Location, breakfast, very hospitable lady at the breakfast area and manager was kind enough to allow us to have a shower and a late checkout due to the fact we were not able to return on time from our visit to Monastery of Panagia Stomio.

The description of the room I reserved included a king size bed, a living room and view at the pool. However, the room did not have these and also there was not even a bottle of water in the refrigerator. Even though the breakfast was adequate, it was disappointing that the pies were served cold right out of the refrigerator.

When we booked our room we were afraid about the conditions we are going to find because of some bad reviews. Actually it is true that the pool is used by other customers who are not residents of the hotel but this maybe a problem only during some days in august where everywhere is crowded in Greece anyway. Pool is clean,refreshing, and large for everyone. Actually when we used it only two other couples were there. Rooms are space, clean and the atmosphere having breakfast and dinner under the great old trees in unique.

It was right next to the famous bridge and hike to the monastery with the most incredible views. Very friendly staff. Spacious and clean rooms. It was a great experience!!

The water splashes on us in the bathroom. Honestly not a big deal at all. Just open the sink slowly to see what it can handle.

Location: it's within 2 minutes walk from the river and the Aoos gorge. On the other hand if you want to visit Old Konitsa (where the coffees, markets, etc. are), you have to climb 20 minutes or take the car. Staff: very friendly. Rooms: large enough, equipped with good taste and quality. No noise leaking from the other rooms.

The doors have handle only inside and guests generally don't bother to close them. Rather slam.

The location was excellent, lovely surroundings and easy access to explore the area. Room was spacious and comfortable, excellent sleep with cocomat mattres of course! And hotel is very Pet Friendly, no questions asked about the animals just looking forward to welcoming you and your pets was the comment! Excellent!

We had a really great stay at this family hotel. Very peaceful, nice big pool, great atmosphere near the river. Rooms are very clean and breakfast is homemade and delicious. At the restaurant of the hotel you can find some “taverna” dishes but also some specialities you will not see anywhere else in the area. All are very tasteful and carefully prepared. Highly recommended place.

What a marvellous view to the river and the old bridge. Really a great surprise to book this treehouse. Never expected this experience. Isolated , modern design , minimal and one old tree inside the bathroom! Excellent breakfast and hospitality in general.

Manager and staff were very friendly and informal while responsive and caring making service weaknesses absolutely tolerable. The location and the landscape are awesome.

The hotel restaurant is very unequal. Some very nice dishes and some rather very mediocre. Still better than most -if not all- at Konitsa. The waitresses clearly extremely inexperienced and with rather poor listening skills. Still all in good smiling mood on both sides (helps if you are so relaxed to accept a different wine in the third attempt to be served (:-) We would appreciate better room cleaning, more/better lighting in the rooms. With relatively small investments and slightly better service, the hotel could be more profitable. Overall, very good value for money.

Its location is perfect just next to the river. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Restaurant serves good food.

The rooms are in need of some modernisation but are clean and comfortable

This hotel was a wonderful surprise in our 17 days trip in Greece! It begun with a warm welcome of the hotel manager who has upgraded us to a superior room with no additional charges so that we will be next to our children's room! the ambiance is immediately convivial! The rooms are very clean and comfy, with excellent air conditioning. We got a room with a nice balcony facing the garden. The garden is very nice, large trees that provide shade which was wonderful during the summer! the swimming pool is of a good size and the surroundings are quiet and clean with a nice music playing in the back.. The breakfast is continental style. We could not appreciate the local restaurant as we eat kosher but the dishes looked yummy!! And the most important point is that in 3 min by foot you get to a stunning old bridge (fascinating to be there during the night- full of stars and so impressive !) and a beautiful path to a monastery up in the surrounding hills next to crystal clear river of Vjose (in which one can swim as it has a normal temperature!)... Konistas is also a very good point to visit the region. We really enjoy our stay and we will certainly come back!
