The location is excellent, in a safe neighbourhood, just two metro stations away from the Acropolis, very easy to get around. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly, including the ones who only speak Greek. I was able to store my cases there before staying in the hotel, as I had a trip to Meteora. Tassos and the receptionist even searched for a hair salon for me. They recommended a café next door for breakfast - in fact also a bakery, with delicious pastries, as well as typical Greek specialities, good coffee and fresh orange juice. I was changed to a much better, larger room after the first night, as I wasn't satisfied with the twin room (I'd said I preferred a double). The kettle was missing in the first room, but as soon as I mentioned it, the staff brought me one. There's a fridge, good aircon, double glazing (it's on a busy street so you feel he difference) and I had a nice balcony. It's partly like a hotel, partly like a block of apartments - don't expect luxury, but you'll be comfortable and the service is so friendly.

The first room I got was a twin room, which I found uncomfortable, as there was no bedside table, so no place to put my book, glasses and so on. The double room I changed to was larger, and solved this problem. However, there are a few things that could be improved, such as having a table/desk and chair, if you need to work on your laptop (I did!), the curtains, while very elegant, let in a lot of light in the morning, so would need to be lined. The balcony would be much improved with a couple of chairs and a small table. Some maintenance is missing in the rooms (loose tap in the washbasin, safe box not attached to the wardrobe), nothing serious.

We arrived before our check-in time and they let us keep our luggages in their storage room and went to explore the city centre until our room was ready. Staff were really nice and helpful. We had booked 2 single beds and they upgraded is to a double bed. The room also had AC. Location is perfect. Walking distance is about 30min from city centre or you can take the metro which is right across the street and its only 2 stops to the city centre. We then checked out early and left our luggage in the same storage room for one last trip to the city centre. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this accomodation, based on the staff, clean rooms and convenient location.

Free pick-up and return delivery to the airport is great and easy to do. You can order a meal from a basic menu which you can have indoors, in the garden or in your room. Breakfast is basic self-service. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. The Wi fi works. The staff, including drivers, were helpful and polite.

Breakfast is limited and ends at 9.00 am which is very early if you get in late. Easy to sleep in and miss it. 10.00a.am would be more reasonable. Coffee stops with breakfast. Would be nice if this was available on arrival or all day.

Nice well lighted apartment with 2 balconies at a perfect location with Metro across the street and ample choices of cafe, bakery , restaurant within 10-50 meters range . Apartment was available for early check in and occupancy permitted 12 noon . Host available and responsive on timely manner .

A bit attention to details can be helpful like better light in bathroom, curtain to dark the room on the side balcony .

It is located in a nice neighborhood, with plenty of food options, supermarkets, and bars. Right in front, there is a metro station, therefore, it is 10 minutes away from the Acropolis. The room is old but clean and the beds are comfortable. It has AC, and the bathroom has hot water.

The doors had contact with the floor, so, if you go with someone, you can wake them up when going to the bathroom at night.

Clean and very close to city sights. Located 20 min walk or 10 min subway to all major historical sights. Grocery store, coffee shop, pharmacy, main subway station, are all directly outside the hotel - 1 min walk. Great area of town with friendly people. Bathroom was clean with the best quality toilet paper, brass details, and ceramic bathtub. Linens and toiletries were clean. Balcony had a view of the main street. Everyone was lovely, staff were so friendly and helpful with tips and locations. A great stay for 2 nights as a couple.

City noise was quite loud at night, but that's the price for being in such a great location.

Great location - next to a metro stop, tram, there are also buses. Large, comfortable and clean room, the same applies to the bathroom. Available terrace with a view of the ancient hills. The entrance to the hotel is with a code, but access is easy.

In the warmer months, with the window open, you can hear the noise from the boulevard.

The place is at a very good location, right in front of the metro statiom which makes transport really easy. The staff was helpful and kind and the rooms were comfortable.

The bedsheets were a little dirtier than I expected when we first entered but that wasn't that huge of a problem. The bathroom isn't really spacious either but for the price I paid it makes sense.

The accomodation is conviniently located near the city with access to various ammenities. We were traveling mainly for attending an event so we booked the closest and the most economic option. If you are traveling as friends then this accomodation should be enough to spend a few nights. In general everything was good.

It was a pretty big room, the balcony view was adorable, wifi worked well, staff was nice, right in front of Neos Kosmos metro station

Room needed a little renovation, but overall for 1 week stay it was perfect
