the room and balcony were super nice! the closets and kitchen were perfect for a 5 day stay. the owner and lady who came to give us fresh sheets and towels were very nice.

the bathroom wasn’t attached to the room which i didn’t know beforehand and it was in the hall where there were 2 other rooms, so it felt like we were making a lot of noise always opening and closing and going between the two doors. the shower also just didn’t have a way of keeping the water in it so it went everywhere and there was no above head shower head or anywhere to put the hand held shower head which made it a bit hard to shower. also no way of putting up the shade cover the evenings and nights so you can actually see the view. also after a long day in athens riding the metro then walking to the place and walking up 4 flights of stairs was a lot. also the doors are thin so you can hear everything happening in the hall and other rooms if they ar loud.

The apartment is comfortable, clean, has everything you need for a stay in Athens. Its location is perfect, close to Merto station which takes you to the Acropolis. Our goal was to visit the Acropolis. It has a romantic terrace that overlooks the Acropolis in the distance, but it's nice to see it, especially in the evening. There are air conditioners in every rooms, which is very important for Greece in the summer 🙂. I recommend this apartment if want to see Athens.

There are no flaws.

I only stayed for one night before my flight, but I still really liked my stay! It suited my needs well: a clean, comfortable place to get a good sleep before travel. The host was super communicative and answered all my questions in a timely fashion (within expected local working hours of course), even arranging a taxi to pick me up for the airport early in the morning, which was so helpful. The bathroom for my particular unit was across the hall, but it was able to be locked with my set of keys so it was private to me. The unit was clean and comfortable and the wifi and AC both worked great. It had a charging outlet right next to the bed and others throughout the room, as well as a small table for sit-down eating. There's a light blanket already on the bed when you arrive, and also a thicker blanket and extra pillows in the closet next to the bed if you need more warmth or cushioning at night. There's a hot plate, kettle, and small fridge in the kitchen, along with the usual plates and cups and cookware. Be aware of the following tips (very typical for buildings in the region): do not put toilet paper in the toilet since it will block the local drainage system and cause backups. There is usually a trash can next to the toilet for you to use instead. There is no lift/elevator, so be aware for heavy luggage/special mobility needs! The handles on many window and deck doors in Greece have a trick to them: if you turn the handle in one direction (usually horizontal) they'll open horizontally toward you, if you turn them the other direction, they'll open from the top like an oven door, and if you turn the handle all the way down, it'll close.

This is not the fault or flaw of the property itself, moreso a feature of the neighborhood that you need to be aware of: it's an 8 minute walk from the metro, but for parts of this path you'll be walking uphill and the paving/cobbling is bumpy or broken. If you're going to be hauling a lot of wheeled luggage, have pain or energy issues, or will just be coming during the hotter months, this could turn into a pretty grueling walk, so plan on either calling a car from the metro or just budgeting more time to move yourself and your stuff into the apartment. I was carrying minimal luggage and didn't have any reservations or appointments to worry about, so this was fine for me!

Air con & fridge worked well. Room large. Brand new sheets on bed. Washing machine available & hang washing over balcony to dry.

There was no roof top to view Acropolis. The roof top was locked & key hole was rusty so long since used. No Acropolis view at all from unit no. 3. Only 3 units in all so not much chance to meet other travellers. Bathroom is private but across passage from room. The building is about 6 blocks from Daphne metro STN where there is a big supermarket, meat shop, Coffee Island, pharmacy etc. Daphne is a very ordinary area.

The location is good and the place has a nice balcony as well as a comfortable bed. The host is nice.

The bathroom was separate from the room and the floor was ripping apart weirdly. The room is tiny but overall, great for a short stay if you're not staying in too much!

The room was very clean and cozy. The view is fantastic. The view to Parthenon and immitos mountain is wonderful! Very cool neighborhood without too much noise and traffic. Close to metro station and the center of Athens. We will stay again in our next visit to Athens for sure. 100% recommended!

Bed was really good to sleep and the apartment was very clean. View to Acropolis was nice. Surrounding area was safe and nice.

Toilet made awful noise. Didn't bother us but prolly other guests do hear it when you flush it. Apartment floor was wearing off at some areas and there was little pieces coming out. Be careful to not hurt yourself. These are easy to fix so Michael hopefully have already done it!

We stayed for one night. Easy parking and half an hour to the airport by car. 5 minutes to the best shopping centre. Metro Mall.

No shower gel or shampoo. Nobody will bring with them when stayed for one night. Defiantly necessary. One Aircon working perfect but the other one, no.

Great view and great aircon.

The washing machine wasn’t in our room or available 24/7. We needed to inform the owner to then get the room unlocked. This was something we weren’t aware of when booking but the owner offered for the cleaner to hang our clothing out on the day we couldn’t which was very lovley.
