A unique hotel, in a great location for trips in Zagori area. The view is amazing, and the hotel rooms are traditionally built with stone and wood. A special experience to sleep in this place. The village is very nice and has one supermarket and around 3 taverns. Breakfast is nice.

Perfect location in the magnificent mountain village of Aristi, close to the lovely village square and with convenient parking. The hotel is an attraction by itself: beautiful stone complex, perfectly renovated, with many levels and passages, balconies overlooking the amazing mountains of Zagoria, plants and fruit trees in every corner - the children loved it. Room itself - excellent wifi reception (not trivial!!), comfortable beds, reasonable shower. Breakfast was excellent. Hotel staff were super nice and welcoming :)

Room could use more light and stronger air conditioning. Would be nice to not allow smoking during breakfast hours with kids around, as there was no way to avoid it. That’s the situation anywhere in Greece and most if Europe so it’s not really an issue with this hotel… that is otherwise, and still - fantastic !!

Charming, cozy and rustic hotel perfectly situated within the village of Aristi. Walking distance to several restaurants and a mini market. Above all, the staff was incredibly welcoming, helpful and kind. Clara remembered our breakfast preferences (which was fantastic) from day to day and was always available whenever needed, making our stay extraordinary. The views from the veranda were spectacular, and we could've easily spent our whole stay there.

Beautiful hotel in the mountains. Very comfortable place to stay to explore the zagoria region. Hotel was clean and comfortable with a beautiful view from the rooms and terrace. There is a very comfortable and inviting living room and breakfast area. The staff was so kind, Clara made us feel right at home, had many recommendations and was ready to help with anything we needed. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

I liked the politeness of the staff and eagerness to accommodate every need, the location, the beautiful room

The marred of the bed was too hard (that is a personal opinion of course for others it might be perfect). The shower does not agree with the perfect style of the room. The inside is covered with a plastic inside that has the hudromassage shower accessories on it that looks cheap and also leaks when you use it.

Very beautiful hotel in a very beautiful village. The room is big and comfortable. It was cold outside and hot and cozy in the room and through the night. Clara and the staff are amazing and happy to help with everything.

The bathtub was leaking and the floor was always wet, And the water pressure is very low. We missed a wardrobe to unpack our clothes.

The hotel is located close to the village's central square. At the same time, it is quiet and the premises were very clean. The view from the restaurant terrace is magnificent and the breakfast worths its money. Although it was really disappointing to hear from the waiter that we were allowed to have only one glass of orange juice, he served us an extra one for free. That was really generous I can tell!!

After I had booked two rooms, I called the hotel and kindly asked them to provide us with rooms on an upper floor. They said I had to send my request in written and so did I. I never got an answer though and upon my arrival, they gave me the rooms. Unfortunately, one of them was the darkest basement room ever seen. It was claustrophobic with a short ceiling and two small openings for windows. I complained that they did not even answer my written requirement and now it was an unpleasant situation to face. Nevertheless, the lady at the check-in desk responded with kindness and replaced it with a decent room. As all ended well thanks to Mrs. Clara, my comment is just to highlight the necessity of a prompt response and communication with the customer prior to arrival.

An ancient hotel established inside a house built in the village in 1804. The emphasis in the hotel is on preservation and the room is a very close copy of the original room. The doors are low since the residents at that time were short, you have to be careful about your head when passing through. Wonderful staff, welcoming, smiling, helpful in everything, exemplary service. Breathtaking view from the rooms and the dining room. A real experience to stay there. Good and tasty breakfast.

The bathroom is outdated and not renovated as part of preserving the authenticity of the place. You need to invest in a good and modern bathroom. They sleep on mattresses that are placed on the floor since the windows are low. The mattress is less comfortable. The lighting in the room is basic and weak.

This place is so magical! I’ve never been to this kind of hotel and it was different in the best way. The room was lovely, comfortable and the staff was so lovely and considering! Breakfast was also really good, exactly the things you need to eat to start the day. I didn’t want to leave the place, highly recommend!!!!!!

The hotel is very special with authentic atmosphere. It has a cozy sitting area for guests with a restaurant, sitting places and fireplace to chill out at the end of the day. But the most special in it is the staff. Andreas the manager was so kind, willing to help in any issue and you can tell he really cares for the guests. Clara was also always nice and welcoming for everyone. We enjoyed the stay and hope to visit again

Wifi- some rooms don't get any signal or get weak and unstable network. with that mentioned - there is a significant difference between rooms and some of them aren't so comfortable in our opinion, with a very small old bathrooms and the room feels much more outdated than authentic. Not to mention the price is too high for these type of rooms. We changed to another room (quadruple premium) and it was perfect! Big, well maintained, includes fireplace (and wifi). Much recommended!
