Host was really attentive. Location is superb. just right next to the train station 'DAFNI'. from there you can really go to anywehre. to acropolis, syntagma, Piraeus you name it. Room was spacious, clean. you have everything you need. oven, hair dryer, kettle, cups, basin and so on. Room 45 is really nice. located behind the main street. and somewhat quiet. ofcoure you can still hear some motorcycle and some cars speeding. since we both were city kids. we can tolerate that. vehicle noises became white noise for us. only one noise which we couldnt cancel out was, electrical roller shutters. We stayed there 8 nights till 4th night we could sleep well. after 4th night somebody was playing with that i think. around 3am till 6am. opening and closing continuously and we couldnt sleep as much as we wanted to. other than that everthing was fine. I would definitely stay there again.

This was one of the best stays ever! 🫶🏼 Starting with the location and finishing with all the necessities in the apartment: coffee machine, dishes, air conditioner, iron + ironing board, bath cosmetics, hair drier, everything was perfect. Funny how even the bed was incredibly cozy, felt like king-size 😁 The place felt super safe, with security cameras in the hall and secure smart locks. The location is right next to Dafni Square, which has plenty of cafés, restaurants, and shops, as well as an underground station. The historical city center was just a 20-minute walk away, yet the apartment itself was calm and quiet inside. If you have a spare day - you can also go visit Piraeus which is also easy to reach. The administration provided excellent communication and quick responses. Since we stayed for six nights, they even surprised us by offering a free room cleaning in the middle of our stay, which was a great bonus! Everything was spotless and well-organized. To sum up, everything was amazing! 🤩

Amazing place, loved it. The service was fantatstic, honestly. Although, if I had to be super picky, the only tiny thing missing was disposable hotel guest slippers — but honestly, that’s no big deal at all 😊

Location - restaurants, product shops, market, metro, bowling + cinema + mall in 10-15 min calm step. Greatness! Best pasta project nearby. Big and soft bad. Neat Housing!

tiles on the floor and therefore little cool on the feet(it's not problem in summer). it would be nice to have a washer and dryer for сlothes

The apartment was located near a metro and away from the very busy tourist areas - and there are a number of supermarkets around. The room was clean and the bed super comfy. The coffee machine was very handy - and it was great having a kitchenette for our two week stay. The host was quick to respond to questions.

No fault of the property - but the internet service was down for a day, which made it difficult to communicate and plan things because we did not have cellphone plan while there and were heavily dependent on wifi communication. That only happened once during our stay. For those who are used to heating things up in the microwave - note there isn't one in this kitchenette - and the pots available are of a large size (my partner, who likes to heat milk for this coffee, struggled the most with this...).

Easy access to a metro station, food places are close by, pharmacy, supermarket and other places if you need things is also very close by. It is in a very convenient location. The apartment also has pots and a stove if you want to cook something. Iron and ironing board and other things that make it convenient. There are also ample plug points in the bedroom and main room. Lastly, wifi is reliable. No problems

Finding parking was difficult but I see that Athens is hard to find parking for any apartment. Not only this one. It is also not something related to the apartment.

The property was well cared for. It looked like it was recently remodeled. The metro stop is a block away. This was very convenient. There are also some shops nearby where you can get a quick meal, coffee, and sweets. It was nice to have a small kitchen. I didn’t cook, but the refrigerator was helpful. There were plenty of electrical outlets to charge your devices.

The noise from various neighbors was distracting at night. The normal noises of people talking and moving around, easily passes through the walls, ceiling, and front door. Occasionally I would wake up at night because of the noise of people returning home after a later night. Although the metro was close by, I would prefer to be closer to the Acropolis area. The neighborhood felt safe but I would prefer that the door to the lobby was secured. The door was kept open during our stay.

Excellent Location, Dapni Metro & Bus Station only 3 - 4 minutes walk, several non-touristy restaurants & a supermarket nearby, and yet not noisy in the neat & modern apartment, access being via keypads and elevators. Corridors illuminated by motion-sensor switches. Very small kitchenette, but adequate for very simple meals. Bathroom is compact, but not too small. Everything works, and extra bed-linen and towels are provided. Definitely recommend.

Noise by boisterous neighbours is quite audible, but they stopped early, so not really an issue. Would have liked 2 baggage stands; again, not really a big problem for younger occupants.

super easy check in and check out) I think this is the best location for Athens: quiet area with everything you need, very convenient and fast public transport to the Riviera and the center! the bed in the apartment is very comfortable. the bathroom is in excellent condition.

the kitchen has everything you need, but it seems to me that the minimum set for cooking is missing: salt, pepper, paper towels. sometimes in the evenings you could hear music and noise in the hallway, but after 00:00 everything is ok

It was CLEAN. The LOCATION was amazing. It was steps from the metro station which connects to many places. The communication was 10/10. Rapid response, very helpful. I found it value for money, it was less than 20 minutes to the main acropolis site. The area felt safe and many food options/supermarkets from the accommodation. The air conditioning worked perfectly. The appartment came equipped with all you need from kitchen utensils, hair dryer, ironing board & iron. I would definitely go back !

A curtain shower could be useful to prevent any splashing when you take a shower. The wifi in the room didn’t work at times, but that wasn’t an issue for me.

I liked the location, it was easy to get there from basically anywhere in Athens as it's just by a metro station. The apartment itself was nice with modern amenities and a spacious layout that made my stay comfortable and enjoyable. One thing that I particularly loved was the coffee machine —a small detail that added a great touch to the stay.

The slow WiFi connection was frustrating, and it was particularly problematic when it completely stopped working during one night. Despite bringing this to the attention of the staff, we were disappointed by their response—or lack thereof. They seemed to dismiss our concerns and insisted that the WiFi was working, despite clear evidence that it wasn't. Additionally, we found the lack of sufficient amenities to be inconvenient. With only one trash bag provided for our week-long stay, we had to improvise and make do with shopping bags. Similarly, a shortage of toilet paper was an unexpected inconvenience that could have easily been avoided with more foresight from the management.
