We enjoyed a lot our stay. The location is perfect and the facilities unique. I am early bird and the sunrise from the sea connected to the hotel (or the balcony) is just one of the most wonderful ones I have ever seen. The combination of luxury and unique place close to a small village with true and original greek tabernas to have dinner and taste local food was perfect for us. But the top highlight has been our hosts Jacek and Silvia. They made us feel as if we were at home. We felt like if they were sharing with us a small piece of their own dream house. Perfect place to relax just a pity we did not stay longer!!

We loved everything about our visit: the breathtaking views, the supreme architecture, the spa-like design elements, the breakfast spread, and especially the warm welcome from our hosts Jacek and Sylwia. As Americans, we have a reputation for having picky standards. I would put my pickiest American friends at Anavalos without a second thought. The hosts' focus on sustainability was evident in their eco-friendly design and attention to sourcing local products, like honey and preserves. The boutique hotel is perched high to enjoy serene views, and it has an infinity pool, areas for reading, and stone steps that lead sunbathers to a dip in the sea. The village of Kiveri was also a surprise delight (5 mins by car) with tons of cute open-air restaurants frequented by locals. It was our goal to skip the crowds in Santorini and Mykonos, so we opted for a road trip across the Peloponnese to experience a more authentic Greece - and we happened upon Anavalos in Kiveri - which gave us the perfect Greek local experience in style. The property is new so we did not see many other reviews, but I am so glad we took the chance. If Anavalos is available - you should book it!

There was nothing that could have improved our visit!

This beautiful place is a charming hidden gem right on the rocks for swimming and relaxing. The rooms are very comfortable, breakfast is served by 2 lovely ladies and it all gives a really nice homecoming feeling. It is very close to a lovely relaxing village, not busy, authentic with very welcoming people. Communication with Jacek , the owner was quick, friendly and helpful.

My family was looking for a relaxing place during the winter break where we could escape from the dark/rainy weather in northern Europe, and this was perfect. The property has spectacular views of the ocean and mountains. The rooms are incredibly comfortable, with all the right details--including total blackout blinds, comfy beds, and a good amount of space for a family of four. The owners and housekeeper went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed. The breakfast was an amazing spread of fresh fruits, vegetables, yogurt, omelettes, and pasteries. We also loved the outdoor kitchen that was available for guests to use anytime. The pool was too cold to use but that was not surprising for February. I can imagine it would be ideal in the warmer months. We appreciated that the property is located a bit off the beaten path near the village of Kiveri, which is an adorable town with the nicest people. We had two excellent dinners at restaurants within walking distance of the property. The location was also great for easily traveling to the key sights in the region. The property owners were always available to offer tips for getting around. I don't think I've ever stayed in a place where the owners paid such close attention to all the details. We greatly enjoyed our vacation.

We would like to thank all the staff at Anavolos for a wonderful week of vacation. The design of the Anavalos is equipped with great attention to detail and combines modern Greece with traditional Greek culture. We particularly liked the comfort, fragrant towels, a comfortable bed and delicious, varied breakfast, as well as the great view of the Bay of Naphlio! The Anavalos is ideally located for visiting the cultural sites of the Peloponnese on day trips! The Anavalos is located on the outskirts of Kiveri, which is ideal for dinner with its numerous taverns. The hospitality of the housekeeper, the sound of the sea, the surf and the Greek sun at the in-house pool warmed our hearts. We will be happy to come back! Tatjana & Matthias 🇺🇦🇩🇪

Our room had an amazing view of the coast with a huge balcony and beautiful sunrise skies. Below us were a beautiful pool and access to the sea. Our hosts were warm and friendly, offering delicious breakfasts and plenty of suggestions for things to visit in the area. The property was tucked away on the side of a hill just beyond the village so it was private and peaceful yet not too far from great restaurants.

Amazing place to spend a couple of days, or even your whole vacation if you love beautiful views, a relaxed atmosphere and a great place to stay. The appartement is very comfortable, well designed and has the luxury of a sunrise over the ocean as a natural alarm to wake you up for a fantastic swim in the ocean. The hosts are so nice and accommodating, we will visit again!

This was an amazing place, a little paradise with direct and easy access to the sea, a beautiful swimming pool, and plenty of space in the room. The owners were so lovely and extremely welcoming and helpful. It’s very quiet and just 3min drive from the charming village Kiveri.

We were very pleased with the accommodation. The rooms were clean, spacious and well designed. The owners were amazing, so helpful and kind. The pool and view were very special. Definitely a place to return to!
