A very nice hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Our room was clean and comfortable. It was quite windy on several nights of our stay, but we were still able to sleep with the balcony doors open, which meant we did not need to use the air conditioning. The resort is definitely family friendly. Parking is mostly on the road outside, and when the pool is busy (local people also use it), this can mean walking a short distance to the hotel, but parking is not a problem. There are a few restaurants further into the village, but strangely not even a mini market, though only a few minutes to Perama, which has a couple. Ioannina is maybe 10 minutes drive around the lake, and we were given advice on the best places to park there by Giorgos.

The shower cubicle was quite small with little space for shampoo etc. Also - not unusually in my experience - there was nowhere really convenient to hang a bath towel while showering. Just my preferences.

Breakfast was great, the staff of the hotel very welcoming and helpful. The pool was really great and my 2-yearold son loved it. Everyday cleaning and fresh towels. The location although seemingly far from the Ioannina center, it really is 5-minute drive which was fine. Good taverns around the hotel too, with serene and nice view to the Ioannina Island.

A few improvements could make the stay much more enjoyable. There was no place to hang clothes to dry, and the room felt cramped with the second bed, small desk, mirror, and chair, which made the space feel cluttered. The fridge was quite small and didn’t cool things properly; it seemed to turn off whenever we left the room. Additionally, having room and pool service only from 1pm to 7pm is inconvenient, especially for early risers or those looking for a bite to eat after 7pm. Small adjustments to the furniture and service hours could make a significant difference.

The room and toilet were clean as well as the bedding, the beds were comfortable, there is an elevator for use and the breakfast was really tasty and plentiful. I must also praise the staff who were helpful and pleasant.

When entering the room, the air was a bit stale, the hair dryer didn't work, nor did the card to open the door. I'm writing this so that the hotel maintenance team would be aware of other hotel guests.

The breakfast was terrific smorgasbord with lovely indoor and outdoor setting with a view. The location was particularly nice with open views of hills and surrounds. The pool was large and well designed to accommodate kids as well as adults who want to swim.

The fridge was not connected upon entry, nor was there complimentary bottle/s of water, but then again we were not informed about the wonderful quality of the tap water. There was a kettle but only no complimentary coffee, coffee or milk. There are about 4 deep steps on the path to the pool and this needs a handrail for people with disabilities or small children.

The whole hotel was very clean. The swimming pool was amazing, it was huge. They were in the process of adding a seating area to the pool area. There were only a couple of occupied rooms, so the massive array of items at breakfast was a surprise. There aren't many restaurants nearby, but we ate in the one the hotel recommended and it was very good.

The shower had water jets at various levels, and I managed to get water all over the floor, I'm sure it would be fine once you knew how to use it. There was only one pillow each, and they were far too big for me, so I slept on a folded up towel, which wasn't very comfortable.

An excellent family business Resort, with very kind atention and always willing to help. The location was ideal for us, for the parking and for being a peacefull place; and just five minutes driving to the city center. The swimming pool is beautiful, big and super clean, with very confortable sun loungers by the water. The rooms very confortable and the breakfast, the best for us in Greece!

Nice and clean hotel in Ioannina area, 10 minutes away from town center (by car). The swimming pool and the breakfast were very good. Very kind and friendly staff.

The room was clean and tidy but not spacious. There is also an issue with mosquitoes in the area. The overall price was a bit high. Nevertheless, it is a very good choice for a smooth stay in Ioannina stay.

Perfect, the receptionist helped with the luggage, a bottle of cold water, an explanation of what is in the hotel and above all... a wide smile and the ability to help and answer any question. The breakfast is excellent, a selection of pies, a selection of cakes, excellent coffee, a really rich breakfast. In conclusion - very worth it. And a special thanks to the guy at reception who answered and helped above and beyond what was expected!

An impeccably clean and lovely hotel with a great staff. A bit problematic was noise, live rock concerts from across the lake travelled too easily to the hotel and were not the best music! Not something that the overly diligent and conscientious owners can do much about. The breakfast was over the top like being greeted by a bakery every morning. Fantastic!

Very nice hotel, outside of Ioannina. Nice view, very close to enter the city. On the other side, there are nice places to walk. Probably need to drive there. Very good breakfast, lots of options. Nice view from the tarrace and the breakfast area

The parking is limited to 4 cars, others park in the street. We had a corner room, better shades in the room, would be better. The spa is a bit expensive about 15 euro per person for an hour
