This was my second stay at this hotel, and it was as fantastic as the first! The staff are incredibly friendly and polite, making every guest feel genuinely welcome. The location is ideal, especially if you're looking for a peaceful getaway to relax and recharge. The rooms are impressively spacious, well-equipped, and offer beautiful views. The beds are very comfortable, contributing to a restful stay. The bathrooms are also large and spotlessly clean, adding to the comfort. A highlight was the complimentary 30-minute welcome massage, which added a special touch to my experience. The breakfast here is excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. Both the bar and the restaurant offer a good selection at reasonable prices, and everything I tried was tasty. The overall facilities and services make this hotel a pleasure to stay at. This hotel in Ioannina offers everything you need for a comfortable, relaxing visit. With wonderful staff, spacious rooms, and thoughtful extras like the welcome massage, it’s an easy choice for anyone looking to enjoy a bit of luxury. Highly recommended—I’ll definitely be back!

Easily accessible, well signposted location, easy parking right outside the hotel, very picturesque views of the lake and town, good facilities, very clean and tastefully decorated, friendly staff.

Very loud music which could be heard in the bedrooms until late (didn‘t seem to fit with the spa and wellness concept and not ideal for tired travellers only staying one night). Very limited choice in the restaurant for dinner on a Friday evening as the local supplier had not turned up with the produce. Chose to skip breakfast after the dinner experience.

We needed the two room suite because one of us had a late night Zoom meeting and this worked perfectly. Good soundproofing and WiFi. The room was comfortable and cozy. Very nice little balcony and view. Pleasant and helpful staff, very friendly. At first, I wasn't wild about the location across from Ioaninna, but ultimately it was a nice quiet neighborhood. Breakfast was solid and the cappuccino was good.

Some things are a bit worn, like the room card holder and in-room information sheets.

Our room was in the main part of the hotel with lovely views towards Ioannina., Very clean and staff friendly and helpful. Overall, a very nice experience and would stay again off season, breakfast was adequate.

The only down side to the room was no privacy if you were sitting out in the balcony as there was no privacy screen between each balcony in main part of hotel. The only other minor negative was the night we arrived there was no cook so no hot meals available, only snacks such as toasties and the person providing spa massage would not travel for only one client, so the service is not in-house ie employed directly However my initial request for massage was not possible but the next day it became possible .pool not heated

This was a very nice and relaxing stay. We enjoyed the quiet environment, the view of the lake, massage treatment (one was free) and the spacious room (2-level appartment). Breakfast was very nice, the view from the restaurant really helps to start your day with energy and good mood. The food at the restaurant was also very nice. Very kind staff. I wish we could stay more.

Service at the restaurant was slow. Nevertheless the food was very tasty, everybody was so polite and it was very convenient for us to have dinner at the hotel instead of going out again after a long day outside. So we didn't bother so much, but some others may do.

I like the hotel which is located outside of the city with a beautiful view to Ioanina lake. Rooms are comfortable. I stayed in the one with a separate bed on the antresola. Hotel has a steam and dry sauna. I got a free massage due to a Women's Day which was a very nice surprise. I also rented a bicycle for a short drive around the lake. It was very nice experience to see the local flora and fauna. Restaurant servers a reasonable breakfast. Reception staff was kind and professional.

The only thing that bothered me was a strong smell of cigarettes in my room.

We had a great stay at this hotel located in a perfect location. The staff made all the difference, as they were very kind, especially amazing Afrodita! She was very nice and hospitable, accommodating every request with a smile. She even offered a complimentary massage and upgrades. We really enjoyed our time at this hotel. It's definitely the best hotel in Ioannina! We promise that we will come back in the future!

Friendly team was helpful upon our late arrival. Front lake view was amazing! Comfortable beds and cozy rooms. We were traveling with the big dog (Maremmano Abbruzzese) and regardless the medium size rooms it was quite comfortable to stay.

The only negative thing was that smoking allowed at balconies, and this mad impossible to open balcony door for the fresh air due to the smoking neighbours.

Our room was a really good size, and the view from the room was amazing! The rooms were very clean, and the staff were welcoming and friendly! A great place to stay for an alternative summer holiday.

Other guests dogs! Breakfast was nice but could have offered more variety.
