fantastic location, incredible view, everything brand new (recent opening of the hotel}, very promising start for this hotel, very helpful staff, very nice breakfast

the little road linking the hotel with the main road of the village is quite steep and rather difficult even for a car, but overall not a problem. also the parking place could be slighlt small for when the hotel is fully functional

*The hotel is a solid 4-star property with high-quality construction and a breathtaking view. *The beds are extremely comfortable. *Staff are incredibly friendly and the service is excellent. *The on-site pool adds great value to the experience. *Sunset views from the property are absolutely stunning. *I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

*The hotel is reached via a steep and challenging mountain road, roughly 20 minutes from Ioannina. *The final approach includes a narrow path with limited signage, followed by another steep descent which can feel disorienting, especially because the hotel isn't visible due to the slope, even though it's just 100 meters away. *Clearer signage and distance markers would significantly reduce arrival anxiety. *There was no extra trash bin in the room. *There was no place to hang wet swimsuits or towels, which would have been helpful. *Access without a car might be difficult.

The hotel is really amazing. The staff is very kind and helpful ( especially the reception and the brekfast girls), the breakfast is fresh and with plenty of choices for a buffet. The rooms are clean and quite spacious for the economy category. The view is breathtaking, hence the quietness of the place. The road yes, can be a bit tricky, but for this view, it is worth it. There are 4 restaurant near by, and the center of Ioanina is only a 20 minute drive. We will be back for sure!

The view is truly incredible — one of the most stunning landscapes I have seen from a hotel balcony. The room was spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was both elegant and welcoming. It is the kind of place where one wishes to stay for several days, not just pass through.

I only stayed for one night, as I was en route to Turkey and initially considered it just a convenient stopover. However, I now realise this hotel and the surrounding area deserve a longer stay. It’s not the easiest place to reach, particularly if you’re on a tight travel schedule, but it is absolutely worth the detour.

Sometimes people would leave a sunbed in between 2 couples but that's very inconvenient for other couples or families. I'd like for the staff to undertake a little more action with that! There are a lot of stray dogs in the area that kept me up 1 night for around 5-6 hours with barking. Please don't forget your earplugs!

Amazing views of Ioannina, exceptionally clean place, and kind staff. This hotel has the potential to be much better choice, by making the swimming pool more inviting and working a bit to make the place slightly quieter, as most people choose it for being quite close to Ioannina but far away from hustle and bustle of the city.

Some loud music in the morning. Unappetizing swimming pool. Loud functioning of the swimming pool under the windows, but I admit I'm pretty picky on quietness of hotel rooms.

The facility is new, modern, clean and comfortable. The lake view was amazing! The linen smelled really nice and the towels are fluffy. Toilet and bath was squeaky clean and a good size. There was a complete set of shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. Our bed was firm and wide! And the key holder/hanger by the door was a nice touch. There is good coffee if you need it although it is not part of the buffet. There’s a great view of the sunset by the pool and from our balcony. The staff did their best to help us.

There was only 1 pair of indoor slippers. The balcony floor wasn’t that clean. There was a big (friendly) dog but it needs to be on a leash at breakfast time. The pool didn’t look clean. We could also hear the noise of our neighbors when they are in their balcony or are downstairs. The breakfast service can slow down when guests arrive at the same time because there are only two ladies serving.

Perfect location with a great view of the lake and the city of Ioannina. Beautiful and clean facilities and a very enjoyable place as there was not any city noises or disturbances and you could relax any time of the day. The stuff was excellent, very polite and so helpful

The road that leads to the hotel it’s a bit difficult and very steep. Even though the facilities were clean, there was no trash bin in the room and we had to wait until the next morning to get our room cleaned which was very disturbing. We encountered a problem with our room because we booked a room with a double bed and when we arrived, the room that was given to us had two single beds. We talked to the staff about our problem and if we had the option to move to another room like the one that we booked unfortunately, that was not doable so they put an extra pillow between the two beds so me and my partner could sleep together

The coffee was not good, whether french presse , espresso or cappuccino, they need to improve the coffee, the pool water was not clear the whole time we were there…they told us it just had been treated when we arrived but it did not work at all the whole time we were there , 5 nights. Also many past reviews mentioned this issue. Also the pool ladder was shaky. The driveway to go to the property is super steep.

The view, the staff were great, the hotel is quite new, the price was reasonable, The room with the balcony were great and with a wonderful view. A great difference from the economy rooms and definitely worth the price. There are also laundry services at reasonable prices. There's water bottles in the room and a kettle for preparing coffee and tea. Free parking and excellent wifi.

The breakfast was quite basic. The economy room was less convenient and without a view. It's better to order the room with the balcony.
