heat, we needed to stop to rest a couple of times. After that we generally got a taxi back from the beach at Agia Anna (approx 10 euros). Just to bare in mind if you have health issues or a disability. There is a local bus (2 euros) but this will only drop you on the main road at the start of the side road but it could help. You will need to ask the driver to stop at Lagos Mare.

The breakfast was delicious and had good variety. The staff was very helpful and accommodating to help us arrange for a rental car. Location is great, a short 10 minute walk to a fantastic grocery store and many restaurants. Also a short walk to the beach. Kids loved the pool and the cats.

Farther away from the Chora (main town with the ferry) than I anticipated based on reading other reviews. The location is close to the town of Agios Prokopios which is a great place to visit for restaurants and the beach. Not the fault of the host, but I misunderstood the distance to the main town, so for other readers, please know that it is a ~10-15 minute drive to the Chora.

We stayed here for 7 days and had a lovely time, it was very chilled and had a great pool for the kids. The apartments had everything you need and were cleaned every day with new towels so our stay was very comfortable! We were pretty close to the most beautiful beach Agios Prokopios so walked there most days too for a swim. The receptionist Patricia was incredibly helpful and kind, she provided so much information about the area, great restaurants, the bus routes and just answered every question we had! It was a great stay, thank you so much!

It wasn’t too bad for us as our kids are a little older but the walk to and from the town lacks a path/ side bit so the cars can come very close. If we were to go to Naxos again we would 100% rent a car to explore the island a little better/ get to a larger supermarket to stock up as the local mini market was limited. But NONE of this is a reflection on Illiadas Villa AT ALL!

Everything was perfect. It was far enough out of town to be quiet but still walkable to the beach, supermarkets and restaurants. The villa was exceptionally clean and well-maintained with everything we needed. Patricia at the front desk was very welcoming, friendly and helpful with restaurant recommendations. She was also very easy to get a hold of regarding check-out. The breakfast had a wide selection of hot and cold dishes - all delicious. We liked being able to bring the food back to our villa to enjoy together on our patio. The wifi was great, the parking was never a problem and the cats were a delightful cast of characters. We also loved the beautiful pool area. Absolutely everything was great and we would count ourselves very lucky to return.

We had a great time at the Iliada Villas! Well-suited for families: the villas are clean, the pool is excellent, and breakfast has something for everyone. The staff was very helpful and accommodating, and helped to make our stay that much more relaxing. There is a bus stop a little over 5 minutes away, and the beach is between a 10-15 minute walk, which was fine for us. A supermarket is on the way to the beach, so about a 10-minute walk. A great stay and would recommend the Villas to others.

The villas were everything and more than we anticipated. Scrupulously clean every day. Pool was sparkling clean and very well maintained. Patio area had several lounge beds and beach towel were provided. Breakfast was provided daily, plentiful with a wide variety and catered to various food allergies including gluten intolerance. Patrizia is the person who made our stay so memorable. Booking cabs, booking day trips, talking to car rental agencies, etc, etc. Upon learning that one of our party of four was gluten intolerant, she went to great lengths to provide many special gluten free foods including pancakes, pizza, etc. We cannot begin to express what a difference she made to our one week stay in Naxos. No, she didn’t pay us to write the above 😂

Plenty of space location great just fat enough from the crowds , lovely taverna close by. Pool nice , Patrica was lovely and very helpful would recommend . You must try home made custard tart

Would have liked a sea view , would have been nice to have salt pepper, soap oil for cooking as a nice touch, super market nearby expensive, If you like your coffee take advantage of the coffee machine in your apartment and buy your own. Apart from those minor things it was excellent

Fantastic location that's walkable to beautiful Agios Prokopios Beach, super helpful staff, Villa was cleaned every day and delicious breakfast that changed daily. The woman at the front desk (I feel terrible I've forgotten her name!) went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of, she even arranged a cab for my mother while I was busy with my daughter's wedding preparations.

I didn't realize there were seperate staircases to each of the rooms. If climbing stairs is challenging for you I suggest finding a different villa but definitely stick with the property!

The villa was fantastic! Spacious enough for 6 people, close to the beach, amazing views, and a short walk to the town and beach at Agios Prokopios, one of the most beautiful beaches on Naxos. We had an incredible breakfast served every morning that was absolutely delicious! Patricia, the property manager, was very helpful with suggestions on what to do and see and was incredibly helpful throughout our stay.
