A lovely hotel with extremely nice owners. The room is spacious and clean, as is the bathroom. The view from the balcony is breathtaking. Wow! The breakfast is tasty, fresh, and clearly prepared with care. There are a few nice restaurants and cafés in walking distance.

There are a few small points for improvement, and attention- There was no cup for toothbrushes in the bathroom. There was no trash bin in the room. There was no electric kettle or coffee/tea set in the room. The mattress is very soft. I suppose that's a matter of taste—it didn’t suit mine. And be aware - access to the hotel is through a llloootttt of stairs...

Quiet spot with amazing views of Ioannena and lake.Great restaurant within walking distance. 15 Min drive to Ioannina.. The owner and staff are eager to please. Great places to visit near areas like Vikos Gorge, waterfalls, castles, and the main city offers a bustling night life.

There is no convenience store in the immediate area. The hotel staff will accommodate any way that they can, but the nearest little store is about a 10 Min drive. Don't let this be the deciding factor. It's still very well worth a visit if you are after a bit of tranquillity.

I had the pleasure of staying at Mir Boutique Hotel while traveling Greece, I choose this hotel for its amazing location overlooking the beautiful lake of Ionnina. The view from the room was truly breathtaking. The rooms were modern, tastefully designed, and provided a perfect blend of comfort and style. One of the standout features of this hotel is its pet-friendly policy, which made traveling with my furry companion incredibly easy. The owners go above and beyond to ensure that your stay is nothing short of perfect. Their dedication to providing exceptional service truly reflects the local kindness and hospitality. Breakfast at the hotel is another highlight – it's simply the best you can find. The variety and quality of the food were outstanding, making each morning a delightful start to the day. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. This hotel not only offers a stunning location but also impeccable service, making it a top choice for anyone visiting the area.

First, the view from the hotel of the lake is stunning. Second, the owner is a warm, funny, light hearted man and with the rest of the staff give a welcoming atmosphere. The home made breakfast is phenomenal, local dishes made with love and care. The rooms are spacious and clean, beds are comfortable. Would recommend to all who ask.

Nothing, I liked everything.

We cannot say enough wonderful things about this property. Beautiful view overlooking the lake and town below it. Immaculate updated rooms with nice linens. The grounds are beautiful with fruit trees and flowers. The staff was wonderful! From warm friendly conversation to directions and suggestions for where to eat and what to see. Ares, the owner was a delight at breakfast as was Lana for all our needs. The prepared breakfast was a homemade local feast! Delicious and incredible variety. They could not have done more to make us feel welcome. If we are ever in this area again we will return here!

Absolutely loved everything about the property! Loved the unique setting, it’s rustic feel, the decor and above all the customer service - it was beyond exceptional! Their breakfast consists of all homemade food, without hesitation one of the best breakfast we’ve ever had! We visit Ioannina twice a year and we have stayed in many nice places but now that we discovered this gem simply all others pale in comparison- so this will be the place to go from now on!

There’s absolutely nothing to not like! Simply keep in mind you have to walk down a bit to get to it - but nothing in a sense that would prevent anyone from going.

The view was beautiful, both sunrise and sunset. We caught morning mists as well, and watched them burn off. The breakfast was the best we've had at any hotel in the last 10 years. Outstanding. The room was comfortable and the wifi speed was suitable for working, as 3/4 had to work for a period during our stay. Walking distance to amazing restaurants with excellent views, food and service.

The lighting was a bit dark in the bathroom.

This is our 4th visit, the property is so well looked after, and breakfast is a feast! Rooms are always impeccably clean and beddings are very comfy! Also, just within a few minutes walk, there are now three awesome cafes with a breathtaking view of the old city to choose from, super convenient!

Our recent stay at this hotel was nothing short of exceptional. The owners created a warm and welcoming atmosphere, the homemade breakfasts were deliciously diverse each day, the accommodations were quiet, and we enjoyed a breathtaking view of the lake and Ioannina. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.

We loved the view and the breakfast. We especially loved the staff who worked there who ensured that we had a good time. The owner had a full knowledge of the area and gave us some very good suggestions.

If you are a solo female and did not pack lightly, the stairs might create some problems. There are no elevators so if you are traveling with a disabled person or a very senior person, this might cause some issues.
