My experience was really good. Very clean room (they even clean the duvets which is not common in hotels, most hotels just have clean bedsheets and the duvets/ blankets aren't being cleaned between customers which is gross). Very comfortable mattress and room size. Two supermarkets just 2 mins walk from the hotel. Fridge/ freezer worked fine. Bus stop from and to the airport only a few mins walk from the hotel, super convenient. Just under an hour walk to get to the city centre, you can always take the bus/ metro as well but i like to walk so it was my daily exercise. Nice people in the reception and they fulfill customer requests, and the cleaner super accommodated (i did not need my room cleaned every day and she was totally ok with it). Safe as well, i could leave my stuff in the room while i was out and about, no issues there either. Excellent value for money all in all. I totally recommend based on my experience and i am very picky with hotels. I will visit again, many thanks!

Nothing at all.

The room is large and contains a large fridge, which makes the stay even more convenient. Although the location is a little bit far from the centre, there is a bus station in front of the hotel. The buses go to the center and the airport. The staff was very kind. The room has a nice. balcony Great value for the money.

The only comment is the loudness from the main street

Good location right beside a good bus stop. Friendly staff that will do your laundry for only 5 euros! The room was nice and clean, and having a balcony was nice.

The shower was difficult to use without getting the whole room wet. The shower head holder was in a horrible spot and was aimed at the toilet so I ended up just holding the shower head the whole time.

Very clean, clean sheets and towels. The room and bathroom were comfortable. There is a 24-hour receptionist who was able to help us with questions or any needs. As soon as we arrived, they immediately welcomed us and put us in the room. Quiet surroundings, although close to a busy street, no noise was heard. The receptionist was very welcoming and polite. The hotel has a closed parking lot. We left the car safely there and did not worry about it. It was only about a 15 minute walk to the metro, and we visited all the sights using the metro and on foot. What we expected, we got.

Our second stay in the hotel, in the same room. The location was ideal for us, and there are a lot of cafes and restaurants around within a few minutes' walk. The staff were all very friendly and the availability of car parking is an asset in central Athens. The bed was not very comfortable, new mattresses would make a big difference. It isdisappointing that the hotel has chosen not to reinstate breakfast after Covid, particularly since they also do not supply any tea/coffee making facilities.

The hotel was just off a busy main street, but the noise level was not so high. The room and bathroom were a good size, with older but perfectly serviceable furniture. The bed was a little firm for our taste. The car parking was a definite plus, and the location was great for us as we were visiting a local hospital, just 10 minutes easy walk away. All the staff we met were friendly. I was surprised to hear that they still did not serve breakfast due to Covid restrictions, which is unusual in our experience, but maybe this will change soon as all restrictions are due to be lifted. The hotel does offer to order in breakfast if you want it. Free coffee or tea/cofee making facilities in the room would have been a nice alternative gesture.

Staff was helpful and nice. The hotel is beautiful. The room was big and two ACs. Chess table in the lobby.

Booking.com's fault apparantely but we booked a room with 3 single beds but got 1 single bed and a twin bed. No shower curtain in the bathroom and the bathroom drain wasn't made so that the water would flow into it which made it pool on the floor. Also nothing to swipe it in the drain.

This hotel is very close to my heart for a number of years and it has not changed a bit - the Team at the hotel is amazing, always very welcoming and making one feel at home. The Christmas decorations were wonderful, and the room was very pleasant and clean. The location was suitable for my purpose too - not too far from the metro (and the city centre), and also close to other places on the other side of the city. I will be returning to Hotel Elizabeth again and again and again.

Everything was ok.

A authentic Greek hotel, simple with honest friendly staff that made you feel part of a family. If you like the sterile and impersonal feel of the big chain hotels which once inside you could as well be in your own country with all the facilities then maybe this hotel will not be for you. If you want to feel and be part of the real Greece then the Elizabeth Hotel is perfect in almost every way. Thank you Costa and the entire team for an amazing stay. I stayed in the Triple Room, it was basic, but clean with good internet, TV, AC.

The only thing that I would like to have seen was a kettle/coffee machine in the room. This is minor as coffee is available at reception and there are plenty of coffee shops etc.
