The attention to cleanliness and the thoughtful design of the spaces made us feel comfortable and relaxed throughout our stay.

The hotel is very well positioned in a place close to gorges and mountain trails for the ones who wish to explore the mountains and the fantastic nature around. The trails are well marked for easy access and run through a marvelous mountain side going towards various small villages. The rooms well well equipped with aircon and spacious. We had room with a marvelous view on the surrounding mountains. The staff was great and we liked their hospitality and readiness to serve with a smile, especially Vassiliki. Breakfast was rich and had all one would want.

I believe it would serve to have more sockets in the rooms as we currently have more electrical devices that need charging. Other than that, all was fine.

Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was disappointing. The staff lacked basic customer service awareness — the person in charge saw me struggling with heavy luggage and didn’t offer any assistance. It felt inattentive and unprofessional. Additionally, the pool was very small and remained dirty for a considerable amount of time, which made it unpleasant to use. Also the pool is limited to 6 people - which could be understood but should still have some room for discretionary. Kids beds not very comfortable.

The hotel is perched on the edge of a Stone Mountain village. It is walking distance to 2 of the noted Ottoman bridges of the area. It has a ‘pool’ which is very small but refreshing with its glacier cold water on the hot days we were there. The room and bathroom are big with a full size bathtub, and very clean. The breakfast is decent with good coffee.

This is NOT a place for anyone with any kind of mobility issues. You access it from the road via a VERY steep lengthy ramp and then must navigate a labyrinth of stairs to your room with your luggage. The lovely (female) staff do offer to carry it for you. Many stairs have no hand rails and some of the steps and hand rails are loose and in need of repair. The adjacent village is essentially deserted- there is one taverna in town with decent food - we did not try the hotel’s restaurant.

I had been looking for a peaceful escape in the mountains, and this place delivered far beyond my expectations. The location is absolutely breathtaking—surrounded by lush forests and dramatic cliffs, with a quaint, traditional village just steps away. What really stood out was the level of care put into every detail, from the decor in the room (which was both rustic and elegant) to the hearty, homemade breakfast with fresh local products. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel like honored guests, not just customers. We got great suggestions for hikes and nearby sights that we would have never discovered otherwise. Can’t wait to come back in the fall to see the foliage!

My partner and I stayed here for our anniversary and it was absolutely magical. The surroundings are like something out of a fairytale—cobblestone paths, old stone bridges, and lush green hills as far as the eye can see. We booked a couple’s massage through the front desk and it was heavenly. Everything felt private and intimate, yet the staff was always available when we needed something. They even surprised us with a small gift and a handwritten note for our anniversary. It’s rare to find such genuine hospitality. We will be talking about this place for years.

What a lovely surprise. The hotel was charming, clean and cozy. It was perfectly situated to tour the area and very close to the gorge and the beautiful stone bridges. We hiked, swam and drove around all day and came home to this lovely hotel and village. George and the rest of the staff were great and attentive to all our needs. George himself seems to be an expert in the area and gave us very good advice. What a great 5 days.

The hotel is situated on a steep incline. Be a careful if you are not healthy and have trouble with steps.

Great place in a beautiful village seems to be frozen in time. Beautiful stone houses, including the hotel. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. George planned our next day and his recommendation were great. Very clean. Good breakfast. Would like to stay there again for longer period. PAY ATTENTION - the hotel and village are on the hill side and no cars are allowed. Going into the hotel is on a ramp, and travelling in the village mean you're going up and down hill. Not for lazy people. I loved it. Let the staff bring your language. Don't bring it with you.

I travel often, and rarely does a hotel leave such a lasting impression. Kipi Mountain Resort is unforgettable. Every detail is designed with love and care. The room was not only beautiful but thoughtfully laid out—cozy, functional, and full of character. The staff knew our names, offered personalized recommendations, and truly cared about our experience. We explored hidden trails, visited nearby villages, and returned every evening to the comfort and calm of this mountain retreat. It felt like a personal sanctuary.
