The friendliness of the owner & her family, they went out of their way to ensure we enjoyed our stay. We were collected from the port & taken to our accommodation which was spotlessly clean, spacious, & very comfortable. The view from both balcony’s was absolutely fabulous👍 The grounds were very well maintained with a huge pool that was cleaned/serviced every day. Thank you Maria for our leaving gifts & our very best wishes to you & your beautiful Grandchildren

You feel so welcome at the colosseum star we stayed here as a family of 4 with two small children and we enjoyed every moment of our stay here. You are a 10 minute walk away from the beach or the town in which has everything from a supermarket to a variety of restaurants so the location is perfect. The pool is brilliant nice and large and at times you have it all to yourself. The owners do so much to make you feel welcome and will even pick you up from the port and drop you off at no extra charge truely amazing.

It is a very nice family-friendly hotel. We liked absolutely everything: the location (literally 5 min walking distance to the beach), the room (had all the essentials and was exactly as on the photos), the pool (spacious), the housekeeping (immaculately clean), the hosts (very friendly and helpful), free transfer from and to the port (they picked us up outside of their regular hours).

I didn’t expect such warm and well organised service from the property. Rosemarie / Maria provided excellent service and even if the room is basic it is clean and well equipped with good TV channels and air conditioning and a nice pool with sunbeds to relax under the trees within the property. Not far walk to the main beach areas and shops. Maria takes very good care of her guests. As well as George for transportation to/ from the ferry port/ airport.

The owners were very friendly and you felt good and welcomed here. Everything is very clean. The kitchen has everything you need for simple recipes. The location ist superb, not far from the Beach... 3 min walk. The beach was also really beautiful and clean. Port transfer was also very good and punktual and you didn t have to organise anything only to say 2 day a ahead when you leave... I can only recommend the Colosseo Star and we will probably go back in 1-2 years.

The bathroom need modernization, but everything was very clean. If you don t book 4/5 stars don t expect it ;) As I said everything was very clean and that is the most important fact.

We stayed for 9 nights at the end of June and it was just perfect for the price we payed. The host is very helpful, and even if it’s not a luxury location (you can’t expect that for the price you pay) it is just great for vacations in couple or for families with children. Quiet area but still very close to the beach, everything very close to the house (market, restaurants, beach, laundry, car/moto rentals, bakery etc). The location has big yard with basketball/tennis court, pool, playground.

Clean, well appointed room with everything you need. Maria, the hostess was very helpful and hospitable. Great location with shaded parking onsite. Easy walk to beautiful Agios Prokopios beach and close to other areas, particularly if you hire a car, which I would recommend. The pool was awesome and the kids absolutely loved it! Will look to stay here in the future when we come back to Naxos. Thank you Colosseo Star!

Nothing negative to report!

The pool was amazing as was the location. The host was fabulous, so friendly and helpful, she even gave us and other residents gifts when we were leaving, so nice and transport to and from the port was spot on. Our studio was spotless!

My husband found the rooms very basic and old fashioned, however I loved it, I felt like I was back in Greece in my youth.

Lovely little place in Naxos, the rooms are basic but the staff are always happy to give it a clean and refresh towels etc. Great pool, well maintained and never busy - I think there was only a maximum of one other family there every time. It’s in walking distance from the beach and every type of shop and restaurant you will ever need. There’s also a really good gym a few mins walk away next to a laundrette. So whilst there is not anything at the property and the kitchen is not the kind of one you’d want to try cooking a big meal there is so much close by that it’s no issue. There’s even a basketball / tennis court! We were also dropped off at the port when we left which was helpful, although we ended up making our own way there in a taxi (€25!) as the lift from the port didn’t arrive for an hour. It’s nice that they have the free lift though.

I would say it’s very basic but Naxos isn’t the cheapest island to stay on so you are kind of getting what you pay for - if you want more modern or luxury then there are lots of much higher priced places. The bathroom is a bit odd with a kind of half bath that you can’t stand in or actually have a bath in so it’s tricky to have a shower. Would say adding just a shower instead if it was ever redone would be better!

A lovely place in a great location. Our host picked us up from the Port and even dropped us off on the last day. The cleaning team worked so hard and the place was immaculate. Maria and her beautiful grandchildren were delightful and thank you so much Maria for the lovely leaving gift so kind.
