A very comfortable and well-run hotel, in the heart of beautiful Zagori. The suite was spacious, immaculately clean, with a good sitting area on the ground floor and a large bedroom above. The kitchenette is small, with a good coffee machine and a small microwave, but otherwise not fit for cooking. The large bed is very comfortable, with high quality sheets. The bathroom is smallish but perfectly adequate. Large and good quality towels, that are replaced every day on request. The breakfast is ample, with good homemade cooking. We particularly liked the savory pies and the cookies. Excellent! The two ladies of the staff are very friendly and one speaks good English and is very helpful with suggestions for exploring Zagori. All in all, no reservations in recommending this high-quality hotel.

The Zagori region was the highlight of our trip and the Zagori Suites were a clear highlight of this region. I can't stress out just how amazing the stay there was. Our room was a Spacious Deluxe Suite with a SUPERB bed for us, another single bed for a child, and we asked to add bedlinen to make the sofa a bed for the 2nd kid. He said it was extremely comfortable. So what's to like? A LOT: 1. The facilities - comfy beds, XXL showers, mini-bar is filled daily with complimentary water and soda, the espresso machine was good, the space, the decoration, clean, comfy...just great. 2. The staff - Possibly the best hospitality I've encountered in a long while. They were so accommodating, super helpful when we needed daily tips for making the most of our days, were always available, and even gave us a parting gift. Irini and the team - you're the best! 3. Breakfast - The best we've had during the trip but also the best we've had anywhere. Everything was fresh and tasty, the daily specials were special and even our kids particular needs were met daily and left us all full and smiling. Breakfast was so plentiful that they gladly packed some of it to-go in foil, which came in very handy during our daily excursions. 4. The location - The village of Vitsa is small and located a few hundred meters from the Suites. There are "only" three restaurants there, but one is a very decent classic Greek taverna and another is heaven for mushroom-lovers, as it is centered around mushrooms. Very special. The village is high in the region and I enjoyed the drive there. Those with driving issues may find Zagori challenging generally speaking.

The elevator didn't work so I had to drive up there every day :) Really...it's difficult to find a single thing to put in this section. It was THAT good. The only thing to keep in mind is that Vitsa has nothing in it. If you need a Supermarket, a Pharmacy or other amenities that aren't available on-prem, you need to drive down to Kalpaki, which is a 15-20 minutes drive. For us it was a feature, not a bug, but better be aware.

I loved everything about the hotel. The room was spacious, well-equipped, and impeccably clean. We were traveling with two young children, and the hotel provided everything we needed. The staff was incredibly accommodating and responsive to all our requests. The location was perfect for exploring different spots in the area each day. Additionally, the breakfast was of excellent quality—one of the best we've ever had.

had an amazing time and everything was just great. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived, We were greeted with warmth and kindness. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The atmosphere was inviting and cozy, creating a pleasant and relaxing environment. The service was exceptional. The team was attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist me with any questions or concerns I had. They were knowledgeable and provided me with all the information I needed. The quality of the products or services offered exceeded my expectations. Whether it was the food, the accommodations, or the activities, everything was top-notch. The attention to detail and the care put into each aspect of my experience truly made a difference. Not only was the experience enjoyable, but it also left a lasting impression on me. I left feeling rejuvenated, refreshed, and with a sense of fulfillment. It was a wonderful escape from the everyday hustle and bustle. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an outstanding experience. It's perfect for individuals or families who want to create beautiful memories. We can't wait to go back and relive the wonderful moments we had there.

NOTHING! All was great

The staff were excellent. We didn't have an oven in our apartment and had bought food from nearby Ioannina which needed to be cooked in an oven. The staff offered to cook it in their kitchen which they did and brought it to our room. They offered advice on where to go and visit during our stay and also provided a lunch picnic. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The breakfast was wholesome and set you up for a days hiking. The room was warm. We lit the fire on a chilly wet day with the wood provided.

The photos on Booking.com make the suites look much bigger than they actually are. So we were disappointed that the room wasn't as big or as grand as we had anticipated which in turn made us feel that it was a very expensive few days. That said, it was very nice and the staff made up for any shortcomings of the apartment/suite.

An absolutely amazing place. Everything was perfect. The room is very convenient. The location is perfect. The breakfast is served to each table separately and personally. And most importantly, the staff is caring. They give you recommendations for trips every day and make sure you have everything you need.

The apartment is very spacious and well equipped, great views from the second floor, designated parking. Staff is very helpful, attentive and truly cares for guests needs. Vitsa village is located close to Vikos gorge viewpoint (Oxya), stone forest, Kipi bridges and other attractions.

Everything about it was excellent: the location, the friendly and helpful staff, the breakfast, the size of the room, the comfortable bed and pillows, the shower and the water pressure, definitely the best stay we had in Greece during our stay. Highly, highly recommended.

The politeness of the staff and their willingness to help and guide you to the sites of interest in the area. Special thanks to Aliki and Elias for providing us with helpful information not only for our daily visits but also for the local delicacies and where to taste them. The rich reakfast should, also, be mentioned with hand-made products. Although I have top rated the cleanliness of the premises, it is worth repeating the extreme attention the staff have been paid to the cleanliness of the apartment.

Everything was excellent!! Clean, big and pleasant rooms. The staff was excellent (Fotini, Alis and Irin)!!!. They took care of everything, helped with everything they could, explained and recommended routes and even helped us organize a surprise birthday party for our child at breakfast. Speaking of the breakfast, it was rich and excellent, the staff asked and took into account allergies and special requests. Definitely a place to return to
