It is perfectly situated about 50 meters of the E100 Bus station, which brings you directly to and from the airport. Everything else is a walking distance. This saved us a lot of time and some money, because E100 bus is dead cheap in comparison to every other transport means. Thank you for the Hospitality !

The breakfast is so delicious, made me break my diet.

Location is good, as long as there is a car available. Perama has the cave but nothing else. It is a good place to stay near Ioannina though.

Bathroom doors are a very poor choice on behalf of the hotel. They should also remove the carpet or deep clean it.

It was clean place, easy to find. The receptionist was nice man, he showed us what we needed to know.

The bad is too small for 2 persons, we barely slept whole night. The price is a bit high for how the place looks, it is outdated in unpopular region of Greece.

an amazing hotel. i would rate it 5 stars. everything was perfect. its clean, has free parking, the room is perfect and comfy, there are resturant outside and its just 1-2 minutes walk. one of my best accomodation experiences in greece. i wish all hotels could be just like this one.

Breakfast was very good, kids liked it a lot. Location was also great and easy to reach if you like to explore national parks around Ioannina.

The room was good enough for family (4 people). It was clean. Good breakfast. It is located near the Cave, not too far from Ioannina center.

Weak WiFi

A very nice, clean spacious room. It wasn't too far from town but we had a car and parking was provided.

If I recall there was an open shower. It made it hard, but succeeded. to keep our clean clothes dry while we showered.

Friendly staff,called taxi for us when needed.

The breakfast, the eggs and sausages were cold as they weren't covered to stay warm. Coffee wasn't nice.

Attractive hotel in a village atmosphere, very close to the excellent caves. Easy parking. Helpful sraff. Comfortable and warm throughout.

The triple curtains did not quite cover the window allowing an intermittent bright light from the front of the hotel, to shine through and wake us up. The lift was out of order, but we only had one floor. Our bag was carried up for us.
