The hotel is in the center, it is a crowded area, but that street is quiet. Stuff is nice and can answer all of your questions. Parking is small but enough to fit your car. The bathroom is renovated and clean. Beds are comfy enough. Tv in the room, air-conditioning works perfectly.... Breakfast is simple, but nice and fresh.

You can hear the rumbling and noise from cleaners, and other people in the morning. Walls and doors are not that sound isolated. But i am light on sleep so maybe I'm just being subjective.

We were welcomed at the reception desk and check in was fast and efficient. First impression was it was very clean and friendly, which it was. The air conditioning in the room was exceptional compared to other hotels we have stayed in and kept the room cool when outside temperatures were in mid 30’s C. The room was cleaned daily and towels changed. The twin single beds were extremely comfortable and we slept well, waking refreshed. The bathroom was finished to a high standard and looked very modern. The ‘Rainfall’ shower was powerful and worked well, there was no wait for the water to get hot. Continental breakfast had a good selection of food and available from 07:30-10:30. There was also a lounge area with comfortable couches to relax in. Location is perfect for the variety of shops and places to eat out and only a few minutes from the lake and tourist attractions.

There was nothing I did not like. If I were to find fault it would be that potentially there were not enough electrical plug sockets and none by the beds which I am used to.

Pillows were too hard making sleep difficult Wardrobe needs updating. On our last day in breakfast area heard female receptionist yelling at Guest for loosing his card. Very unprofessional. Put a negative on our stay there.

The hotel was clean, breakfast was very basic but not bad, the beds were comfy and great location.

The little atrium that was supossed to be a balcony was a bit pointless- > I would rather have an open balcony, where I could dry my clothes, rather than a glass box where I can't stay longer than a few minutes because I was boiling. The staff was not rude, but a bit indifferent- no smile and could work on improving their communication skills.

Spacious room with refurbished bathroom and a small balcony. In a quiet street in the centre of the city. Everything is within a short walk from the property. Good value for money.

The only drawback is the lack of sockets in the room. There was only one working socket in the room, next to the door and one in the bathroom.

This is the 3rd time we are staying at this hotel and it consistently meets our expectations! Very clean and comfortable rooms, and there is private parking on site. Breakfast is good and the staff very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect, downtown and a short walk to the castle and the lake. Shops, cafés and restaurants are around the property. Very convenient, this is our go-to hotel every time we stay in Ioannina.

Few electric sockets in room and in the wrong places. Pro tip: bring a power bank and long charging cables. We did and glad of it. Plenty of sockets to charge in the public areas.

Very nice bathroom. Excellent breakfast, staff were very accommodating. There were fly screens on the balcony which allowed you to have fresh air without flies and mosquitos. There was a good selection of channels on the TV.

At first sight the surrounding area was a bit of a shock. When you became accustomed to it I realised it was a unique area with great bars, cafes and shops.

Absolute five star treatment. Such helpful gracious friendly and attentive staff. I was sorry to miss breakfast, it smelled great. The location is excellent, cool downtown neighbourhood. The room was big & clean, my bed was comfy and so was the pillow!! Nice little balcony. There was a fridge and a wardrobe. The bathroom felt new, great design and really good shower! Lots of fast hot water. Good free wifi. I am not a driver, but the parking was so well indicated that even I noticed. I was only there for one night, but I would have been happy staying longer, super welcoming.

The location is great, the hotel has its own parking, the room was not very big, but was enough space. The breakfast was not very big, we had boiled eggs, toasts, ham, cheese, butter, jam, corn flakes, coffee. For us it was enough. It was warm in the room. The beds were good. WiFi was good as well
