The hotel had lots of facilities, eg tennis/basketball courts, table tennis, outdoor chess, playground, but I didn't actually see anyone using them. Pool areas were very nice but even though there was a poolside bar they only sold drinks and I think it was a missed opportunity to not sell any snacks/ice creams. Also didn't have any atmosphere at pool area. Breakfast area was very nice with views of the sea. Breakfasts were very good - had everything including a barrista! Rooms were cleaned every day. Shuttle service to the beach and when we were there in September the sun loungers at the hotel's beach were foc. I do feel that you needed a car in the evenings as the walk to the closest resort was about 25 min and the roads were not well lit.

The beds were very hard.

The room and hotel was very spacious and clean. The staff were super friendly and helpful and went above and beyond with a few of our requests. The pools were great and not very busy. The views from the room and restaurant were beautiful.

The shower in our room flooded the bathroom slightly which was annoying but that was our only criticism.

Personally I loved this hotel. The pool area was great and the whole layout of the hotel was beautiful with nice views of the beaches/ocean/mountains. The staff were super friendly and helpful. I also really liked the location as it was: 10/15min walk to the beach, a short trip to the main town Chora and close to the airport too. I would highly suggest renting a bike or car which will help you get about much more easier and its an awesome island to explore.

The only thing I would say is the bathrooms. Judging by some pictures they are not all as dated but the ones that are (like mine) just need stripping down and turning into nice simplistic 'greek' themed bathrooms inkeeping with the rest of the rooms. The other thing with my bathroom is the toilet seat kept shutting by itself so it kept falling on my back or I'd have to hold it up - quite annoying. Not a major issue though I was hardly in my room and still thought it was a great place to stay. If the bathrooms were updated, this would be the perfect place and best value for money for sure.

The staff was one of the kindness that we have been in Greece, typical Naxian hospitality. The guys at the restaurant and at the bar make us feel like home especially Jacob at the pool bar. The food at the restaurant was excellent. I was surprised congratulations to the chef.. the view from the restaurant and from the pool area was just fantastic. it was nice that they have the mini bus to drive you to the beach and very nice area with the umbrellas at a good price for Naxos.

It needs a refresh at the rooms and more comfortable beds and pillows. Bathrooms are very old and shower door at our room was almost collapsing.

The reception and pool bar staff were great-very accommodating and kind. The cleaning staff were very professional and courteous too. I loved the view and how quiet our room was.i liked the size of our room and that we had a patio with a hanging rack to dry our wet clothes.

The bed in our large room was very uncomfortable, lumpy and squeaky whenever you would move just slightly. All of pillows were also uncomfortable as the pillows were not able to be folded or tucked under our heads comfortably as they were more firm than many other hotels. If they had more ‘squishy ‘ pillows this would have been a more restful sleep. We also would have liked to have an outlet are next to the desk/vanity by the TV for plugging in out computer. The only outlet in the room was right next to nightstand.

Lovely stay on the beautiful island of Naxos! The hotel offers excellent value for money and a great location — especially if you have a car, as it’s very convenient for visiting Naxos Town while staying in a quieter area. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, very clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The pool area was nicely designed and a great place to relax. One minor point: the breakfast area could use some design improvements. We were also offered a complimentary late check-out, which was a very nice and appreciated gesture. Overall, a very good experience — I would stay here again.

Staff were so lovely and helpful, always going above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The restaurant served a great breakfast with a wide selection, and had a nice dinner menu. Location is good with an hourly minibus bringing us to the beach and good public transport options for visiting Chora (the main town). The views from our room balcony and the restaurant were magnificent!

The hotel is a 15 minute walk from the seaside village on a road that is not well lit, and a bus ride away from Chora which requires walking to the local village bus stop. This makes leaving the hotel without a car in the evenings quite difficult.

We had some issues at the beginning, and instead of arguing/be defensive, they offered a solution. Which I would say is a sign of a professionalism and client-oriented approach. Also, I liked that they offer laundry services and their cleaning staff was really helpful in this matter. Great wifi which is a rare option in the hotels especially in Greece. Good location, you can reach the sea in 6-8 minutes.

1. Some parties they arranged during the last three days of our stay - ruined sleep, too loud for a night. Not sure why everyone has to listen to some Greek party songs 3 am. 2. Breakfast is good the first three days, then it becomes a burden. It would be cool to rotate the menu every two days. No need for something fancy/expensive, just different stuff. When you see the same eggs on day 10, you just start asking yourself existential questions.

The hotel is very well laid out, lots of open spaces, comfortable and clean rooms (each of them has sea views). Staff very friendly and attentive. Particularly loved the breakfast area, open and airy with beautiful sea views.

Cannot fault it! There is a shuttle bus to drive you to the beach every hour (can walk in 10 minutes) which was a nice touch and hotel had its own section of sun beds. I wasn’t overly joyed to have to pay 25 euros per day (family of five) as thought this should be an added service (albeit included in the hotel stay.

The pools and grounds were beautiful. The staff were great. They worked hard and helped however they could. I enjoyed getting to know and talk to them. You can’t beat the amazing views and scenery of this island.

The room we had was a bit dated. They are definitely investing in the property, so maybe we just got an older room, but we didn’t mind. It was cleaned daily, fresh towels daily and no bugs seen.
