Everything about this hotel was perfect for a breakaway in Ioannina. All the staff we met were always kind, helpful and professional. The room was spacious, clean and very well maintained and equipped. The bed was huge and extremely comfortable, and the shower was great too. Breakfast each morning consisted of a wide variety of both sweet and savoury items, and I totally recommend their Greek yogurt and honey! An altogether brilliant location too, just steps away from Its Kale silversmithing museum and everything else within the old castle walls. Perfect!

Exceptional product and service. Small cute property, a nicely remodelled ex-house / mansion with a local character at the centre of the old city, with attention to details in both the product (building, rooms and breakfast area by the lobby) and the service. We stayed at a superior room, in October '24, which was spacious, functional, elegant. Even when I faced a problem at the room, the response by Sissy was prompt, professional and courteous. So is the service at breakfast, which uses local products of high quality. The location and the parking area close by offered, are great features. Overall a short stay that left great impressions. We ll be back.

the stuff was friendly, polite and efficient. the location was unique, inside the old city, next to the castle and close to the center and to the lake. parking for hotel guests is free, although not exactly in front of the hotel. A spacious and well equipped room

driving within the old city is a major problem. accessibilities pool, since there are no elevators, so handicapped people cannot enjoy the hotel. The staff is ready to help in carrying baggage along the stairs to the room.

Very nice hotel with a helpful and welcoming staff. Excellent breakfast with great variety and home cooked eggs and goodies. The bed was super comfortable. The room was luxurious, beautiful and roomy enough for two people. The lighting was excellent. The location was fantastic with a 5 minute walk into town and restaurants. The neighborhood was very quiet and safe. Hotel was run by a top notch family staff. I will definitely stay there again. Thank you Ci Ci, Dimitri and Stavros.

This boutique hotel is in a fabulous location inside the castle walls. You can drop bags at the door and park nearby. Plenty of eating places within easy walking distance (mostly outside the walls) and a short walk to the key historic sites of the castle itself. The rooms we had were a good size and very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and had lots of options. The breakfast room, at reception has a partial glass floor which down on a second century BC well! Mind blowing. We were given a thorough and extremely helpful orientation on arrival. Thank you!

Bins were emptied and cups and glasses cleaned in our room but it would also have been nice to have had our beds made.

This is a family run boutique hotel where it is evident that they strive for excellence. From the clean rooms, nice bedding, beautiful decor, numerous plants and vegetation outside, responsive reception, to the fantastic breakfast selection, everything was perfect. We would have wanted to stay longer if we had the time.

No negatives. If you don't read Greek, just remember to enter castle walls where the hotel tells you... Ignore the "do not enter" sign. (Entry is permitted for guests and residents). I read the instructions too late. Don't rely on Google maps, which takes you through narrow streets.

staff was very helpful with suggestions to walk around and see the main attractions in a very few time we had. Breakfast was A M A Z I N G. They can happily prepare for you great cappuccino, fresh eggs as you like them, and freesh local yougurt with honey, on top of different home made cakes etc.. healty cereal if you prefer etc.. the room was stunning, bathroom too and great soap, conditioner and shampoo. Really an amazing place, in full historica center

First of all, the room was exceptionally clean and spacious with every amenity. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Our booking included breakfast which it was delicious. It had a variety of local pies and delicacies with all the ordinary stuff you can find in a buffet. Moreover, the boutique location is perfect right next to the old town citadel. Overall, it exceeded our expectations.

Honestly, There isn't much to say. If I have to nitpick I would say that the WIFI was a bit sluggish, with the average speed of 8Mbps.

Very good small hotel in the center of Castle area. Room was clean, bright and spacious. Extremly comfortable bed. The zone around hotel was very calm, so we slept with open windows. Parking was available in front of hotel. The feature of the hotel, in the reception area there is a glass floor, showing ancient well, which was discovered during reconstruction. Breakfast was very tasty and communication with hotel staff was very pleasant. Highly recommend to stay there jf you travel from/to Ioanian islands as an interesting stop over.

the best small hotel I've been to. a very pleasant surprise! Very tastefully decorated, everything seems new. The rooms are spacious, with everything you need. The location is in the heart of the old town, everything is within easy reach. If you come by car, don't be afraid of the narrow streets, follow the simple instructions and you will find it easily. The breakfast is excellent. We were all charmed
