Everything about this hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff was incredibly welcoming, proffesional and helpful. The hotel was super clean , which made me feel very comfortable. My room was great: big, cozy and had everything i needed. The bed was really soft and i slept so well. The view from the room was also beautiful. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone. It’s a fantasctic place to stay, and i can’t wait to visit again!

Honestly, there was nothing i didn’t like. Everything was perfect! The staff were so friendly and helpful , always ready to assist with a smile. The hotel was incredibly clean, and my room was spotless. I can’t think of a single thing to complain about. It was a perfect experience, and i would happily stay here again!

They did not have breakfast. They had some prepackaged croissants and juice and water in the fridge. You could get coffee or hot chocolate downstairs at the front desk. We don't drink coffee. The hot chocolate was good.

Centrally located and easy walking distance to most sites. Room was a good size, and it was handy to have kitchenette facilities in room. Helpful staff allowed us to check in early.

We found the bed to be too soft and uncomfortable for our liking.

This is the third time we stay at this hotel. We love it. It has everything you need, it is in the center, has a nice parking (you need to reserve beforehand), it is clean and with a fresh design. They welcome you smiling and in the room they leave plenty of small snacks for you which is nice when you are tired from a long drive.

It is perfect.

The hotel is close to the city center, and everything can be reached by foot. There is also a parking lot across the street with very low cost, in case you have a car. Room is very spacious, super-clean, and has free snacks just in case you need them. The best part is the room ambiance, and this heavenly comfortable mattress. Best hotel sleep I've got in ages!

After 00:00 the outer door is closed and opens with the hotel key card. Mine was sort of demagnetized, and took me a while to actually get in.

Great location, parking very nearby though small charge. Room very spacious and clean.

Aircon smelled slightly of smoke. Not too badly, but enough to be annoying. Very common in Greece unfortunately.

Room was big, well lighted, comfortable, and immaculately clean. Parking space was provided right outside the hotel, no need to look around to leave my car.

I could say maybe the toilet seat was a bit cramped where it was placed, but that's really nitpicking!

the only and I mean only thing that could be improved was the pillows - they were below average , felt like $5 pillows from a supermarket

Not picking but there was no breakfast. There were free stuff in the rooms but it was very basic.

Location is great, especially having parking facilities across the hotel. Room was nice and very clean. That is a feature we truly appreciate 🌟 The bed was comfortable, and the sofa bed for the kids was alright. Except of the coffee and tea, they leave daily in the room water, juice and small amenities for a quick breakfast, which is really nice, especially for us as a family (2 children). Staff was very welcoming and helpful. Over all a solid 9 points.

Everything was great. I would have liked the price to be a little bit lower,but in all honesty, prices were generally increased in all Ioannina, so not much to say there.
