Super clean boutique small hotel with great service , friendly and polite staff. Free bottles of water daily - important on the summer period, amazing quality and healthy breakfast options and a marvellous outdoor yard!!

The air conditioning due to its position placed -opposite to the bed (room 5) - was not easy to handle, so we had to increase the temperature, to avoid freezing, however on the same time due to warm summer weather , we had to adjust but there was not remote control .. therefore someone need to wake-up and make this manually

Breakfast area is very inviting place, carefully designed. The breakfast also was very good with a variety of different kind of food. In addition to the buffet, you can order an egg dish from several options in a menu. Also, throughout the day you can always come and sitting there while eating some cookies and grab a bottle of water from the fridge. Room is also well designed with a nice and small balcony, we loved it!

Such a beautiful hotel! The rooms were really well appointed with great attention to detail - slippers, robes, welcome notes/Turkish delight was a a nice touch! Communication with the staff was great and they were very friendly and approachable - we had an issue with the blind covering the skylight in one of the rooms and it was resolved quickly. The breakfast was great and included cooked options to order as well which was a great plus! Even the breakfast room was beautiful! Location in the old town was great with some nice restaurants nearby. Lake less than 5min away and lots to see/do within 10-15min walk.

One of the rooms we booked had an extra bed in the loft space which was on the smaller side for two adults but would probably be fine for children! It was quite warm in the loft the whole time as the air conditioner vent was low and in the downstairs area, even though we had the air conditioning on the whole time. A fan would probably be a big help! Mentioned this to the staff at checkout and they said they’d look into it 😊

The location was very convenient and picturesque and any difficulties re parking were facilitated by the property as they prove you with a permanent resident permit to park within the castle. The traditional building is renovated and the colour palette is supper warm. The beds are super comfortable and the staff was amazingly kind and helpful. The communal area where the breakfast was served was also very welcoming and the breakfast delicious with lots of local delicacies

This place is just amazing, 10/10 in all categories. The staff are so nice and helpful, the place is very clean and serves a great breakfast. It has everything you need and the rooms are still spacious enough and comfortable.

Maybe the only thing is that we wanted a warm blanket and there wasn’t any available in the room.

I really liked the fact that we had free breakfast and we could order options like eggs, pancakes etc. I've never seen that before in any other hotel. Of course, the stuff was really friendly, the room very clean and beautifully smelling and we felt like princesses. Really recommend if you want to give yourself a gift and enjoy this luxury hotel!

I maybe wanted a little bit more space in the room.

Perfect location - 5 minutes walk from everything, while located in a secluded and quiet area. Breakfast in the lovely backyard was awesome!

The central air conditioner could be improved - blows directly to the bed. Rooms on first floor do not have a balcony and are literally on the street.

It was very quiet although it was street facing. It was also adequately dark in the room, which I appreciate. The rooms were nicely decorated, the bed comfortable. It is 200m away from the its kale acropolis. The breakfast is very nice

I am nitpicking, in the bathroom there was a mains plug that was detached from the wall. The breakfast room was underground and a bit claustrophobic.

The room was big enough, with a comfy bed and a nice bathroom. Despite looking into the street, the room was quiet. The breakfast was superb! Variety and quality to be commended! And the staff was very friendly! The location within the old town is also great.

Unfortunately the internet connection was very slow.

Clean, great location, modern

The suite had a loft where two kids were sleeping. The stairs were not so secure as they lacked some railing on the bottom part, bed was a bit too small for two persons and it was also hot as the AC didn’t reach the top floor
