We stayed here at the end of September for 5 nights. Prior to arriving I had read the reviews about the noise and was a bit worried, however we were fortunate that our rooms faced the back so noise was not an issue for us but I appreciate how noisy and loud the front street was. I would recommend to ask for a room facing the back of the building if noise is a concern. The studio apartments were spacious and were clean and the beds were comfortable. The apartments are completely self service and all contact with the staff is done online through your phone but the team were very responsive and answered all the questions I had even before we arrived and with any issues we had during our stay and there were staff in the building during the day. I think for a short stay in Athens this worked for us but if we were staying longer then we may have found it difficult with it being completely self service apartments. The location is not too far from the main attractions and there were good public transport links nearby.

Cleaning isn’t offered for stays under 8 nights - there is an extra fee if you want your rooms cleaned. As a minimum I think the rubbish being emptied should be included for all bookings but overall we were happy with our stay.

The accommodation is clean and modern. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. The location is good and has two metro stops within 2 to 3 minutes walking distance. Got a free upgrade upon arrival, overall everything was great. Would recommend ear plugs for anyone that is a light sleeper, but if you are used to city life of bustling streets and hearing cars go by, then you won't need them.

The only things I would improve are as follows: 1. If the property notified you when your room was due to be cleaned instead of you having to find out yourself. 2. A communal washing machine is seriously needed in the building, especially for guests on long stays. Laundry services are extremely difficult to find or far away from the property. If they added this, I would've given 5 stars.

Great experience great flat. The only problem is that I had to always go down and open the door which is huge discomfort especially when live on the 3rd. The flat was nice but the cleaning was not well communicated so I had to be with the same sheets and my floor not cleaned for the whole duration of my stay that was a discomfort and hygiene is very important for me.

Very well thought suites with a comfortable bed, good sized bathroom and the basics for a kitchenette. Everything is brand new. There is a balcony also. I really liked how everything is automated. Very well located close to public transportation, supermarkets, shops, etc It's about 2.5 km from downtown Athens so I even walked once.

The street is slightly noisy, but that wasn't really a problem to sleep if I closed the windows in the balcony.

No laundry services. Very noisy neighborhood (studio was inside of block) - traffic could be heard through windows and walls. - could hear staff cleaning the rooms through walls. - strange pricing policy. Different payment at Booking site and charged from property

Great location, modern and clean apartment. I really enjoyed my stay here and I would happily stay again. It's a new building so everything inside is clean and fresh. The staff were friendly, and I got a free room upgrade because they're so lovely 😁😁 thank you for everything.

Everything wad great!

Brand new and modern apartment located in a good location near the metro. However, it is located on a very busy road with constant traffic all night. You can hear the noise of the traffic if you are staying in a room towards the road. Overall, immaculate condition and really good location.

The noise from the street was unbearable and you won’t get much sleep if you are a light sleeper.

I stayed to this hotel for 2 days. It was a fabulous, really clean, and comfortable. The most important thing about the room was the soundproof glasses. I stayed on the second floor in front of Vouliagmeni's highway so the view was spectacular. However, the real jewel in this hotel was the reception. All of them were so friendly anad helpful. They deserve a reward. Thanks again for everything.

The superior room is specious. The room was clean and the bedding new. The facilities are near a metro station. The staff was kind and especially Fanis who help us with everything that came up.

I would like for the superior room to provide slippers and additional pillow.

Very modern and clean with strong shower. It’s about 10 mins walk to Aghios Ioannis metro stop. The staff are helpful and welcoming. The Wi-Fi is good. It was great to have kitchenette in the room too.

On a busy road but traffic was quiet around midnight
