The rooms were clean and the bathroom had been recently renovated, which was a nice touch. The parking lot was spacious and convenient. The staff was very friendly and polite, and they were very attentive to our needs.

The mattress was a bit too firm for my liking, and the furniture in the room was slightly outdated. The only major downside was that the walls were extremely thin, and we could hear everything from the neighbors. Unfortunately, we had the misfortune of having noisy neighbors who were inconsiderate and loud, speaking and slamming doors at 3 in the morning.

I would highly recommend this hotel to family and friends. It was a very clean hotel from the bed linen to the bathroom, floorboards and balcony. Hotel staff were very friendly too. The family apartment we stayed in was large and comfortable. The hotel staff were very kind and welcoming when we arrived. The location is just a quick 10 minute drive into the centre. I’ll definitely book here again when I visit Ioannina in the future.

The location is great, the staff is very helpful and polite! The parking is wide and has easy access. This is a great place to start your adventure in the Ioannina area, including the famous caves, the lake, etc. The room is very decent, with enough modern amenities and allows a great night's rest. The town itself is very charming, with some great places to eat out and enjoy Greek country life!

Excellent rooms, they take pride in what they provide. Really thoughtful and helpful mgmt making every effort for an enjoyable stay e.g. change rooms to get mountain views. Balconey doors open on a warm spring evening looking out to hills and snow capped mtns...beautiful!

The room was very clean and nice, and the staff friendly and helpful. The inn is located very close to the Perama cave in a peaceful area. The cave is an amazing place to visit. We had a wonderful time in Perama!

we liked everything about this property - big comfortable apartment with a nice yard . Owners thought on every detail for their guests .

We had some difficulties finding the location . Directing signs on the way can help , so is a a large and clear sign near the property .

Staff was very pleasant and ready to help. The room and the rest of hotel is very well maintened and cleaned.

Noise isolation is very low so you can hear almost everything from neighbouring rooms and corridor. And if other people are not respecting quite time there is a problem to take rest. However staff acted on my request and everything was ok after it.

Very clean, modern bedrooms and bathroom. The beds were extremely comfortable. Plenty of safe onsite parking. We arrived at the property very late, after check in time and the host was very accommodating and waited up for us to arrive.
