Ioanna Apts are fantastic in so many ways: A very warm welcome on arrival by Ioanna and her husband Large spacious comfortable clean room Daily cleaning and regular bed changes and fresh towels on request Powerful shower Balcony with sun all day- great for clothes drying and sipping wine Lots of games /books Lovely pool set in amazing gardens Fantastic breakfast - eggs cooked perfectly every day - in a lovely garden setting near the pool. Perfect location - stones throw to nearest restaurant, yet set back so nice and quiet. 5 mins walk to beach. Ioanna is very helpful she let us stay longer in the room as our ferry was not u too 3 and she even printed our ferry tickets for us. We loved it so much we extended our stay. Great value for money - cannot recommend enough. We rarely stay in the same place twice but are already planning our return next year. Thanks Ioanna for making our holiday extra special.

The location was quiet despite being very close to shops, restaurants and the beach. We even found a shortcut to the beach which made the accommodation even closer than it already is. We booked a 2 room apartment despite being in 2 so there was room to move around. The kitchenette had the bare minimum but enough to prepare a very simple meal. None of the plates, cutlery or glasses were sets, each piece was different. The small pool was a nice to have but we didn’t use it. Ioanna and Sisi were cordial and helpful. The room was cleaned daily and linen changed regularly. We always made our own breakfast which was easy due to the many supermarkets located nearby.

I really disliked the beds! The mattress in the bedroom was not too bad but small and the pillows uncomfortable. We were tempted to sleep on the beds in the living space but they were rock hard so we opted for the more comfortable but small bed. There was no tablecloth or change of dishcloth. A few ants around in the bathroom but that wasn’t a big deal. We were hoping for a nicer view from the balcony but got a car park/ field.

Beautiful, well maintained grounds and pool, balcony and roomy terrace for our use. Comfortable beds. Excellent quiet location in a prominent beach community, just a couple of minutes walk to shops restaurants and bus. Wonderful staff

Decorative stone sink did not drain well without removing plug which was covered in gunk. Door to the toilet/shower room is glass which does not afford much privacy. Need for more bars or hooks for towels. Kitchen was poorly equipped

We loved staying at Ioanna apartments, and we would definitely recommend it. The rooms are clean and comfortable, very quiet but also only 5 minutes walk to Agios Prokopios beach and the local shops and restaurants. The owners were polite and helpful, offering us a warm with juice on check-in. The best attribute to this positive feedback is the swimming pool that the hotel has, which for a family with children, was an added bonus. There is a larger pool for adults and a smaller children's pool in a shaded area, which was great for the kids.

All was great and we really enjoyed every aspect of our stay

First of all, on a vacation you need a friendly atmosphere, and as so often is the case in Greece it was excellent in this matter. A family owned establishment that made their outmost to make you feel welcomed. The breakfast was also excellent with fried eggs, charcuteries, vegetables and of course some sweets. Location is splendid, close to supermarket, restaurants and of course, the beaches. Also near the bus station that can take youu to the airport or Naxos port.

One of the rooms in the two-bedroom apartment also contained a kitchenette and only the other had access to the balcony, but they were large enough to enable a comfortable stay. AC in both rooms. The balcony was large and shady overlooking the pool, beds better than average in Greece. Although the pool was shared with a small neighboring hotel, it was of decent size, deep in the other end, had enough chairs and a small separate kid's pool shaded by a large tree. Extra pool towers provided. Decent location on the edge of a small tourist village, a short walk to many restaurants, shops and two bakeries. The tourist resort is already decades old, so it has developed some charm, but the central road is way too narrow for all the pedestrians, cars and buses. Good bus connection with main town, although can be full.

A power outlet in the wall right next to the bed, touching it. Should have been blocked. We arrived half an hour early and were told that we can get a room at the official check in time. Spent some time in the village and came back as instructed, but the room was still not ready, had to wait half an hour more. Would have been nicer sitting that 30 mins in a beachside cafe instead.

The room was very spacious and the bed very comfortable. You can walk to the beach in 5 minutes and the host were very nice and explained everything there was to know about the island.

I guess if you would want to cook in the rooms the kitchen was really small and there weren't a lot of items you could use to cook.

The hotel staff was very friendly and would help me out with everything i needed. I would love to stay more but unfortunately I came only for a little while. It was the most pleasant stay and the room was spacious, sparkling clean and had a lot to provide (a small kitchen, an A/C etc). The gardens outside of the hotel were exquisite and carefully taken care of, and the pool was amazing! We decided to take a breakfast and we didn't regret our choice! It was worth every penny! The fantastic cake, the omelettes and the pies that Ioanna makes herself, add up to the perfect beginning of the day! I am looking forward my next vacations in Naxos, so that I come again in this hotel and meet these wonderful people!

I can't find anything bad, everything was totally perfect!

We asked for a room facing the front and we got a stunning room with private balcony with a view to the swimming pool and the colourfull flowers of the garden. Very comfortable beds. Quiet place close to the main street and all the restaurants. Excelent value which exceded our expectations. Highly recommended.

Amazing customer service, everyone was nice, helpful and tried to accommodate our demands! The hotel was beautifully built, great combination of Cycladic colours and green. Spacious room, with a cosy private balcony and nice bathroom. The swimming pool was a great addition to the premises, providing the perfect spot for relaxation. Plenty of spots for chilling around the areas in case someone wanted to chill outside their room. It was less than 5’ walk from the nearest bus station and the beach. Very close to good restaurants, cafes and supermarket.
